Because it wont set my photo as wallpaper from the app like it should be doing, and it can use some American cloths and darker arms and hands. Can you improve on these things. If so I will rate it a 5+.

This app requires data even for browsing it's fashion library , it's an online app . u can't do anything without internet in this app.
