I added amount into wallet, but when scaning QR CODES to pay money some times it's showing wallet sometimes not . In this scenarios I'm paying money from my bank account. If I need to pay from my account then wt is the use of adding money into wallet. Developers wake up. It's not the correct way to things work. If ur giving wallet option then everyone transaction scenario it's needs to work.
Phonepe wallet has some real issues. I made a payment through wallet. Amount was deducted from my wallet it was not credited to merchant. He also shown me his account history. I again made a small payment just to check if he gets that. Even that was debited but was not credited to his account. I made upi payment through phonepe and it got credited to his account instantly. Tried contacting customer care but got an automated response that they can't do anything. Will not use wallet from now on.
What's going on here ,,, I open the app and after the fingerprint varification i cannot do anything, it seems like every option got freezed and I'm just tapping on it like a fool waiting to open and when I realise that it's all freezed so I have to open the app for another time and it really waste a lot of my time. Just fix this issue and don't let me regret creating an account on this app...😠ðŸ˜
I'm using it since last year. I'm glad with your service but every week there is an update but if it's necessary then keep it on. Phonepe have to give Casebacks on any recharges, bills, subscriptions rather than giving other vouchers & other useless stuff. Well wishes & provide us amazing features in near future.
I don't like phone pe services. Because when I am going to pay its suddenly showing me that go to settings. It's happened with me almost 8 to 9 time. For this issue 8 to 9 time, I unstall the app and again installed the app. But it's showing same issue. Kindly sajeast to me about the app issue.
The app is very helpful.. but I find some trouble to transact..two days back I was trying to send some money to my friend but there was server problem as the app showed... Then after some time i tried to transact again... I follow the procedure and it shows "pending".. and still now it's pending.. but the money debited from my account... What is this nonsenseI tried to to solve the problem by talking with the management team, they asked for time till 7th may.. but there is no update till now..
Worst experience, i tried to make payment on a website using upi id, when i open the app to make payment, i mistakenly pressed home key, when i opened the app again, there was no option to pay again as there is no where to see where is pending request is, why making your app so complex when it should be optimized for better payment experience, many time i didn't able to book tatkal ticket because of this, i switching to paytm forever, thanks for the worst experience.
Worst experience with Phonepe on Android Go edition. I have been using this app since 4 years but recently i switched to Android Go edition phones. Here, Phonepe experience horrible. Unable to enter the password properly like page looks shrinked. Most of the times I entered wrong code due to this.
I dont want to pay through Phonepay there is a lot of Payment processing incident which has been happened with me, I paid through phonepay on the railway station and it was in process, after few days amount has automatically credited to shopkeepers account, there was no any way to get my money back. i paid double amount for single thing. worst experience ,, 7 times.
Well, thanks. I have got my money back and the problem has been resolved. But, people still cannot transfer money from wallet to bank because the transfers are one way only for ordinary people. Not only that, very few recognise PhonePe wallets. So, if someone loses money through this, they have to either just write it off or spend the entire wallet money. PhonePe, please update this feature otherwise you cannot compete with paytm. I have also updated my rating. Still, can't give it a 5 star.
This is really bad that no one can talk to customer care on call. I am facing big technical issue while using phonepe app but can not raise my complaints. When I have to transfer money, it will waste more then 30mins for single transaction. App crashes many time, restarts automatically while initiating payment. Can anyone help me to get rid of this issue ?
Extremely disappointing transaction service. I have Tried to pay my university fee through phone pay ,my money got debited but didn't credit to the receiver's account or refund. It's been 3 months since the transaction and 2 months since i registered a complaint regarding the issue . Still no updates. The app is not safe platform for money transactions anymore !
I send money from my wallet to a merchant. On my phone is showed amount is debited. But the merchant didn't get the amount. The worst part is you can't call or contact anyone on phone pay. There is no number provided for that. I have been trying since 2 days . Worst app ever . And their wallet feature is the wort wallet i saw ever .
I wanted to make a payment to my Phone pe contact. I topped up to Rs.10000 from my bank account. But I realised later the amount got deducted from my bank account and not from the amount I had transferred. Other apps I use they take the excess from the bank account. One cannot complete KYC and hence cannot transfer back the topped amount. Only option was to close the phone pe. So I have chosen to close the account.
Very good experience having downloaded PhonePe and getting it activated. Having recent walkthrough overall features in it, hope definitely it will serve to my all needs and purpose. Everything noted very reasonable and smooth, fast. Best of luck to the app developer and team.
Phonepe used to allow buying digi gold in 'Grams' as well. But with the recent update this feature is removed. Disappointed with this update. As per the developer the option is still there but it isn't. Even after raising Ticket, there is no satisfying response. Really disappointed with this app. There is no other way to escalate this as well. No option to reach out to the developer as well directly!
Until recently the app was working fine. Since last two transactions whenever I'm trying to send money it shows that the transaction is in progress but the amount has already deducted from the account and after some time it shows the request has failed. I really want to get refund of my payment. It's been more than 15 hours of raising a ticket still I've got any answer from there side. There customer is lousy as they are not interested in replying me for once.
There are so many bugs in the app after running the app i have to go back and start it again 10 20 times and then it starts to work And i have done all those things such as clearing cache and updating the application but still issue isn't getting resolved and i am not even able to go to phonepe support on the app
Though the CACHE has been continuously been cleared, the same problem is getting repeated. The app is automatically being closed, when it is opened for any transaction. Everytime it should be uninstalled and again installed, but after one single transaction, again same problem. It is creating lot of inconvenience. Gpay seems to be better than phonepe. Respond promptly and rectify the problem forthwith to have a good rating.
One of the best and fastest apps for doing UPI payments. Sometimes it becomes hard for me to find the contact chats so please add a little simple option to open that chat. In other factors the app is very good for doing recharge and bills.
Actually I trusted this app earlier. Now I am having such a terrible experience. I have made a payment of 10,000 RS on 4th May but it was showing as processing. And got a notification mentioned as this will be updated after 48hrs. Even after 48hrs I haven't get my money back and the transaction hasn't been done. Worst cus service. Perfect app for every kind of payment and all the other services it offers. Very reliable and trustworthy. Have been using it since 5 years now and never experienced any difficulty.
Everytime when I open the app, it doesn't functions well. The touch doesn't work. Even after clearing recent, it does work. The app has some bug. It gives us reason to give a bad feedback.
I love this hassle free payment, and also coupons. But, recently very tired of an issue, unable to check balance. It's become more frequent issue. Please fix it.
One of the best transaction application. But there is a very big problem while entering the UPI PIN the numbers are getting trimmed. This issue persists almost on all samsung phones. So if this issue would be rectified it will be so good.
I am not able to transact any amount. It's showing limit has been reached. There's no problem from the bank side also. I don't know what is going on with this app. I am many important transactions to make. From past 3 days it's been a serious problem for me. Check as soon as possible and fix the issue.
I like the app but it's extremely bloated with ads and "features". Please add an option in settings to simplify the UI, something more like Gpay for example. Or move all the icons away from the main screen.
This app is good, overall. Now this has not reoccurred recently, the app is working fine, but sometime earlier once I made a payment and the app kept on showing the transaction is in progress for a long time, whereas it should have shown failure or success immediately. This was really irritating. Also I noticed the amount of electricity bill is not shown correctly. It doesn't show the discounted amount.
