Photo Squarer -Square Pictures

Used to be a 5 star app. It did exactly what it was supposed to do, add a border to pics for Instagram. For some reason they decided to move away from in-app ads (which I'm fine with) to now adding their watermark to the photos. Of course you can buy the Pro version to remove that but...no.

I had to factory reset my new phone. All of the apps I purchased before the reset works perfectly except for this one. I LOVE the blur affect and it took a lot of installing and uninstalling and restarting my phone to get it to work again. But it works OK now so yay:)

it was an excellent app. then they decided to put their tag at the bottom of pics we square to "encourage" us to buy the Pro version. it just encouraged me to uninstall it. there are several good free apps that don't do that. peace out PhotoSquarer, hello RCNoCrop

I even kept the photosquarer hashtag on instagram, started to use the other features, even recommended it to people. Now you're adding a watermark? That won't help your business... charge for other features or create a paid app, but I'm removing this from my phone and I was an active user. Anyone looking for something similar to the old app, use instaShot. It also crops videos and that's what I'll be using exclusively from now on. 😔

Been using this app for do long and recently a few months back was recommended to pay to remove watermark and remove ads but guess what? Ads still existed! And now it doesn't allow me to open any pics so I practically have a useless, non-functioning app which I paid for months ago! This is nonsensical!

I used photo squarer for the last two years and it was a great program. Now, they added a watermark on the free version and force you to buy the paid version to get rid of it. I guess you just lost a customer. I switched over to square instapic and it's a great program. They have no watermark on their free version.

To many pop up adds, I've paid for the pro version I want not to see my entire screen full of an ad.

The app kept saying "cant load file" and they are just photos. I used this app last year a lot and am disappointed it doesn't work well anymore.

Garbage. The watermark alone is a NO-NO at this day and age, and the feeble upsell to merely remove the watermark is ridiculous. This is 2017, NOT 2012, get with the times. There are plenty of faaarrr more robust apps out there, who aren't desperate to get their name out their via your pics. Steer clear from.

I used to looooooove this app for Instagram but as soon as I got a new phone it just no longer wants to work with any of the pictures I take from my current phone. Older pictures work that I saved from my old phone but I just can't use it anymore.

This app used to be good.. Now they put the water mark on your pic and ruins it. Going to find a new square photo app

The update add this lame large photosquarer text across Every picture. If they had a less obtrusive logo it wouldn't be so bad but it pretty much ruins the pictures. Uninstalling this app BC of it

Total garbage, all my photos I upload says "sorry can't load this photo" I'll rate zero if possible

It was a great app and I had used it for over a year. It worked well and was easy to operate. However, I just tried to get a photo squared for use on Instagram and saw that it now adds a watermark. I uninstalled the app immediately. Watermarks completely destroy anything that is artistic in a photo.

I am totally fine with having ads in apps, but when the developer wants you to pay to remove a watermark it's absurd.

Used to be good, but now the watermark ruins your photos unless you buy the pro version. Uninstalling.

I used to love this app but it won't load any photos for me to edit. Such a disappointment. Just takes up space in my phone now. ✌

I used to have this app in my another phone and it's good for work but now I just downloaded this app and it's full of bug and can't load my all files in this app, what's wrong for this app it changed and I want old version back

Used this app for years, even paid to not have the watermark because it was just so simple and worth it after such a long time. After the most recent update it won't even open pictures and keeps crashing. Extremely disappointed

Before I update the version, it did great without the watermark. I thought I won't betray this favorite app since 2013. But now, they had successfully released one of their 2 years-user. Thanks a bunch! SUGGESTION: download Square InstaPic instead of this.

I have been using this application for years until new version comes with watermark on the bottom, and it cannot remove. Sorry... uninstall.

The app was better before the update. After the update they added a huge watermark to the bottom of the picture. I can no longer use it.

Used to be good, but is horrible now. Watermark added, don't waste your time with this app.

It keeps saying ' sorry, can't load file'. I restarted it and it kept saying the same thing over and over again

I'll just use another free squarer app since you force me to buy a pro version by adding watermark.

Back when this app wasn't owned by a money grubbing developer, they had the option of paying $1 to get rid of the ads. I guess that either the developer went back on his word, or the new owners are just greedy since I now get video ads. I'd recommend Instashot instead.

It was a great app untill they made you pay to remove the water mark. Many more subsitutes in the play store

Is not letting me load any file. When trying to open a photo, says "Sorry, can't load file". Fix it and you'll get 5 stars

I have a S5. This app a won't even open my pictures to turn them into squares & I paid for the stupid $2 upgrade. Some upgrade :< this is ridiculous. I do not recommend.
