Photofy Content Creation Tool

Updated to the latest version and lost all my projects. It's now changed to a lite version. God knows how many years of projects that took time and a lot of effort to make, just gone! Please tell me I can get these back, use them all on a regular basis

Best app in the world !! Used to be. Just started my art work again and found they removed the button to add a photo as a sticker or as your own design. With that feature that I loved the most. It's gone to paying for adding your logo to business. Us little folk now are left with a bunch of stickers to add to a collage. Well there are better apps for that. Such a shame.

Customer service is horrible...don't expect a response. Beware of automatic renewal! They make it very difficult to cancel....and I was automatically charged this year even though I canceled it last year. They won't respond to my multiple requests for refund (which included a screenshot clearly showing my subscription was canceled). Super sketchy business practices.

Love this app for making easy photo collages or adding a frame or wording to a photo! So easy to use and so many options for stickers and templates as well!

Nice idea, but it has very limited space to write text on the templates and you can't move them around or chance the size of the font.

Way better than I ever imagined. Tons of professional templates and images for advertising and promotional materials for many different business fields.

I love using Photofy and creating collages for our memories to go along with our pictures and sharing them to Facebook or putting them in a digital scrapbook. I do wish that we could also save images as JPG files too. I can't upload the png files to Shutterfly. I would also like to see my saved images in my account/app to transfer to a new phone. The images are per the phone.

awful!!! I got a free trial with Scentsy so I figured I would download it and give it a try. it doesn't work. at all!!! templates brings up a black screen and the artwork tab spins like its loading and then does nothing. thanks for wasting my free trial week. now I have no idea what it does or how well it works. I emailed support and got "that's odd we have an update coming out in a few days that should fix it." still no update and the app still doesn't work. highly disappointed

I have liked using Photofy, but lately I'm frustrated with it. I've had frequent crashes (even when I'm not using the app). I've reported feedback but not sure if it's getting noticed. Also had considerable problems with adding text. Trying to add a list of items. Sometimes forces to a second line, which I don't want. I try to reduce the font size, but it stays to 2 lines. If I double tap to edit text, try to remove the extra line, click yes to accept the font reverts back to large size and still on two lines. Also when entering text there's no option to reduce font size. Have to wait until I'm in edit mode. I'm on a droid. Have heard app is optimized on Apple, although not sure why!

Love the options, very creative. **UPDATED TO ADD: The update on 12.01.2020 messed the app up. I used this app to edit my photos for my business but now it hasn't worked correctly in a week. It doesn't show all of my photos as it did before and although it allows me to choose my photo, I can't move forward to edit. It allows you to edit the free stock photos, though. Hopefully this will be fixed very soon.

This is five stars for me. I couldn't find any good editing apps, then I found this one. I'm a writer, and that means I need good covers. This app provides many fonts, and even backgrounds for the words. The only problem I have with this app is different shapes for the backgrounds, and more filters that REALLY effect the picture. But other then that, I TOTALLY recommend.

Recently started crashing pretty often, even when I haven't used the app in a while (or maybe all day) it will tell me that Photofy has stopped. I want a white background that is easily made... or a way to make a template. I also want more artwork for sale. I especially want faith-based ones. I think I've purchased all of the ones that currently exist.

I LOVED PHOTOFY!!! I would use it for all of my editing, especially for making quick text graphics for my side biz... but all of a sudden, I can no longer edit my own pics from my Samsung camera.... I can select them with the check mark, but the app does not progress from there. It no only works with images I have saved from Facebook, or edited elsewhere, etc.... this makes me so sad! I HOPE THEY FIX IT!

Edit: Deleting the app and reinstalling helped the initial glitch. Had another glitch yesterday and today but i deleted and reinstalled the app again and it's working smoothly. Technology is just fickle that way! Great app to edit photos so much to choose from! ✨ I am annoyed that if im not using the app for a minute or two it will kick me out and reset my work. Really bothersome when you lose all your work.

I have not been able to get into this app in months. keep receiving a message that says give us a few moments to get the magic started after 10 minutes I still have nothing.. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it numerous times also restarted my phone still nothing. Please fix this soon love this app and miss using it. UPDATE Thank you for getting back to me with a solution. It worked. 🙂 Love this app. Its the best!!!!!

Easy to use for work, home, and kids schooling. One of the best editors I've used, and it has become my go to photo editor. Simple to use, quality product, reliable resources, and tons of options. I edit photos, make posters, labels, backdrops for slide show presentations, etc. I would recommend to others.

I have loved this app for years but it's been weeks now that it keeps crashing and has become nearly unusable. At first it only happened when I went to add logos (a feature I pay for) and now it does it at random and sometimes won't open at all. This seems like a very common issue now. Update 3/12: I have been in contact with support and so far no solution has been found.

I have loved Photofy since I came across it years ago and purchased the Premium content. I recently kept getting an error while attempting to log in as i had only linked my account to Facebook. I took the advice of the devs on my last review & opened "Artwork" and found the premium content & suddenly I was logged in & the tab reads "personal" above my FB email. Now that works, but I keep getting kicked back to the Home screen after hitting "continue".

This was my favorite photo app ever, until I went to use it yesterday. I purchased the Premium package about 8 months ago because I loved and used it almost every day. Now, all it does is continuously try to load.... I tried to uninstall it twice, hoping it would fix the problem but it hasn't. I feel lost without it! What other app is out there that is compatible to this that actually works? Any suggestions?

A lot of content is locked. I can design my own piece pretty easily (just takes 20 minutes), and there are some really cute predesigned templates, but each template costs extra. It's just annoying. It's not worth it to me to buy a template I'll use once for $4.

This is my first attempt with Photofly and although is appears to be a great app, it is challenging for me to put things together and the training videos go so fast, I had to play, pause and replay 3 or 4 times before I was able to understand how to use the app. I am sure it will become easier with increased use. The end result was very professional.

I don't think it is explained well enough as to what it really helps with it is not as user friendly as it looks. I post items almost daily with out an app. But thus seems to lock in only nar info. I don't usually have an issue with computer or phone apps but this one is just confusing even when looking or reviewing videos everything is tiny and hard to see what is being explained .

I love everything I can do with this app!! But on a small phone screen it makes a lot of things touchy. Getting things lined up just right can be difficult

Loved it originally but the lack of adding content is disappointing. At $4/mo the content should be updated monthly. We have had the same social quick share items for over a year. I'll be cancelling next month. Please add some new content for social!!!

First time user and I like it. Design options seem intuitive. I'm still figuring out how to complete my work, but appreciate all the photo options and the manipulations I have access to. The request to review came before I finished, so I haven't even had one full experience, but so far so good.

Sometimes navigating is a bit annoying. You can't change the order of photos when doing a collage so you have to go back and reselect them in a different order once you've picked your layout. But I use this app a lot and I'm usually pretty happy with the outcome.

Have loved this app until last night. Now, I can't get into it. I have paid subscriptions and everything. Not a happy customer right now. The main screen is telling me the app needs to be reloaded because it needs internet. My internet is connected. I have deleted it and reloaded it and the problem continues, please fix. Thanks in advance.
