Photo Recovery - Digdeep Restore Deleted Photo

Did not work at all! My son erased all my photos on my phone as well as my ringtones. I have the Google photos back up and my photos unfortunately did not back up. I thought this app would work by bringing them back but it did not. Very angry. For a app that wants to charge$204, it should pull gold out of the sky. Not worth it.

It is horrible. It found my video but the sound is mute. Had to sign up for trial, 10 min ago, to recover video. Since it did not work I am trying to cancel the subscription and there is no option from The app. And I can't find the option to cancel that was ther befor I signed up. Wish I could give it a negative star. Will have to call PayPal to cancel payment . Don't download. And don't use.

Very tricky & insidious. It offers a 3 day trial w/a $200 autopay attached. Best part: it's per YEAR😆! I backed out, obviously, after a 2nd "are you really sure?" pop-up. Exited that, which unlocked access & clicked 🆗. 1st page routed me to a wordy, data recovery directions page w/same 🆗 buttons dotted in btwn; it was an AD, not the app! It finally worked, only to "recover" all my photo apps' filters. Really wanted to give the new guy an opportunity.

This app did not undelete any videos. It only created a photo of the initial video's scene and nothing else. I have been trying to cancel before my trial period was over without success and now have been charged the yearly fee of $221.39!! I really want a refund. I will not reccomend this app to anyone ever. Completely disgusted. Wish to award no stars but that is apparently not allowed. What a scam.

Signed up for the service without wanting to. Merely wanted the 3 day trial but the app is not user friendly and very difficult to manage. I have tried to cancel but have no confirmation that I've canceled the subscription. If the charge remains on CC I will dispute it. Free is fine but to get suckered into paying $200+ For this app is criminal. The Attorney General agrees.

Cannot cancel and stop payment. Never a way to accomplish anything through Google Play. None of the things they tell you to do, do not show up on the screen. Such as tiny tap or calm. Tried to cancel subscription a nd payment method. Nothing works.

This is Bull. It didnt restore my photos, and the ones it did give me the option to restore were certainly never on this device. It showed photos and videos from apps I've never installed. Worst part is when I cancelled the subscription I still got charged.

I did the three day trial and canceled on the 3rd day but they still charged me the full amount, $204!!! I tried to contact seeking a refund without response. When I used the app during the trial, it didnt even recover the deleted photo! I do not recommend!

Only recovered less than 100 pictures and I had over 3000 pictures. I canceled this the same day I subscribed and didn't notice the one review stating they still charged. Very upset. There is no easy way to unsubscribe and once you do find it, there isn't a way to get back to verify your unsubscribed.

The product works very well. In the future i desire to have more options and ways to manage a little less bulk at a time. Putting 20,000 files in one single list makes the process considerably tedious and unfortunately the end results will usuually be less thorough than what was intended.

This App should not even be allowed on this site. It is misleading about what is does. I did a deep recovery and all it gave me was my images from a popular music app. I cancelled right away. But I thought like with other apps I would have it for the three days. I was wrong, today I was charged 204.00 for a year subscription for an app that that did nothing to recover my personal deleted photos and videos. I now wish I would have read the reviews before I signed for the 3 day free trial. I learned a very expensive lesson today. Always read the reviews before signing up for a three day trial. If you are reading this, my hope is that you will not make the same expensive error I did.

Absolutely terrible, the price is unbelievable, it doesnt even show all my photos it just shows grey screen and when I click on them to view what they are it just turns into a grey screen.

Do not download this. It will tell you that you have 4 days to try it free. They tried to charge me $203 on the second day. They wont make it easy to cancel the subscription. Scam. It wasn't even able to recover a photo deleted less than a week ago.

Bad app. Did not find deleted photos, only those already in the gallery. Everything you try to do leads you to under the condition of signing up the paid version with 3 days trial.

