Photo Album Watch Face

I have downloaded my pictures to my watch multiple times. They showed for maybe 2 hours the first time and then they reverted to the stock pictures. Those arepretty, but not what I want. I just downloaded them for about the 10th time. Within 2 minutes the stock photos were back. I even Uninstalled and reinstalled. No change. There's not even an option to delete the stock pictires.

Difficult and frustrating to use.All my photos are mixed up under various dates, all of which are 1January 1970. A lot of my photos seem to be missing and it's very difficult to find the ones I want. My watch at first wasn't syncing, then would sync with a couple of my photos along with the apps stock standard photos.Then my photos will disappear and I have to go through the whole process of choosing photos, cropping only for them not to be synced and lost again. I'd like a refund.

Works for Fitbit Versa. I was a bit skeptical at first after reading the other reviews, but I'm glad I gave the app a shot. I only gave 4 stars because it is not a quick install the app and your good to go. I received several error messages and had to use a few of the trouble shooting tips including a restart of my device Samsung Galaxy 8+. I like being able to add multiple pictures versus having only one.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I should have heeded all of the negative reviews before purchasing. This app does not work at all! It is a waste of money. I have been trying for 2 days to get my Fitbit Versa 2 to connect to the app with no luck. I have tried every Troubleshooting method I could find online. I know my Fitbit is connected to my phone because I am receiving all of my texts and notifications. Do not make my same mistake. Do not purchase this app!

I've tried using this app multiple different times using my fit bit versa and I can never get it to work. I followed the video exactly how it says to do it and have sat waiting for 10 plus minutes for it to connect and download my pictures to my watch and every single time it says 0% downloaded. Waste of time and money.

It doesn't allow me to choose from all of my pictures. The newest picture in the gallery it lets me choose from is October and its only 17 pictures. The free app on the fitbit versa was better. Not worth the money unless the bugs get worked out

This app is terrible I've tried 5x now for 20 min solid each time to download the photos. I even tried doing only 3 photos total to start and NOTHING! I have a Google pixel 3xl so maybe it only works for certain smartphones or fitbits? I have the Versa2.

I purchased this app although the reviews were bad and that was my mistake. There's hardly any features on the app and I can't change the pictures. It's basically stuck and it won't update. Save your money!

it doesn't work with my fitbit versa and huawei. does not allow selection of photo or download. stocl photos appear on watch and it say connecting but no pics are downloaded. Update got it to work but dont know how, I did everything im the same way but this time it downloaded.

When the time turns to midnight it audfenly becomes a 0. Contacted the app producer and his solution was get a refund...like wow.

Does not connect. Tried going trough there help me section did everything it said. It won't connect to my fitbit. It just refers me to watch a video (which doesn't help) and then tho go to the FAQ section (doesn't help). I requested a refund from Google. If this had 0 starts I would click it. 😔

Wish I could give this app 0 stars!!! It by far the worst app I have ever used! And to think I spent money and tried to download my photos despite the bad reviews..... I should have listened to everyone else when they said it didn't work, because well... It doesn't. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!

Is a nice little app to get your favorite pics on your smart watch, once you see the video is easie and everything works good, I was pleased, the only thing that I didn't like was that I had to pay for the app but it was minimum payment so I guess is not that bad.

Agrivating, I FINALLY FIGURED THIS APP OUT, at first I had all the same problems. *Read Reviews* The trick is to ONLY LOAD 6 PICS AT A TIME *possibly more, I wasn't going to push it*. Every time you add more pics you have to redownload again. Works just fine for me, for now.

I would like a refund. I just could not get some if the stock photos off. I looked through all my internal folders but to no avail.

don't waste your money or time on this app!! never downloaded pictures of my own. no feedback from developer. very frustrating when product doesn't deliver what it's advertised to do!

tried over 1 hour and it never worked. watched video on iPad while using phone and watch. the sync option, the closing of app... nothing worked

I purchased this app months ago and still unable to load pictures to my FitBit Versa. It continues to say connecting when trying to download my photos. Watched several YouTube videos but with no luck.

Although took a moment to get it to work - the video is very helpful. All steps must be followed for this to work. Able to load personal photos for a watch face - love it.

Didn't work. Would not download and yes I did follow the video and app instructions. It allowed me to choose photos but when I tried to install via watch kept playing app original photos not selected ones.

I didn't get any options to connect the damn app with fitbit ionic hence i lose my 160/- I wasted almost 4-5 hours of my life connecting with app but it didn't happen. I don't know if I could get my money back PS: Do not use this app its a nightmare

+ and - buttons only work on their video. I'm not sure what version of this app they were using for this app, but I want THAT one. Epic fail. I would say to hang your head in shame, but you probably don't care.

I watched the video, and I followed all the steps, still it did not work with my fitbit versa. Soooooo disappointed. Want my money back!!!

I tried again and again to download photos tomy fitbit. I watched the video over and over and i still couldnt get it to work. Load of rubbish

Why does this have negative reviews? It works exactly as described with my versa 3 and does not revert to stock pics! Easy to setup without using the video also lol... fantastic job, much appreciated🥰

I have purchased this app few days now and the stupid app will not work. I got the right phone follow all instructions, watch their video and still they too my money only to be frustrated 😠...SUCK AS THEIR RIP OFF PUNK ASS...

Not clear on how it worked, assuming that it does of course (tried with a samsung galaxy s10 and a fitbit versa 2)

I am giving up. It keeps telling me to run the app while the app is clearly open and running. Pass.

couldn't get it to connect despite watching the video and giving a person who does have to do it for me and still nothing I give up. wish I could get my money back.

This app sucks sucks. Not worth paying for it at all. It selects an album for you and it doesn't load.
