Very frustrating. The frame does not show the confirmation so that I can accept it to upload pictures. I've had this frame for over 2 years, got 2 others for family members and now all 3 dont work. this is ridiculous. These frames were $120 each at best buy!! This issue needs to be fixed asap.
allowed me to bind device easily out of the box. lasted about 1 hour then app continuously stopped working. uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no success! we bought 4 of these...and 4 will be going back!
Bought 2 frames for family. Updated my phone, now both frames are "Waiting for confirmation" which does not arrive on frame. Try to delete users from frame (to remove old phones), nothing happens. Definite flaw in the software.
Frame no longer showing any new pics that have been sent from phones. App shows they've been successfully sent. very disappointed.
The user experience of the app is horrific. On top of that, it is clear the app doesn't pair to the frame and is no longer functional.
Would be fine if it confirmed when a pic was loaded to your device. It doesn't and sometimes the photo doesn't go to the frame.
App is unusable. $120 for a WiFi frame I can't upload to. I will update this review should this issue resolve. Email address for the developer is returned undeliverable. Pixel 3aXL
Loved it - at first. got new phone and can't link to frame. One of our frames can't get pictures anymore even from linked phones. What happened???????????/
Not binding anymore. Did factory reset and now the Frame ID is unknown. Won't even connect to Facebook with the QR code. Facebook says the link is broken.
Device doesn't pair. I'm having a similar issue as the other customers with the negative reviews. I am looking forward to a response from the developer or team.
Neither Aluratek app will work anymore. My parents now have a frame which we can't add photos to. Don't waste your money on an Aluratek frame!
cannot hook it up now after changing phones. really like it but now it won't let me send pictures. now it wont let me post this.
This app sucks ! It doesn't work and upload pics! Get a new phone and it does not work!
I dont know whats going on but the app stop working. Its terrible I had 4 people using this up . now we can share pictures. No stars for this one
Frame worked great for several months - now all I get is , " Unfortunetly, app has closed."
4$h!t. What a terrible POS that you won't realize is a POS until you own it. Don't know what a POS is? Google it. That's something you don't want to own. Just wanted to upload some family pictures and it's a nightmare. Go with something legit.
Can't upload photos without the app stopping and closing.

1. Why just 9 photos per upload? 2. How do I delete the photos that are already uploaded. If I try to add the pic that's already added(duplicates) , it keeps adding that, plus I am not able to figure out how to remove partially the existing uploaded photos. Can u please help me with that? 3. It only allows me to upload the photos that are present in my device. I want to upload the photos that are in my Drive or Google Photos , how do I do that? 4. How do I auto rotate the pic based on Potrait or Landscape pic?
Great idea! However some pictures get cropped funny and cut off half the picture/head. Wish we could choose how the image is cropped before sending.
Very disappointing. Only syncs first 9 photos. Returning frame to Best Buy.
Totally worthless app. I encountered every problem others have had. Fix the problems already!!!!!
I had multiple issues with this app: 1) Why only 9 photos per upload? 2) Why does the date keep resetting to 1/1/1970? 3) Why do I select Arizona time zone but it defaults to MST? 4) Why can I only upload video as I record it and not ones that I recorded previously? 5) Lack of documentation leaves unanswered questions. Such as, when I upload photos are they transferred to internal memory are they stored in a cloud somewhere?Uninstalling the app but keeping the frame.
I started using this app about 2 years ago on my LG G5 phone. It worked fine then, except for the fact that it only uploaded 9 pictures at a time and at that time I had about 2,000 pictures to upload, so that was a real pain. But now I've changed my phone to an LG G7 and it doesn't configure at all. I resorted to using a memory stick but it doesn't go through all the pictures. I've got 6,000 pictures on the memory stick and it only goes through about 200 of them. Very frustrated.
