I wish i could give no stars. The app worked fine when I first got imy printer in December. Now it won't open on my tablet. I tried reinstalling the app and it still won't work. I can open it on my phone but the app just spins waiting to connect to my printer. So basically my printer is useless after 4 months.
Printer request fails no matter what I do. Google search said to update the firmware and when I try it says there are no updates. Printer is now useless. update: I left printer alone for a while. Tried it again and it worked this time. I don't know why it didn't work before or why it works now, but I'm happy with it again.
this is so damn frustrating. wont print .. cant even get printer status to come up. this app doesn't even work with it's own printer.. everything is "request failed" but doesn't say why or what to do. someone needs to contact us and fix the damn thing
This app is completely absurd and so is this printer, I have read the instructions about turn on the GPS, wait until the blue WiFi light isn't blinking to launch app....these instructions are as bogus as this app and printer. Please resolve the problems ASAP!!!
Wifi doesn't work properly with my android phone (Samsung galaxy s7). Being able to print needs many attempts and sometimes it works like magic, don't know why.
I can't use the app and the printer to print photos. When I connected to the photobee wifi and chose a photo and tried to print, the app started loading and asked me to choose a printer.
App doesn't work 99percent of the time. Can't print any photos after the first day.. pls fix the app.
It's good to use to print out small pictures for family and friends, and of course yourself.
It doesn't work with U11 and Android 9. P.S. I don't know understand Korean Language...

Good app with valuable levers for photo printing especially the most important print quality...so hard to find. But as usual can not get past the app not finding the printer and no way to do manually and no access to help. Can someone please help me connect my printer to this app???

This app was great in the beginning. Never had any issues till now. It says that the printer has a firmware update so whenever I try to update it, it says "Print request failed". I have tried everything, even resetting the printer. Please fix this issue!!
