Terrible experience with backup stick as does not backup as stated. Difficult to get it to backup and then may only do a portion. The first one I returned and second one is not much better.
Very very disappointed. Last year backed up photos on my phone successfully. Have just tried again after reloading app. It does not recognise stick connected.
With Photo backup stick I'm at ease knowing if something happens to my phone, I'll have a backup of all my photos safe at home. It's super simple to use. Greate app!
Horrible! I paid $200 for the stick so I can back up my photos and only 4 photos download before I get the error your photostick has become unstable. Very disappointed
Will not work! For what I paid, this is unacceptable! Plugged in the stick and the proper android adapter and it says it can't back up. The adapter barely goes into the stick. Don't want to force it and break it.
So very easy and fast. It eases my mind in case my phone crashes or photos become lost! It's also easy to operate. Would recommend it to anyone.
Really not happy how you can't just plug it in after you download the app. Tried download pictures and videos or just pictures or videos. Neither of them work always a error to contact support or link to? A person pays enough for these 250gb. So what is up with that. It sits there and people waste there money
Not good. It doesn't get all photos or videos and when I went to back up photos on my tablet, it wiped off everything I had from my Mac and PC. Made me cry! 😞
Multiple attempts at different times and it still does not work. Judging by the multiple reviews, photobackup stick by Paraben Consumer Software was a lemon or scam.
This app does not work for me. I've tried it several times on two different phones. Just shows error each time.
So easy to use and my picture are now safe. The device will be in my go bag in case I need to leave in an emergency. Now so much more space on my phone
Photo stick will not work with my phone, tried several times but saying that the photo stick is not attached to my phone !

Has licensing error that stops everyone. They wanted me to root the phone and run another app to get rid of license

This just does not work. I have tried for two hours and it keeps sayi g the app has stopped.

I downloaded the app from Google store and inserted the Photo Backup Stick with the included phone adapter . The app comes up and I tried all 3 options - backup photos, videos or everything. None of them worked. Tried inserting it in my computer & it doesn't see it.
