This app has crippled my phone!Used it to view my wedding photos & accidentally pressed to d.load all 500 photos,I only wanted to download 1.Because of the size and the processor over working,it's crashed my phone. I've done several hard resets and when the phone loads back up it continues to download. There is no way for me to force stop the app as my phone is unusable. at this point I honestly don't know how to gain control back of my own phone edit:gained control after an hr & in safe mode!!
I have a Zenfolio Account and use this app often for my clients. I keep getting this message while trying to add photos from the link in my email to my Photo Moments App. "Error while parsing url. Photo Moment cannot be added." PLEASE.HELP! Need this fixed asap!
They have taken the pictures for our vacation rentals. There pictures have been absolutely perfect. Our rentals have increased since using them. Would definitely recommend them 100%.
It's a great app but when I go to try and access or download my photos it locks up and it let me do any thing and sometimes it gives this error message about not connecting to the url address. Please fix these issues.
Raymond is an incredible photographer! He has a great system with this app and I honestly have no complaints. He is very professional, he anticipated my next moves so the pictures told a story, and he got the pictures to me the very next day! I'll always recommend him.
as most other reviews. the app doesnt work and gives the same error message. this has veen going on for an age. the developer doesnt seem to be foxing it as there has been no updates or anything. shame for the photgrapers who pay for the service and get appalling service!
error while parsing the URL. I keep getting this time and time again. I was able to open the gallery in my iOS device but doesnt work in my Android device. Please fix ASAP.

ever since i downloaded this app to view my galleries on my phone, it has never worked. i keeo getting the same error message that apparently everyone got since feb. support team of this app doesnt seem to be working to fix the problem.
It's a fine app, but I have to enter the password for every photo I want to download. So if I select 10 photos from the gallery to download, I have to enter the photo password 10 times. And I had to enter the password just to access the gallery, so that means I entered the password 11 times to download 10 photos. Annoying.
Horrid! It doesn't work and has been left to die. Connect with Capture life to get a grip on how it's done or better yet, just partner with them.
error while parsing... I've seen quite a few reviews with this same problem from February. please fix this, I wanted to view my photos and I can't.
I cannot even add the sample album to try out the app: "Error parsing url! Photo Moment cannot be added" Write some better automated test coverage please!

Very bad user experience and their sever doesn't have proper bandwidth to serve their end user. Totally android app not good totally unworthy to use.
ive never been able to get this to work. always has a parse error. even for the sample album.
Perfect for clients to view, save favorites and show on their phone without having to go to website every time.
What is this? This App is terrible! There is a bug in it that doesn't let you view your gallery OR download your images! Please fix this ASAP.
Everytime I try open it fails and sends me to a page to report issues. Have un installed and re installed and still same issue. Used to work fine now not working at all
The only option it ever gave me was to download the sample gallery, even after doing that and deleting it, my only option was to download the sample gallery. What a piece of junk

Everytime I get on, it says parsing in URL. photo moment cannot be added, I'm on galaxy s8 and its frustrating cause I want to see my engagement photos, can anyone help?
This app does not work. The menus disappear and appear, thus not allowing you to even log in.

It's been a while Android Pie/9 is out, but the app still doesn't work with Android Pie/9.
This app is so broken. I cant download any of my wedding photos because it cant download any of them in any quality at all.
Don't understand why theirs not a download all button instead of having to go and click every photo to download. Then it still doesn't download all the pictures.

This app gives me an error every single time it opens, so I am unable to view any photos.
What a terrible app, getting photograpers to use it, then not keeping it updated so that any customer using an Andriod phone cannot download their photos. After reading through several reviews, this 'parsing url' error has been going on for over 6 months plenty of time for any competant company to fix an error. All we ant to to be able to show a wedding photos to our family and friends.
