Idea is good, UI is great but the Photo size gets reduced while sharing. Need an option to share photo in full resolution. Even if there is a limit or slight charge, it would be great.

When I first began using the app a few years ago, it was great. It made sharing photos between a group very easy. However, the recent addition of in app advertising was very poorly implemented. The ad system displays intrusive ads at completely random intervals and will blast a full volume, full screen ad without warning. The $7.99/year subscription to remove the ads is too high compared to the other options available as most apps charge a 1 time fee of $.99 - $2.99 to permanently remove ads.

Really like this app! Perfect for sharing pictures with family and friends! I have had trouble in the past due to some of the circles I was on being too big, but customer service was very helpful when I contacted them and I was able to resolve the issue. I am very happy with the new update since they added the "see what is new" feature that had been missing immediately after the update, and the ads don't seem nearly aggressive as before the update.

App is great, but uploading multiple pic is cumbersome process. One has to click 1 pic at a time. No option to select all or upload folder.

Love Love Love Photo Circle!!! The 4 stars is it just needs an online option and and option to create prints and books from the app.

Great way to share everyone's photos with a large group. You can see who submitted, what they submitted, leave comments, and more. You only share to your invited friends.

Love PhotoCircle! It's a much safer way to post family photos than social media platforms! The comment screens & notifications are a great way to be on top of new additions! Used to love the app! Very clever concept. But since the update, I can no longer upload photos or videos. Everytime I try to, the app shuts down. Definitely defeats the purpose of having it to begin with.

I just downloaded it but so far so good, lets me see the pictures someone is trying to share with me. Just had a full-screen ad at full volume pop up with no warning though. Glad my baby was already in bed, I'd have been pretty upset if that woke him up. Honestly startled me.

It is really beautiful experience to organise and see, but it should have a web view option and also details on storage and a backup key so in case we forget password we know to use the key and there need to be a little more edit and details options

3/21- here we go again with the Loud Advertising again. 🤦‍♀️ Very useful for sharing within the family & friends only.

The app has gone through it's big break, with ads now (not a crazy ton,, they're always out of the way and rarely pop up) and a way better experience. Of course, updating apps comes with it's glitches, so here's a story. I had some glitches and went to the Support/feedback section, thinking nothing would happen, but I should at least try. An HOUR later, they came back to me saying they will fix that issue. What a great bunch of people who really know how to run a social media platform.

I like the fact that you can share albums with others but the photos upload out of order. I wish I could rearrange them back to the correct order. I like that a link is cteated but I wish it were more private. It should be mandatory for all viewers to cteate a profile to view the album. That way, whoever creates the album will know when/if anyone else is viewing or has accessed the photos. I also wish the video permitted more than 10 seconds.

The downsides are that uploads don't necessarily upload in the order you select, so sometimes things are out of order. And of course videos are only 10 seconds long, but, considering the app is free, it's really not a big deal. I tend to upload like 20 pictures at once though, and it sends a notification for EACH upload. So that's 20 alerts going to peoples phones at once unless they turn off all notifications. There's really no in-between, and that's kind of silly.

I have updated my review due to PhotoCircle reaching out to me to help solve the issue. Customer service goes a long way! I will be using the app moving forward. THANK YOU PhotoCircle! ---------------------- I need to be able to access folders on my phone as opposed to a list starting with the most recent photo. Seems to be heading in a good direction but I can not search through thousands of photos to find something that is in a folder.

Up and running in 2 minutes, clips longer videos, it loads more of the shorter videos. Upload is very fast, I've shared pics through links, and SMS everyone was able to view all the photos and videos seamlessly. I've noticed it only shows one user but I've had 10-15 people view and they don't actually join just view, I'm thinking that's why. It's been the easiest app to use for the person trying to share to family and friends. Highly recommend this app.

I love this app but I've had a lot of problems with it whenever it wants to upgrade. I've have to uninstall then reinstall it 3 different times. It may be from not having good data service. I hate how we now have to deal with ads whenever we open this app. I guess that's the price for it being free to us. I'm just spoiled by it being free with no ads all these years.

I completely understand having ads or charging for this app!! I love being able to see my friends and family!! My family lives hundreds of miles from me and I enjoying sharing photos with them through photo circle!! If I get tired of the adds I'll pay the fee☺ simple 😉 if you like it you'll do what it takes to keep it😉☺ I also understand it's glitches! Yes it can be frustrating but consider all the photos or videos this app is supporting!!

It's only ok as a follower. My friend created a group so we could see photos of her new baby. But notifications are all or nothing, which I find incredibly frustrating. Either I get updates when someone is added to the group, when photos are posted, and when someone comments *or* no notifications at all. Can't I pick some or none of these options?...

I loved this app, my family and I use it all the time. Recently they added a bunch of ads, which is annoying but fine. The thing that really is unacceptable is the loud music with the ads that pop-up while flipping through the pictures. And it isn't easy to back out of them. Really makes me angry and I'm currently searching for a replacement app for us.

This app is excellent and good for having an essential shared cloud for a lot of people however it is missing one vital feature that is truly holding it back. Folders, this app is essentially a shared Gallery and the one pinnacle thing that every Gallery has had is a Folder system, its good at seperating and organizing things. Please with your next update add the ability to create folders and put pictures into those folders it will make your app a 1000x better.

This app was amazing years ago, but now I regret storing so many photos in this app because the ads keep getting worse and worse. I understand the need to make money and didn't mind ads I can scroll past, but the ads that can't be closed until after 5 seconds or that automatically play with volume even after navigating away to another screen are now making me look into alternatives. For $7.99/year for no ads, I could be using something much better for that price.

I was loving this app as I don't do Facebook or any other social media, but want to share pictures of my granddaughter with family and friends. Lately, however, the app is not showing my complete gallery albums, especially more recent pictures, so I'm unable to post new photos. Also, I've never been able to get videos to post. I do think paying to get rid of the ads is rather expensive, but I was considering it until these recent issues. What good is it if I can't post what I want?

This is a great way to share pics with my family. I gave it 3 stars because I wish the videos could be longer than 10 seconds. The other reason is because even if you use the camera and video through the app, you still have it on your phone. This still takes up storage on your phone until you delete them.The last reason for the 3 stars is transferring pics from the app.

Perfect way to privately share multiple photos in an album! Had a baby last year and with so many daily photos it's super easy for all the grandparents and relatives to simply come see the albums of the baby! Love that it's only viewable to the person you send the album link to (they have to have the app installed) it's convenient and you can title pictures and your invited people can leave comments on pics! Perfect for family and friends that live far away!

it's a great way for uploading pictures for others to see and download. As a firefighter, I use it to make folders for everyone in our crew to be able to see what we are doing at their own times. As well as it makes it easier to collect those pictures for documatation for our office as well. And now that they allow videos, it's even better. the only thing I would like to see is the ability to add longer videos.

works great would give it 5 star's but has advertisers popping up every so often.

Loving the app so far, easy to use and share. Only downside is there is no controls on reordering photos, or settings on who can add or delete pictures (it's a free for all once in the album unless the album creator removes them completely).
