Photobook: Albums, Gifts and Prints

Extremely disappointed with the whole experience. After submitting, there was no update untill I followed up after 4 days. After printing, it was not shipped untill I followed up after 10 working days. The book came partly damaged. They will say it is shipping company fault, but it is I who suffered. The paper quality is good, but print quality is bad. Shadows are completely gone. Blues are so saturated it is difficult to distinguish shades. This is my last project with them.

So lousy apps, referred it to friend but when friend used it during check out, error message said code expired !! Called customer service it went to voice mail. Whatsapp them slow reply and cannot resolve it.

I ordered for canvas printing but delivery was too slow, just 1 picture but got almost a month. Printing quality is good but the frame wasn't in the center. A bit disappointment.

The support team is responsive however, taking actions on my concern is takng too long. Its been more than a month but I still haven't received my order. Per them, the product is still not available. Re app there are instances it hangs and deletes the project I am working on so I need to start all over again. It happens to me twice. Note this is my second time using the app.

App needs fixing. Order is stuck in the uploading in progress mode for more than a week. Have reached out via live chat and ticket raised, but suggestions provided did not solve the issue. Extremely unhappy with the service and experience as this was meant as a gift but the order completion is nowhere in sight.

Printing material for wall canvas are being forced to upgrade/ pay more to silk material but outcome are such a let down. Compare to the few years back leather pattern material? Current one deepen the colour n losses detail. So disappointed. Delivery also so expensive n long.

It is indicated delivered where in fact I did not received any. Is this sort of scam? Please amend this one!!!! I already received my item! It was transferred from international courier to local courier. So far the item was good the only problem happened is, it really took so much time to arrived. If your going to give the photobook as a gift make sure to order a month before the event. I am going to order again cause the item is good hopefully I'll have smooth transaction this time.

Bad quality My picture photoprint colour are sooo bad. It makes me mad and sad to see the quality. I wont use this service anymore and wont recommend to anyone. At first, it takes soo long for them to print my picture. I complained 2 times. Then i get the bad quality photo.the colour are so bad.

This app might not be a great experience for everyone but I do liked the services I got so far. Printing photos, photobook or anything else - you need to provide the best quality in order to ensure you get a good result. Buf if you can't be sure, just go to your nearby printing shop. Do not expect this company to do the maximum edit and quality check for you.

It took me too long to ship out my order, a few weeks ago I still didn't have my order, I paid for it. I thought their service was good. I chatted so much with them, no one was there to update, it was stressful to order here. Until now, NO ONE HAS REPLIED TO MY CHATS TO UPDATE. I just hope you fix your service and I hope the delivery doesn't take this long. It's stressful to wait that's why I give this app 1 star.

I really like photobook, the website has a variety of options to choose from. However the app is very limited. Another problem I have is that when I delete the projects it's still there but just says deleted. When I want to delete some photos, it's still there. It's frustrating because I really want to delete photos and projects to better pave for new projects and photos to use. Scrolling to find a particular picture is hard enough. I hope a permanent bulk delete option would be available.

I am a loyal customer since 2018 but now I'm totally frustrated with this photobook service. I got problem with my order (due to uploading issue) and photobook never notice me either thru email etc about that untill I asking for my order status and it take more then 5 weeks.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE using this apps. How come they Don't provide enough paper type when they do sales ? Then what is the point i buy the prepaid voucher if i have to pay for more charges ? The customer services also Don't give any help. They just simply gave u stupid reason which is have to wait for another stock to come. And the worst things is cannot get REFUND 29/1 I still didnt get my photos. It's more than 1 month from my purchased.Every week have to chat with CS yet still didnt get photos

Very poor customer service. Very slow production. Delivery will take long period of time. This app is very disgusting! It's been 2 weeks, but there's no one answering my queries. Also my order is so much delay! I will not recommend this app!!!!

