After I updated my phone to android 7, the vids that I downloaded don't show in gallery... It's really hard for me 'cause whenever I want to upload something, I have to find my vid in storage then share it

It keeps saying connection failed
it's been great up until recently. 3/4 of the videos I download end up corrupted in some way and will not play after downloaded. A message says "Sorry video can not be played", no matter what program/player I use, even the tweetlord player. But if I upload it to Facebook etc then it plays. Frustrating. I emailed support but never heard back. 7/4/19-Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's STILL DOING IT. The only thing that plays after download are gifs, no videos will play. lame.
