Photobucket - Save Print Share

I used it for storage. I ran out of storage space on there and now unless I pay I cannot even so much as look at any of my media. I paid the money to get more space and I find I can see the media, but I cannot remove it. I tried downloading it back to my phone and it always errors out. They hold your photos and videos ransom and when you pay the ransom, you still can't do anything.

Worst app/website ever. It used to be pretty amazing until they completely ruined it. I'm trying to harvest every picture I can on my account before they end up trashing my family memories. The app and website are making the process difficult. They're basically holding my pictures hostage. There's absolutely no way I'm paying a cent to photobucket when Facebook, Google and other sites allow far more picture storage. I see photobucket becoming extinct.

Horrible app, especially for a paid service. Trying to sort and delete photos is a nightmare. Multiple photos will still pop back up shortly after deleting them, and will return to their original sub folder after trying to move them to new folders. Also no way to save the photos back to my mobile device on the app, and trying to download multiple photos from the website to my mobile device is a nightmare as well. Getting my photos off here and never coming back.

If I could give less stars I would. I am very unimpressed that I am being forced to pay money to save my photos without even having a clue what they are. I haven't used photobucket in years and shouldn't have my photos deleted without my permission just because the website has changed and now wants to charge. I've never felt so robbed by a website, "give us money or we'll delete your photos." On top of that, the price keeps changing, it originally said it would only cost 3 dollars but now it's 6

Horrible Experience! Do NOT use this product if you like your pictures. They hold your pictures hostage with NO clear way to download them. All you can seem to do is keep the pictures in that app/service. There is no way to contact support either. Settings only let's you manage your payments and rate the service. HORRIBLE HORRIBME HORRIBLE. I'm so mad that I am going to have to sacrifice old pictures because of this terrible app/service.

I've had Photobucket since like '05. It got me thru my Myspace days. Now it's like a joke. None of the pictures load, they've divided my pictures up into these weird sub albums, and to reiterate.. none of the pictures load!! Lol. I'm switching to Prime photos. Oh well.

Way too expensive the options and platform seems outdated and old I've had it for 15+ years, and you are forcing me to pay or delete my whole lifes photos, maybe upgrade things and it would be worth the money but it's still the same platform from 10 years ago maybe with a few slight updates, it is 100% not worth the money the app always freezes doesn't work right half the time it's just not worth it..

Agree with everyone else - really slimy that I got an email to verify my account, once in then told I'll have to pay to upgrade my storage to access photos from 10+yrs ago. I deleted some photos I didn't want to keep in order to gain access to the others, but I had to download this app in order to delete an album rather than delete image by image. I'm frustrated and disappointed with Photobucket - they didn't give users a chance to DL their photos before roadblocking people from their memories.

Yes i give you money and in return i get a lazy app design. At this moment it says i cant upload anything while uploading is in progress. But i am not uploading anything. At the top it SAYS: FAILED: 16 of 55 images.. is this the supposed upload in progress? Who knows! I even upgraded for more space and am still getting notices that I'm at maximum capacity. I think it's time to move on. It's sad because i have used photobucket for at least 15 years. But what else can i do??

This is why I despise tech. Everyone makes a big deal it will be on the internet forever but let a company such as photobucket set an exampl of all your memories to be erased oh and your money taken. I wish it was 2006 when computers did what they were supposed and was not always a company trying to con consumers. I hate todays technology. USELESS. Back to traditonal photos then.

Worst ever painfully downloading and deleting one photo at a time to delete my account. Lots of videos stored seem to be having problems playing. Absolutely not worth the storage cost, so many better working cheaper options.

It gets what it deseves...for the threats of locking me out of my account, all the while..watermarking my photos plastered by their logo...and enduring attempts to make me pay for storage. All I want to do is download them and then delete my account. I get sent BS links that only infuriates me more, and now they started blurring my pics and have once again shut me out of my account....I still have over 1000 pics to retrieve. Thats for not reading my texts and if you would of given us all a choice....

Just downloaded, paid for more storage. I can't edit before the app completely crashes

I'm regretting to trust on Photobucket, i uploaded my data which was consisting on Good quality resolution, and size was Mbs of each.... Now i get access to them and totally poor quality stuff i get, Size = of pics in kbs Resolution = 640×480 You changed my assets quality, You have betrayed the trust. O God my quality data lost.... Alas! i might not be trusted on Photobucket. This is really deceiving, Black Mailing style, and really mis-commitment. Anyway? to get my Qty data get back?

