This Service charges twice. Once from the initial purchase and then a much higher rate at the end of the month. Was charging me close to 10 percent.
Every week I use this app for 4 hours or less with less than 15 transactions. And every week I have at least one application failure ("stopped").
Fees are very high and poor acct practices and processes
It works very well wherever I have cell service!
What the hell happened? Transactions processed on different days Nov. 8 to 11. Accounting nightmare. Did not receive batch total emails. Might use square till this mess is resolved
I am so upset i cant use this app anymore. Not sure what happened. What is the 800 # to reach customer service??
Have had Phoneswipe for over 5 years and now the app stopped working! Called customer service and was hold 30 minutes the first time before hanging up. Tried online chat and customer service person logged off without solving problem. Called again and stayed on hold for 45 minutes before being answered and then they couldn't resolve my issue. Getting another merchant service immediately!
Take care before accept this company, they are all lies. They charge more than 4% for swiped transactions and they are charging me more than $ 170 additional monthly fees. This is a very dangerous company on the internet.
I do like this app but why isn't the swiper compatible with the Samsung galaxy s7 edge or the s7. This is frustrating considering I just got the S7 Edge and now I'll either have to pay a lot of money to get an S8 or switch companies and no longer use phone swipe. I just received a message say it is now compatible with my device, tried it out, and it WORKS!! Thank you so much for fixing this issue and getting back to me so quickly.
Do not do business with Phone Swipe. I used Phone Swipe for a year and decided to use Square because it was more convenient. Without notice, they charged my account $3.99 a month for the past 2 years for inactivity. I never knew what the charge was because the name on my statement was 'GLOBAL PAYMENTS GLOBAL STL' . I did research on that statement name but it had no explanation or ties to Phone Swipe. I had to tell my bank that I was getting fraudulent charges but couldn't get a refund for the 2 years of charges I received. They did not notify me that you have to cancel your account or you would be charged $3.99 per month after 12 months of inactivity. I just learned it was from Phone Swipe because they sent me a letter that their charge was denied.
Had a lot of problems
Just hate having to log in each time.
I've been using Phone Swipe to process credit cards for my business since 2013. Overall decent service and fees.

Been using this app for about 3 or 4 years now at least. Run transactions for my business every day and have yet to have an issue.
I would give less than 1 star if possible. If you don't use this app regularly it charges you $3.99 a month without permission or notification.
Makes transactions quick and easy.
After being kicked out of the app several times I was finally able to make an account but it still says that there is not account under the email I used. Please help!

Bugginess on screen timeout is a hassle, Note2 does ok but Note4 can't initialize card reader after using a different app, so re-logins make customers wait.
Costumer service, was telling me for 3 day's that my transaction was delayed for some documents, I summit the document, and after a week didn't get the money, after 3 hours trying to communicate with them they told me you need to submit more documents, so I think they are not a responsible company and they also play with your money! I will never recommend this company to anyone!
I ORIGINALLY submitted the application over the phone. I received my card reader and STILL had to submit all of my information (including social and bank info). Once I finished and tried to log in it says my application is still open and requested that I fill out my information........ Once I did this AGAIN the same notice popped up after I finished. After giving my PRIVATE INFORMATION 3x I finally said forget it. I'll stick with SQUARE READER.
I like working with the app even without the reader. Customer service is great

I really regret it this company socks they don't care about their customers all they want is the money.I am leaving now, I have lose money with them big time, I was fine with bank of America I really regret it. Reed the reviews before you do something creasy.
