Really like the functions. But after first time play the score, tempo slowed down unwillingly withou changing anything and only corrected by reload the score. Confusing for the latest upgrade. Name changed and almost deleted the app since did not think I insyalled it. And the pro version price shot up by about 30%.
It's usable and I'm sure the paid version is really good. However there's a competitor providing much more features for free. While their app is a little bit buggier, the amount of features wins out. Being unable to change how the instruments sound makes it near impossible to tell between the parts.
Pro: Smooth scrolldown playback (the best) Good optimization (better than M***score) Cons: Soundfont is not pleasant to hear, very robotic (Acoustic Piano sounds obviously generated) Some elements fail to parse properly; uses metadata to generate Composer/Lyricist instead of using Musescore header elements, thus missing some fields like Arranger/Transcriber. (I tried another app called capella reader with the same mxml file and it does not have this issue.) No syncing feature for cloud
I like this app and I want to get the pro version but it doesn't seem to be available. The page is offline. Is the pro version still available?
I've pay for the Pro version and now not able to update it, it's not even listed on the Google Play Store.
The first reason I rate it a 4 star is because the reviews looked like I was going to learn the piano and the second reason I rate it a 4 star is because it has unfortunately stopped so can you please undo that for me. Thanks for telling.
MIDI input and wait for keypress to continue please. And it would be perfect for practice.
it doesn't start off easy and doesn't guid you throughout the app
play xml files very well thanks
It's just an amazing app
Thank you for this app. It would be brilliant, when it played all notes, but now it plays about 1/2 of notes in a measure...
I opened an xml file from MuseScore and this app only plays on every 5 notes and mutes the rest........
It can't play any sheets why?
I use this to help my kid practice piano. I am happy that I found this. It is easy to use and the sound it produces is very nice. My complaints so far, it crashes often (on both my phone and tablet) and I always get a an error opening a saved score, sometimes I have to do it 2-4 times before it'd open. Another minor thing is it does not play the trill or the turn.
Hey devs! This app seems really good and it's clearly developed with clear standards in mind and I'm evaluating a purchase! but there are a few features missing: 1-full screen? (pretty easy) 2-never ending score (I like how it works on Songsterr app, I know you can zoom but I think it would be more functional with a similar function!) thanks!
Guess I should have read Reader in the tittle. Well made.
I can't import my pdf format sheet music, ?? How to import music, what format needed?
I am having a problem uploading my music sheets to the app. I have uploaded them to Dropbox but can not share them to open in this app. I also do not see the download music button when I select the + sign on the top of the app. I have the lite version as I have no money in my account to buy the lite+ app. Please help me.
The app won't show any pdf files I have when I try to add
how can i use it on my ASUS genphone 5?
I used this on my iPad for some time now and just found it available for my android devices as well. It is truly a well done program and makes practicing choir pieces a breeze!
I liked the demo so much that I immediately purchase the lite+ to support the developer. I appreciate that there are no obnoxious ads to distract or suspicious permissions to accept.
Well well. Good but you will need time to master how to operate. Quite helpful to the music teachers and students.
Well I don't like it. IT DON'T PLAY THE WHOLE NOTE! It just cuts the notes. Example when I play a Half Note, it will just play like 8th Note. Please fix.
EDIT: The problem has been solved! Best music xml app on the market. Highly suggested! Previous problem (solved): I tried several apps for mobile music XML rendering and this is by far the best one. This would have been a 5-star review, if not for a simple but significant missing feature: the possibility to directly open a local XML file without manually adding it to the phonicscore library.