I thought this would be a great app to store the gifs and pictures I use on a regular basis. For a while this was true, but then bugs kept showing up from time to time. If I went to a gif, the app would tell me an error occurred and usually restarting the app fixes the issue, sometimes I'd have to do that more than once to fix the issue. Most recently, the app will not sign me in automatically and even after uninstalling and reinstalling two times, the issue has not been resolved. It also doesn't help that when trying to share my pictures that my preferred places to share them are at the bottom of the options, while options I will never use (and I doubt many others will either) are at the top.

I had to get this app because after you forced me to pay to save my pictures, I got nothing but a BLANK PAGE whenever I signed into photobucket! I have 1092 pictures, and they loaded into the app in random order, even though they all have dates, so useless, and if you find the one you want and click on it, and then press the back arrow, it takes you back to the beginning of the pictures, where you have to start over. Also, no option to download the pictures from the app. All the thumbs down.

*Update* Since the last update I'm now able to login again. For the last year or two I constantly receive emails that I'm over storage limit. If I am it's not my fault that they've clearly lowered the limit since I first joined in the early 00s. I try to clear out as many pictures as I can that I don't want, but I can rarely even get the app to open. Currently when I click to sign in it goes to the login page then immediately back to the main screen. I cannot login at all anymore.

Update. My pictures are now there, but no thumbnails. You have to individually click on each picture or advance through the entire folder one at a time. Labor intensive. The company did respond with an explanation that there was an IT problem that day. If I had a dime..... At least my pictures aren't lost, but the app hardly makes it easy or enjoyable to view them.

I've been a member Photobucket for over 10 years. I use auto-backup which is so convenient because I hate having pics on my phone that I don't readily need but they're easily accessible once they're auto-backed up. But, I just went to this app to redownload some pictures and they're saving back into my phone's gallery with a big, ugly watermark. My photos are now unusable. I have to get on a computer to save them and then email to myself to have non-watermarked pics. What a hassle!

Won't even work half the time. I try to open my albums and view my photos and they won't load 2/3 the time. Usually, I either get an album full of little gray squares or it comes up with "no photos available" when I know for a FACT there are hundreds of pictures in that album. Tried closing and restarting the app, tried deleting and re-installing, tried restarting my phone. Nothing.

I'm sick and tired of the app changing to a version that isn't user friendly. I liked the old version with the white background behind the camera logo; NOT the black one. The black background one doesn't allow uploads and my albums are not in the groups that I chose. They're all just arranged alphabetically. When I tap on an album and it says to ADD TO ALBUM, to attempt to upload a picture, no albums are listed. I can download the white logo one but it disappears and switches to the black one within hours. VERY FRUSTRATING, since I am paying for the service.

As many others in here have expressed. I think I've had this app since at least 2006. Just realized it wasn't on my device, went to app store and downloaded the new version. What a piece of junk. Continuously closes and when it doesn't, I can find no way to download directly to my device. Update: I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it. Now when I go to sign in it says "THIS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED". Someone needs to fix this so I can retrieve 15 years worth of photos.

This is the worst company to deal with. Since I'd an account with them, they have made it so I exceed my limit. The help files are unhelpful. Trying to contact customer support is impossible because the 'captcha' or whatever verification thing continuously fails. I wanted to save off some of my photos to get below the limit threshold but I have to do it one image at a time. If there is a bulk method, I have no idea how to do it and getting in touch with any support type human is impossible. 0/10 do not recommend.

Absolute garbage. I have been using Photbucket since 2004. Not only do you guys hold pictures hostage with watermarks, your new app doesn't work for a damn, and neither does the website. The old version wasn't great, but it was at least somewhat functional. It's cute you actually pretend to read and respond to negative reviews, but I know that I'll be switching to another service. The significant decline in quality of this site/service is exceedingly disappointing, since it used to be good.

Photobucket is nowhere near the nice product it once was. This current update? Just more proof of a poorly executed product. Upon startup, you’re greeted with the sign-up or login screen. Click login. Attempt to log in, it jumps right back to the sign up/login page. Sometimes immediately, sometimes a few seconds later. Not only am I being extorted to access my data, but not even able to use the app to access it. Junk!
