Very difficult and glitchy to use. Dissapointing. It had a lot of potential but ruined by a cheap system. You also have to order at least 4 photos every time so you are still paying 36-45 each time. Would be much better if I could order one at a time. And they are supposedly having a deal right now so that its 36 for 4 photos, but it keeps trying to charge me the 45 anyways. Im so annoyed this was supposed to be easy.
Great concept terrible app. Had multiple problems with app. No way to discard current order and start over. Number of squares/price errors due to attempts to restart order. False expired notice on coupon code. Actually needed to add one more square to use. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to clear current order with no luck. Finally deleted data from app to get the price/number of squares to correct. Hopefully everything will arrive correctly.
Good idea, terrible app. The most frustrating app I have ever used. It has way to many little issues from loading photos to finding them. Impossible to look for the photos you want from device or Google photos...
Can't upload or create order. Says requires internet connection but I've tried with wifi and mobile data connections. Only pulls some, not even all my photos for upload choices. Forever loading screens.
It is a great concept but it kept hanging up trying to access my Google photos. After some patience I finally got the app to load my photos from Google and was able to order.
I have now made 2 purchases from this app. The photos are awesome, easy to hang, remove, & rehang. I get compliments every time someone sees them.
Ordering was really easy. It's a gift so, hoping that delivery & quality is equally good!
I just downloaded the app and figured I'd try it out and I'm not happy at all with this app!! At check out it tells you to put your phone number in and you can't proceed til you do BUT THERE ISN'T EVEN A PLACE TO PUT YOUR PHONE NUMBER.... THAT'S RIDICULOUS... I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and EXACT SAME THING!!!

it is wonderful. this is my second time. only that the stickers are firm enough,since i pasted it, it has not fallen it is very nice. Above all, their customer service is top notch
1st order of prints were outstanding... Just as seen on phone during order process and I got exactly what was presented on their app. Just placed my 2nd order with photo squared. Best thing ever... Order prints, u won't be sorry... 😉
Had to make sures pics were edited before, because no way to edit in app. Otherwise great experience. Hope they turn out ok.

Good idea and would be a great application if it actually would work, I gave the permission to load my photos but it didn't bring them up to make a order. Therefore I'm giving 1star and took application off my phone.
The app did not connect with Google photos and trying to find the photos I wanted was tedious. I also could not share photos from another app to photo squared
It took a few minutes to figure out how to open the other albums in my phone but after that it was super easy! And who doesn't love free shipping
How does this app have a 4.1 rating?! It keeps stalling and/or doesn't do anything! I want it to work, but so far... nothing. I think the concept is wonderful, and I would be a repeat customer. ...if it worked.
I can't get my pictures to upload yet there are pending charges on my PayPal account. I have yet to receive an email back on the three emails I sent
Easy to use, then froze/hung when trying to use PayPal. Wound up using a credit card. Not a deal breaker but uggh.
Ordered a set for my mom's birthday and they turnes out ao well, I was actually jealous she was getting all the pictures for her wall. So excited for my set of pictures!
I tried placing an order 3 time all 3 times my photo's stopped uploading my phone froze .. I also found that my PayPal was still charged all 3 times .. :(
I have been trying for months to get my pics once i pick my picture it freezes then have to start over ...so upset because i have alot i want to do...cant get no where need order part

The instructions are very easy to follow and if you have a problem leave a message and they will return an answer the next day, usually. This is the sixth order for me and I love them. I'm giving them for Christmas gifts.

First order was great, the quality is wonderful!! Have been trying for 3wks to make a second order with no luck. It just freezes up at 38%, won't let me use a coupon that ISN'T expired, can't purchase anything and can't start over. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same thing. Have sent report after report. As a photographer, this is a dreamsite...if it'd work!!!
