Photo Prints+ 1 Hour Walmart Photo Prints

Have to change size and finish of each individual picture, which is horrible when you order a lump sum of pictures. This site charges delivery no matter how much you spend unlike Walmart website, which is free over $35. And the cost of prints is more than double! $0.20/ 4x6, Walmart site is $0.09. Deleting this app. Ordering from website only here on out. Plus the website has so many more gifts/personalized product options.

I wanted to print a collage, and your print sizes cut off either the top or the bottom. There was no way to adjust to fit the entire picture without cutting someone's head off.

Awful. Not user friendly. Customer service is terrible. If they do get back to you, they don't answer your questions. Photos never arrived at destination. No idea where they are. Will NEVER use again. Deleting after this review.

This app sucks. "Can't find my location" so won't print them anywhere!!! Even zooming in on the map and trying to click on Walmart does nothing. Map show NO Walmart stores whatsoever. Super frustrating to go through the whole process only to be denied something so basic

It is so quick and easy to order prints. You don't have to mess with plugging your phone in at a kiosk.

Love it. I'm starting my own lawn service and I'm making my business cards from photos I have taken. I use Google photos and add text that gives my name and number. They look great!

I did love this ap. Used many times for many orders. My last order I made($30.50) I didn't receive the regular confirmation email but the funds did come out of my bank, I waited to see if it would come. It never did. I emailed customer service and have not gotten a response. Now I am out 30$ and will have to find a new go to. I did love how easy it was to use and always did have good shipping time, but not being responded to when something went wrong is not making me want to continue with the ap

So I learned the hard way that if I order prints after the machine shuts off the prints won't just roll over to the next day. It gets complicated. But when I have ordered during business hours I haven't had issues. Reasonable quality.

Unbelievably simple and easy to order prints from here! Pictures are very high quality also.

Terrible Quality and Customer Service - my prints look awful. Big ink splotches and lines through them. These are supposed to be gifts. Walmart won't refund me because they're not affiliated with Photo Prints+ and I can't get a response from the customer service email. So although Walmart printed them, and I paid for them AT WALMART, I have to get refunded from Photo Prints+ who won't respond to me. What a scam. Should have gone directly through Walmarts photo site.

Cropped a nice pic and ordered two 4-6 and one 5-7. Problem is the 5-7 came UNCROPPED. Going to have to cut it out to make a wallet pic. Sucks to pay for a 5-7 to get a 2-3. Problem TWO. Started with 5 pics tagged and at checkout only showed the pic that was cropped and multiple sizes. Reordered pics that didn't appear to be on first order BUT guess what, had to pay for a second set of prints. This app sucks. You can make it work but will order each print separately from now on. WHAT A WASTE

Very fast and convenient way to have your memories printed, highly recommend this app.

First time I ever used it, they had come out with parts of the original picture cut off. I talked to then, once they git to see they asked me to reorder the pics, and they gave them to me fixed and ready to go so quickly. Customer service was with a smile, and done quickly. I think the sight has been modified inabling that not to happen again. Love my pictures!!!

Absolutely easy and no wait in a long line. Pick my social media platform my photograph is on, select photo, and choose print size. Then I place my order and get the total cost of what I owe when I pick up my photography. When done ordering I get a receipt with my order number. As simple as a click and on my way. Thanks for the ease of this app.

Easy to order my photos then go to the store and pick up. I can't use the photo loader at the store as it's too confusing.

Horrible pictures. I know printing pictures that were made by a phone will never look as pretty in real life but this was ridiculous on how bad the colors were. Too dark. Also the major flaw is that they zoom in on a pic when printing which resolves in cutting off some of the picture. My notations on my pictures where cut off due to that. I dont recommend using walmart at all! The price is not cheap compared to other sites you can print these days.

The app itself is pretty ideal I have to say and it certainly much faster than Walmart's website however it is not too an ideal that is so great that I'm willing to pay 2.5 times what walmart charges me per photo. I had 395 photos that I went through by hand and made sure each one of them was in the frame just the way I wanted to just to get to the end and see that these jokers wanted to charge me $100 to print those photos when I would have paid about $40 to have them done at Walmart. Waste.

App is buggy, phone is up to date on all software Samsung s10+ can't even go through my photo gallery without it crashing. Constantly freezing. Unresponsive. The web browsers better but way slower. Finally got my order submitted but never received an email confirmation. Trash waste of time. Better off using an official Amazon app instead of 3rd party apps for Walmart

I love getting my prints here at Walmart. The prints are color perfect. I get them within a minimum amount of time. When I pick up my prints they only cost a couple of dollars for several prints so I buy some frames too.

I love the convenience, not alot of filters or lighting options. Staffing not very friendly.

Don't use this app! I placed an order and never received a confirmation email although they did charge my credit card. When my order shipped to my house they were pictures that were not mine. I emailed the support address listed on the order and received a message that their inbox was full. There is no where in the app to talk to customer service or even see previous order history. Do not use this app there is zero customer service and if a mistake is made you are just out your money.

Over all the process is very intuitive, simple, and quick. If I could make any improvements I would add in-app photo editing. Also I was originally in McCook, Nebraska when I tried to print the photos. I know there is a Wal-Mart in but the app couldn't find it.

It may only take them 1 hour to print but you'll waste hours trying to get the app to work correctly, have to print in increments of 20 or less or app will continuously glitch and back out, & you can't even view the photos you've already ordered which makes it even more confusing, I wasted 5 hours trying to get an order together just for the app to erase EVERYTHING. Don't even attempt trying to print anything without the app, the website is even worse
