Photo AFib Detector

Sorry, I cannot recommend this app for detecting atrial fibrillation. I have been diagnosed with AF by a cardiologist for seven years. I take meds daily to control it. Still have episodes of AF every few weeks. Each time I'm in AF this app says: "No abnormality is detected!" It's never once detected the atrial fibrillation. Too bad. Uninstalling.

As I write this review, my heart is currently out of rhythm, in Afib. I can tell when it's out and can confirm it by checking my pulse. My pulse is irregular, but I take medicine to slow it down. I just used this app to confirm it and it said there was no irregularities. It apparently relys more on the speed of the pulse, rather than the rhythm. Don't use this app if you need to know for sure if you're in Afib. It will give you false readings. I strongly "do not" recommend this app.

It helps ease my anxiety but I find it anoying that the images cut off the text alot. Also the history tab doesn't show details when you click on each one. Using Huawei Mate 10 Pro

the app superimposes on itself. cannot sufficiently read vital data even though info is there. I am using galaxy 9s. this also occurs on my other phone. I was hopeful as there r not any decent arrythmia apps out there.

Afib is not detected unless the arrhythmia is very obvious in the trace. I think I see a pattern: if there is afib which the app fails to detect, it measures heart rate higher than actual instead.

good app, seems fairly reliable however the display overlaps some data on screen making it difficult to read in places.

does not work, i have afib and tested the app on myself whilest i was having an episode and on all occasions it failed to detect my irregular heartbeat, its worse than rubbish its dangerous

Just another app to make Health Anxiety go through the roof. Sure, we deserve to know when in danger, but not from an app that has little crediblity.. I'm a recovering hypochrondriac..

doesnt work had episode this morning it said no abnormality detected..... as a long term sufferer we can feel it and this useless app toldme nothing was wrong ....dangerous app.

It's a scam do not install it. I put it on a bottle and it says like normal rate etc.

I am in a fib at the moment very obvious by checking pulse. App could not detect it.

Didn't detect it, even when I could see the dysrythmia on the screen.

I would like to stop ads. If I can't I will be uninstalling the app

It detects A FIB with me. I have it quite a lot and 70% of the time this ap detects AF,

absolutely a pos app. my heart is skipping beats and it registered nothing.

I was just diagnosed with afib yesterday, I am still in afib and this app tells me that no abnormalities were detected.

The other apps don't work. This one actualy works.

I have AF and it failed to detect it. I could clearly see the irregular rhythm on the graph. Retested several times and it didn't detect it at all.

I have AFib a lot. This app has not once caught it. However it did tell me I was in AFib rite after a cardioversion. Seems like this is just another way to advertise useless apps and games. Don't waste your time

It states abnormal with pacs leading user to think its afib ..doesn't identify. Otherwise change name to abnormal HR detector

Works OK. Shows my irregular heartbeat when exercising and the metrics seem consistent. Why is the pulse rate not recorded in the history? Does not use the built-in heart rate sensor on my Galaxy note 5. Would be better to have an option to record a longer period of the graph to show your doctor.

It has failed to detect my AFib multiple times. I can feel it.
