Why even bother. You can rarely log in, and if you get that far, it barely shows you the full size photos. If you try to download them, it saves as an unopenable file. Then you're stuck trying to screen shot the photo, which of course doesnt save in good quality. Any of the other theme park photo app companies would be better than this. I really hope Sea World changes it in the future, this one is such a disappointment.

Logs into screen with verify credentials, if clicked it logs you back out. Upper left is icon to scan bar code. If done says barcode saved and does nothing. Tried web interface as well, can't find photos with barcode, does not save barcodes, no way to do anything but log in/log out and search for barcode which apparently does not exist. They might as well show you a photo card and set it on fire in front of you. It would be more entertaining and more enjoyable.

Just download the app. I already saved the images from the website but I'm new to the area and only minutes away from the park so I got an annual pass and was hoping the app would make it easier down the line. sign in was fine! But instead of pictures I have grey squares. when I click them the screen is blank. it shows that I have 11 pictures but only grey squares.

I understand you've been having issues with your servers, but the app hasn't been working properly since long before the server issues. Current issues: 1) Can't login to service 2) Downloaded photos are just a gray box 3) Photos don't appear when you click on them; you must back out and click again, sometimes several times, before an image will appear

When it's up and running, it's great! But the app has been down for soooo long. Even the employees at SeaWorld have no idea what the problem is or how long it's going to be down. You can't see any of your photos that you've paid for with annual pass. Photo Key also works at Bush Gardens however the past 6 - 8 months. You're unable to use it just like SeaWorld. Why pay for it when it doesn't work?

Just OK, but lots to work on. Program has lot of issues when loading larger view of the pictures. Can't multi-select to download images. Need to add function to show your QR code from phone, instead of having to carry the card around every time. Overall, not impressed at all.

I wish the developer would read all the reviews and fix this app. It used to work wonderfully but for over a year now it crashes every time I try to look at a photo. Now I can't even log in, getting a server error message. I have an annual photokey and wish I could see my photos. Please please make this app work again!!!

Terrible app! Don't what has changed in the past 4 months but, you can't login, always a "can't connect to server error." This app has become useless. Even when it logged in you couldn't add bar codes.

App doesn't work, can't connect to server.Makes sense since it hasn't been updated since 2018. Photokey website works on the computer so I can get my images from there, at least.

I ❤, love, LOVE the PhotoKey program but... This app is extremely terrible. It crashes more often than it works... on both my phone and tablet! It should be so much better (or at least stable) given that it has a dedicated funding stream.

Oh man, where do I begin?? Connecting to server. Please Wait...; can't even register an account or login, help is a 404 error, the website doesn't even work (connection times out). Lastly, the app starts crashing when I scan a PhotoKey card. I had to delete the app because of all the errors.

The app won't open. It just keeps saying connecting to servers. I payed to be able to view my pictures digitally. It hasn't been updated since the beginning of 2018, it is way over due seeing how it is now 2020.

I currently cannot download my photos, and the issue has been known for long enough to where it definitely should have been fixed by now. Also, if and when it does start working again, it would be nice if it wasn't quite so obvious they put literally zero effort into this app.

It keeps crashing on my samsung galaxy s9+. I can't even look at my babys photos because it automatically says error before the picture pops up. Please fix this issue. I didn't pay for this thing for me not to be able to get my photos.

Purchased a Photopass at Seaworld, and the app glitched scanning and did not get photo. E-Mailed them, and despite being 2 days from Christmas they returned my E-Mail and added my photo to account! Simple to use app and great customer service.

Only gave 1 start because it won't let you give 0 stars. The app is trash. Can't log in for months and the pictures aren't full quality. App needs a major overhaul. Major update required.

App crashes no matter what you do now. It used to work without issues but now you can only see thumbnails. Disappointing as we have used it for so many years.

Terrible. Don't buy photokey. The literally must have one guy running the whole business, one server hosting the pictures, and zero fault tolerance. Site has been down for a whole week. My friends bought photokey from SeaWorld and Busch Gardens. Unable to see photos we spent approximately $130 on.

It keeps giving a server timeout alert for the website and app. As of right now unless you go to the photokey booth in the park my photos are unaccessible.

Totally useless. Required to view /download Sea World photo. Yet, it can't even handle sign in. The help button is no help. After it pretended to be signed in, there was no place to input the download code.

Try to create an account, says emails in use. When I try to login, it says no account exists with that email. Sounds like an account setup/database issue. Edit: Finally fixed 6 months later.

Terrible! I was told to download this app so I can access my photos. I haven't been able to see any of them bc it says the server is still processing the request. Then the app kicks me out!

**APP IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED/USED BY SEA WORLD/BUSCH GARDENS PARKS*** I loved this app but I couldn't get it to load in Nov. I stopped by PhotoKey desk and they said you can only access online now. No clue why but website works!

Terrible app. Just download it and won't open. Now can I access to the digital files I just purchased for yesterday.

For the $200 price tag they sure make this very difficult to get what u paid for. Unreal, longin was a pain they did not tell me they emailed a password which i found but then help button does not work and cannot download pics... trash and looking for a lawsuit to happen. How many familys they scam...

It says server connection error. I haven't been able to access my pictures since they were put onto my account. My daughter is afraid of roller coasters but she got the nerve up to ride one and I really want the picture. I can't even see it.