Congrats to Photobook app for letting me to give my first ever 1 star review in Google App 🙂 1. The app is not syncronize with Photobook web. Means we have to recreate another project in the app again. This is just like how we are not able to reload cash into TNGCard through TNG App 😀 2. Peeps, do check the description before buying voucher in Sxopxx or Lxxxda. They only offer for e-voucher only which can be used in APP only. Order 9 Feb, receive it on 22 Feb, about 2 weeks time. Thickness of the paper is ok, hard cover also ok, only matter is printing quality wise i will only give 3 star because a bit blur and not high resolution (maybe the paper quality make the printing experience not at high resolution), But overall still ok if u not use it as commercial purpose. The only impress me is the template really artistic and wonderful. Customer service they not allow to direct call, only can email or chat box.

If there's negative stars I would give -5 stars for their customer support. Bought voucher cannot use and NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT !!! Only bot reply would attend to my issue as soon as possible. Maybe their soon reply is like once every 50 years. I had bought my voucher and cannot use. It says expired LOL so I bought an expired voucher. It also says 15 days return but cannot return if u can't find the customer support 🌚 smart move. Update: Requested for a refund but they fix my voucher instead lol.

I have been using photobook for several years converting my old slides to photobooks and the few minor issues have always been attended to promptly. The support service has been great. When my computer crashed the Photobook tech team sent me an email the next day giving me step by step instructions how to reset and recover the album I had been working on for weeks and it was perfect. I agree with one of the reviews that sometimes the photos are a bit too dark and I have learnt to make them much lighter before printing so this might be something that needs to be looked into. An update on some of the masks and page layouts would also be great. Otherwise I love this program.

Got my orders today! The prints were clean, the packaging was neat; and to my surprise the mini books were actually hard bound!! I am now planning my next travel/event/outing, just so I can make another book! Overall, the app is wonderful. But I would love to have the Editor on the app, too. It'll make the app projects sooo much prettier, and easier to design. It would also be awesome to have a title printed on the book's spine to make it easier to identify the books when they're shelved.

The services is good enough for me. Just trying their free album and some of the photos looked pretty dark from the original ones. Well, I got what I payed for, and I only pay the shipping cost which is a bit pricey for me, but their production is from Malaysia which is why. I hope they will open a production in Indonesia for a cheaper shipping cost. Also the app needs improvement to became user friendly. Anyway, I rate everything with 4 stars.

The app never send me an email for verification. i even checked my spam mail just in case it accidentally filter to that folder. I used their website instead via my computer. I bought a Groupon to make the photobook. Please keep in mind that even though it says photobook Canada, it didn't ship from Canada. And that really surprised me, it is actually coming from Indonesia. So when you are placing an order, you may expect to pay duties on top of your shipping cost.

I created a project in the app and wanted to check out on the website but unable to. And why can't I check out with my credit balance in the app? There isn't any option for me to do so. Also, the price for simple book on the website is way more expensive than it shown in the app, and there isn't a option for hardcover and paper types. Please allow us to use store credits in the app. Lastly, Photo Books should allow us to sync things in the same account for both website and app platforms. Thanks

Worst experience ever. Photo selected to print did not ask for cropping but photo printed out the top is cropped out. If it is meant to be cropped and not automatically adjusted and print out the size, please add in the crop features and customer know how the photo will look like after it is printed out with the selected photo size. Thank you.

This app is simple and easy to use. Really great apps. But there a lot of times the app crashed & shut down while editing and the projects were lost and had to do it again. A few tips for improvement is to maybe state the minimum and maximum number of pictures at every and each of the project. Like a small caption below the title of every project/order. So that users may know the min & max number of pictures before actually ordering or start the projects.

Has a problem with my other device so install it in a new device because I thought this may solve the problem. Still cannot open my project. Worse, cannot even key in my shopee vouchers. But it said this voucher is usable in app ONLY. So basically waste money and time for nothing.

It's been two months after my purchase and until now my item is still not delivered. Do not download this app. Order no. 8562602. Update as of 01/09/22: my order was returned to sender due to typhoon odette. However, no updates where given as to how to go about the order. Chat box in the app is not replying. How inconvenient.
