Photo Transfer App

Very useful app, but since two monts ago it stopped working properly, now every time I want to use it, it crashes :( basically it doesn't work anymore

A great and versatile app for seamless photos transferring that saved me alot of time and hassle. Decided to get the Pro version and it's totally worth it. Photos qualities were retained with unlimited transfer. Thank you developer and your team for working so hard on this app to make it the best experience for us, the end users. Would like to extend my appreciation to Karina for assisting me in resolving my queries so efficiently. Just one small issue I'm encountering is that the photos in a folder tend to jumble up when transferred over from phone to phone. Hopefully there will be a feature whereby photos could be transferred in sequence as per it's original state in the near future. Overall, I've a satisfied experience with this App. Cheers!

Usb port on my phone died, and Bluetooth transfer is painfully slow, so tried this app to get photos from phone to PC. Easy to install, uses WiFi so is very quick, easy to use. I upgraded to Pro and am delighted that I have moved all my photos and videos to my PC.

I use it as a simple transfer app for jpg's to and from phone and laptop - has proven excellent 99% of the time. The odd time it's a little slow when deleting after downloading and sometimes appears to have to wait. I normally restart the app if there's any hesitation and that's usually good enough. My only real. complaint has been that if you select more than 50 photos to download it won't always do it, but it doesn't tell you so be careful before you delete from the prime source.

Easiest Way to Transfer Photos! I have used this app for years to do mass imports and exports of photos. I have used it to go between computers, between phone and computer, between tablet and phone, between phones and cloud. It does everything in the simplest user interface possible. if Grandma or Grandpa are looking for an easy way to back up their photos to their computer, or you want to share photos between your device's easily - this is it.

I was trying to transfer photos from my android phone to my iPad. I had tried the free version, but it was a pain not being able to transfer batches of photos so I had to purchase the app twice. once I had installed the pro version I could no longer get it to work at all. after numerous failures I finally ended up having to upload everything to Google Drive, in order to free up space on my Android phone. to say I'm extremely disappointed by this app is an understatement. paid for it for nothing

Had one hiccup where a file got corrupted during transfer and had to resort to another app to brute force it to be deleted, also the fact that I have to use the pro version to transfer anything more than 10 or so files is a little annoying, but the price isn't terrible and with it being a one time purchase instead of a subscription is nice. Overall, I recommend it if you have to transfer files regularly, or for a one time period, though do be aware the "trial" of it is very limited.

I'm not sure why there are some negative reviews, I've used this app for over a year to transfer videos from my imac to my huawei phone using the free version and I've never had a problem with it. It's quick and simple and within seconds your files are where they need to be. After I bought a new imac there was an issue with video files but I had a quick response from support who advised what the probable cause was (apple switching codecs) and within a few clicks I was back in business. I'll be upgrading to the paid version based on this response.

If it worked, It would be okay. My phone won't connect to my computer for some reason, Galaxy S8, So I tried this app to clear photos off my phone. I'm okay with the half quality & can even tolerate only being able to do a few pictures at a time. But, it didn't work. It won't stay connected & only got 1 picture transferred. I'm back to trying to figure out why I cant just transfer files like I should be able to because I'm in no mood to figure out why a random app won't work either.

Won't stay connected. I have tried everything. I even reduced all the way to I picture. I even purchased the pro which apparently I had to purchase on both of my phones. I even made an account to this junk and still nothing. There is no option to contact customer service it just goes to your share options on your phone. We are most definitely filing for full refund.

Really sad that a good looking app does not have the option to select all photos, only displays folders in the trial mode with no select all, i guess if i pay to find out if the options exsist in pro app is a risk of loosing, they dont advertise the select all feature which means i will have to find another which has that important feature at least to try out, no features, no way in hell I'm buying. Being honest. No good trial means no good in paid app, ratings are purchased. Not by users.

