PHOTO iD - Photo Labeling Inspection Camera App

Please add an option for people who don't need to use this on a regular basis! Why isn't there an option to purchase per document? I have a document that I need way more than 20 pictures for a lease. I do not need a subscription!!!! REPLY to U SCOPE: WAAAAAY too late. I already paid a months worth of your stinky subscription fee and canceled it in order to get my PDF. That is one thing you got going for you. I scoured every app in google play, and there is nothing comparable to yours even with the editing bugs. (It doesn't save my edits sometimes, and other times, won't let me edit certain pictures at all!)

All looks great, but all the photos do not stay in the order I take them in. I can't wait until this is fixed as I will be full out amped at an app like this. Please fix and quick!!! I can't wait to give you 5 stars! Now it appears as though the photos will stay in the correct order in the PDF preview on the device I used to take the photos, but as soon as I export the PDF via email to myself they get all jumbled up when I retrieve the PDF to save on my computer. Additionally whenever I click to export either the images or the PDF report to Dropbox it does nothing.

I must say that this app has truly exceeded my initial expectations. I have utilized this app for my inspection team solely for the past few weeks for a "self-imposed" trial basis. Since we have implemented the use of Photo ID, our overall office productivity efficiency has skyrocketed. The ease of use has been superb. The tech administrators seem to be rather accommadating in the way that tThay have answered each team inquiry in a timely manner with adequate support. The software updates seem to keep improving the overall functions. Keep up the great work guys! Thanks again!

Best app ever. This app has saved me thousands of hours. When I first got the app I found it a little bit clumsy and difficult to find my way around. It is actually very simple once you figure it out. I have been using this app since 2017. Back when it was a free app. I have tried other photo apps for the insurance industry and nothing compares. At this point, I wouldn't even bother trying anything else because this works so well I can't imagine there being anything better.

like the app, having issues as was allowing me to generate zip of pics but not working anymore. some assignments outlined with blue? others green? not sure but can't zip anything anymore. if thats fixed i will change to 5 stars. thanks. Update still love app but its not working for my Samsung Note 10 plus so until fixed cant use it . Hopefully they update with it working for these phones soon. The developer has been great in assisting.

can i permanently change the folders. or is this feature not available? meaning i wanted to permanently change dwelling folder to date and the subcategory to address for all inspections, but it seems like when i open a new job it reverts back to the original folders

This is by far the worst app. Phot ID beware. If you advertise as offering something for business purposes and do not deliver you're gonna get sued. Constantly freezes, email features don't work, zip files don't work, sharing period doesn't work. Download your own files? Nope. Free apps do way more without charging 12 bucks a month. You cost me three hours of editing on my inspections. Do not recommend.

I never realized how easy labeling my inspection images could be until discoving photo id. I absolutely wouldn't know what I would do anymore if I didn't have photo id in my life. This is absolutely the best app on the market. Thanks guys for developing such an amazing app!

Please add the Zapier integration to find a photo by the ID. I can't even tell you how great this app is! Keep it up! Add that integration and you get 5 stars.

Outstanding experience, and strongly recommended! . I have used this application several times. I feel quite satisfied. With this app, I don't have to spend too much time labeling photos

This app would be better if the bottom of every page was not filled with PhotoIDapp. I thought there would be no advertising but there it is.

this app sticks everytime i opento use it. I have to close it and try to open again. now it's stuck again with no function to any button and i have a report that i need and cant get to .not cool

The new camera compass and pitch gauge tools are great additions to this fabulous platform. I can share my assignments with team members to collaborate remotely using our web app in order to process the claim or job faster.