Horrible Whatever people do i would recommend not to download at all like someone said in another comment it picks up photos that you didnt even download, screenshot, or take pics of it is total bs it the only thing it did do was pick up images that were already on my phone that I didnt delete yet but when I clicked restored on an image I never had on my phone it kept bringing me up to the screen to subscribe even though it was said not was free so I wouldnt download or try this app at all

Rip off if u could give 0 stars I would. Do not waste your money or time. It will not let you cancel. It just takes your money. I had to take all my credit cards off because of this and I even canceled them and got new ones. This service is a total top off and it doesn't even work!!! If u wanna just give somebody 200 hundred dollars this app is for you.

This app is quite handy... But... I was looking for a picture of one of my old friends. I'm pretty sure i had downloaded it from another app. Anyways, when i was looking for it, i only saw old gifs soemone had sent me and some other old photos/screenshots i had taken. I couldn't find the image anywhere. I don't recomend this app for people looking to find an old downloaded image. I wish i could rate this app better. maybe this is just an issue for me?? I dunno :/

This sucks. It retrieve only a few more photos than I already had . It did retrieve a lot of photos that weren't even mine. That is a huge security breach. I'm still out over 500+photos . Google you suck

Terrible app. I cancelled the subscription within the time required and was charged $289.99. I have attempted to contact Google Play Services as well as the develope,r David Vu, with absolutely no results. This is certainly not what I would expect from using Google Play Services.

Don"t use this app!! Google will trick you and charge your bank account muti times. I would do away with Google all together. I recently got bing and also use apple its so much better than using Google. Now sudden charges. 618$ was taken from my account. 209 a lick. For using this app. For 3 days. And I cancelled it just like it said. And they were charging every m9ntg even after I cancelled. They have done this muti times on different apps. And when you challege the purchase they say no sorry.

This is a horrible horrible horrible site. I give an -0 for this site. They say cancel at anytime. They same day I downloaded it I canceled the very next day they took my money & more Than they should have. I'm in the middle of emails with Google play they are investigating this. My next steps are my bank. Definitely will be canceling cards.

I dont like this, i went on hoping to get pictures back. And i try to get my cat pic back and i had to do a trial????? And none of these photos were from yesterday, yesterday i lost photos and they werent there... If you can make it recover stuff fron yesterday that would be great, and maybe ill give you 5 stars

I tried canceling, and thought I did then they made an unauthorized charge on my card, my bank cancelled my card where I was getting unemployment direct deposit on I asked for a refund they granted it, but I haven't seen it , it's been 3 months,then I finally got a hold of Google play and the said that it was charged back and there was nothing they could do.I never saw the refund,so how could I charge it back, since then I haven't been able to receive my weekly unemployment or my refund,

Dear Developer, I have subscribed for trail version and after 3 days my existing account linked in Google Play was debited with Rs. 16600 as a subscription charges. This is an unfortunate registration for me. I have already unsubscribed the registration through Google play. I hereby kindly request you to consider this as a request and do any of the following 1. Cancel the subscription from your end and refund my money back Or 2. Take one month charges from that payment of Rs. 16600 and do refund

This is bull. NONE of these photos were from my device. Huge security breach. According to others it's a cash grab because you need the full version to retrieve your photos

They scammed me out of my money. I cancelled within 2 hours of down loading this program and again before the 3 days was up. They took the money out of my account before the 3 days was up and refusing to return my money.

Extremely bad app. Got charged for NOTHING this seams to be an ongoing issue for this site. Notified google play for the 2nd time and waiting for response. Will cancel with my financial institution. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! ☹️ RIP OFF for $220.

Now id learned my lesson ..really need to read feedbacks and reviews first not just download means good enough. But it is really terrible. before you start he will ask you a payment no choice to go try the free trial. But since the charged is too much bro. $289.00. i would say you steal money from us!! I WAS NOT AWARE IT HAD A DIRECT LINK TO MY PAYPAL VIA GOOGLE PLAY. SO FAR I HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND STRESS I HAVE GONE THROUGH. I never purchased this app,, someone using my phone and accidentally subscribe to this app.. I never knew it until the amount was deducted to my savings account.. This up is not installed on my phone.. Please take action on this.. Please refund the money amounting PHP 10,050.. Waiting for your immediate response. Thank you