It is a very good app, and easy to use. my only suggestion is on the pc version of this app. I tried to select many pictures at once, but the software only allow me to download 1 photo each time. It could save time and become easier, If you add a way to select several pictures at once. Overall, good job 👍

CANNOT get this app to even connect my 2 devices!! Device 1 is a Samsung Galaxy S9+; device 2 is a Samsung Galaxy Tab s3. Both connected to my home wifi. App used to work flawlessly. Now the 2 devices refuse to find each other. What happened? ...Edit: 2/28/20 -- This app has been repaired!!! The developers did an update which makes the linkage almost instantaneous. They also responded to me personally to let me know. Thank you; I'm very impressed!

I wanted to get my photos from my Huawei (Android) onto my MacBook (Apple.) Previous efforts proved very complex and ultimately unsuccessful. This Photo Transfer App did the job effectively and easily. It is free to download but I would recommend the £5.99 upgrade to get the full potential. If you get stuck, just get in touch with them be email and you will be given quick and very helpful service. I absolutely recommend this app. ***** Truly five star.

Really disappointed with the app. I had it on my old iPhone and it worked well. Moved to Android and the app is horrid. Never could get the browser function right, used the desktop version and every single pict download I got error image no longer available,if I tried a second time it worked but what is the use of giving me a thumb nail image and the image 🤷.

Liked the free app but wanted to transfer more than 10 pictures at a time so bought the upgrade. Managed to get it to work on Android but struggled with iPad as the upgrade wasn't recognised. Enrique was a bit slow to respond to a support request but when he did he solved my problem. Now works great. Happy Bunny. If you have problems, stick with it because it's worth it.

Fantastic. The only app that flawlessly transfers photos from Android to MacOS. I docked a star coz UI is a bit dated and clunky. Photos are instantly displayed, but they have a thick border with multiple frames to show a stack of photos. Why? Just the number of photos in the corner of the first thumbnail would suffice. No list view. There's a view change button, doesn't work. Dev's, just mimic the MacOS finder file browser UI. That's the stereotype.

Downloaded the app on my phone and computer so I could easily transfer without having to find a cable, or send to email, etc. Unfortunately, most of the time the app can't find a device, or disconnects mid-transfer, so it's pretty useless, and I uninstalled.

This worked fantastically with my Droid Turbo 2, unfortunately with my new Galaxy 10 it won't find the photos on the phone, only the ones on the SD card. This is not a fault of the app, it is all in the phone. My computer can't find them when connected with the USB, either.

Linking each device together was difficult to accomplish. Had to repeat the process several times before it was successful. Once the devices were linked, the file transfers were processed successfully & efficiently.

Transfer is more awkward than with other apps of similar intent. Unnecessarily complicated and borderline crippleware, as even buying pro doesn't give you sending to Dropbox, Flickr, etc. No FTP, and all devices must have this app installed, else go through browser.

Ok, so great idea, and it worked after forcing me to change my google password, which I didn't want to do, upload a gallery app as well to even find the picture, which it didnt explain about, and STILL, despite all of that I can only see the picture in the Gallery app. I click on 'Send to Windows' and ... it sort of freezes. So, where is the file on windows? I am on WIndows 10 with BlueStacks and using this app and Gallery app.

App is not worth downloading. All I wanted is to move my pics from internal storage to my SD card, no option for that (a that I could find). I just kept getting up grade notices on every option that was available.

This is a very functional app. It downloads pictures well and efficiently. The one issue I have is its problems deleting photos on my Android. Now I have to manually delete them 95% of the time. And I don't understand why it randomly works once in a while.

Extremely, frustrating...had to pay for upgrades on all my devices to be able to transfer more than 10 pics at a time. Further, didn't offer access to google photos so I had to download each photo individually and then transfer. What a pain!

App works ok for transferring photos from Samsung phone to Mac desktop. A bit confusing to use at first. I wish there was a way to transfer files with a higher resolution, but this works OK for my purposes.

It wants you to download them in high resolution on videos that you have. But still works great for transferring pictures from the phone to PC windows 11 without cables attached

This app is great but I found this out. If you have one single file/photo that is corrupted it will hang everytime doing back-ups. This is a pain if you have several thousand pictures. You will have to find the bad source file/photo and delete it from your source then go back and proceed your transfer to pc or whatever. The good news is once you restart your transfer anything previously already saved in your destination folder, it will skip those and proceed with the rest of your file/photos.
