PhotoSync Bundle Add-On

Great app! I keep my photos on a home server SMB share and PhotoSync works perfectly with the setup. You need to pay 1.99 for the "NAS" add-on (after a free 7 day trial) but it's well worth the tiny price. I went ahead and paid 3.99 for all the add-ons to support the developer. Keep up the awesome work!!

Very simple, seamless app for transferring photos from phone to phone to computer to tablet. You have to figure out that both devices must be on the same wifi network and set to send or receive. But once you do, this does the job quicky! Pay the $3.99 for the "pro" app with the add-ons and zero add.

So helpful for backing up pix and videos between phone ipad and pc . I wouldn't be without it . Highly recommended , quick , and easy to use ( also backs up to/ from dropbox and Google drive ). Many thanks to the app developer for making this available on so many platforms. The Only annoyance and it isn't the developers fault , is that I can't back up to / from Amazon drive directly. It's something to do with Amazon privacy I think ?

I cannot recommend this app. I purchased this bundle for the cloud sync to Google Photos, but half if the time the it just doesn't work. It will just hang indefinitely with the Transfer Progress at 0%, even with small files. When it does work, it's painfully slow, and the developer has not implemented proper coding to prevent it from being forced out of memory, or even just having the transfers sustained in the background, so leaving the app will cause them to fail. Good idea, bad app.

Took some time to get the autosync to work properly. Settings could use some rationalization, especially the part for setting targets. Would be nice to have multiple triggers on. And a more material design would definitely improve the "experience". But regardless, this is so far so much better than DS Photo, even though it does slightly different things.

Nice program to sync files to many devices using numerous transport technology. The only annoying problem is when I sync all of my 2,000+ pictures via FTP, it kicks out an error every so often and stops all file transfer. It doean't tell you what the problem is but just states "Error". It would be nice if the program would skip the problem file and continue to the end. I would think having it spit out a log showing which files had problems after transfer completes would be highly preferred!

This is a fantastic app that enables you to back up photo's from an Android device to several different destinations. I use the Add On Bundle to back up to a NAS drive using the SMB protocol which it does quickly and easily. When I had a problem with installing the bundle on multiple devices the developers responded immediately to my email and I was able to quickly sort out my problem.

Love it. So easy to use and when I can't get my phone to download through the usb cable this app allows me to get ky pics etc to my laptop and vice versa. Love it. Recommend it to all. Only thing is if I hae something playung 9n my latop the transfer comes up over to show me it is done. A good thing but sometimes annoying. Will give you a window everytime you transfer so make sure you turn off the window or else you'll have so many windows to close. Only set back on this.

PhotoSync is an awesome app. I've been using it for about 6 years now. Being able to back up all my photos/ videos to my computer automatically is great as a back up. My wife and I both use this tool along with the desktop app. It's a great way, also, for you to have all your pics together. It's nice to be able to tag and sort your pics when they are uploaded to the computer. I would recommend this app and the desktop app to anyone and everyone; and I have!!! P.S. It's easy setup too!

I cant understand the low ratings. I've used this app for years and it has worked perfectly-Iphone to MacBook and Android to M1 MacBook. I like that I can set it to rename the pictures to a custom format as it transfers and now I can even set it to auto transfer them! Add in a wonderfully responsive developer and for me there's nothing more I can ask.

This is an excellent app that does exactly what the developer claims without any issue. It's easy to set up too. The app is particularly useful, at a time when Google no longer provides free storage to photos. If there's anything that needs improvement, I'd say automatic transfer to multiple targets will be a big plus.

This may be my favorite app. It is a little complicated to get it set up, but then it runs perfectly and all my pictures/videos are backed up to my home hardware rather than just being on the phone (or backed up in the cloud somewhere).

When it works, it's terrific. But connection keeps dropping so it makes auto transfers impossible. Constantly having to reset the program on my PC.

Great and simple App. Yes you gotta pay 4€, but you get a solid mobile solution for your self hosted photo backup system. You can connect via (S)FTP, SMB, WebDAV and more. Only feature I'm missing, is the (easy) ability to browse your server folders. Like a thumbnail / preview on the client would be great!

Autotransfer does not work, spent money on the app just for autotransfer. I can manually transfer to my server but when I turn on autotransfer nothing happens when the conditions are met. I have tried every single condition the app allows and nothing works.

Fantastic! There are quite a few settings and configuration options which can be daunting and honestly could be laid out a little more intuitively, but once configured it is rock solid. I am syncing from phone to PC where my photos are properly backed up and couldn't be happier.

This app was recommend by others because of its flexibility. I am impressed that I was able to configure it any way that I desire. It even has compatibility with Smugmug!! This is the solution I need to circumvent Google's reduction of resolution for Pixel 4xl devices and uploaded images to the cloud. I have my own NAS and this is this best partner that I could find. Give them a try.

Can't live with out this ap.if you are needing to transfer pictures everyday .look no further . iPhone and Android work awesome with PC tablet cross platform. My go-to app

It certainly makes exchanging pictures between various devices much easier, there are many options for this. However, from time to time it refuses to work, even though the devices are perfectly reachable etc.

very easy to use. would be nice to be able to select all pictures and still have it back them up in individual albums instead of putting everything under an 'all' folder. Sweet home had this capability but unfortunately no updates to that app.

Does what I want it to do ( bkng up to my routers USB SD card via SMB). Emailed for help, got quick reply and help to set it up. Unexpectedly great customer service. Got the bundle.

Edit: I followed the devs advice to get support on the 15th and it's now the 22nd and I haven't gotten a reply. Absolute waste of money. Do not purchase this app... IT DOESN'T WORK. Waste of money, doesnt work. Seriously I paid 4$ and the autotransfer feature doesn't work. It's pointless.

Does not work. I bought this app and the add on to specifically use the auto backup function and after trying multiple configurations it never completes an auto back up and the online support is too complicated. Please avoid if auto backup is what you need. Manual back ups work perfectly.

This used to work really well. Now the auto-transfer no longer works and configuring it to use Dropbox is a total nightmare - it outright refuses to complete the authorisation and I'm tired of the Captcha rubbish Dropbox force on you for each attempt. So I'm dumping PhotoSync and using ResilioSync instead.

This is an incredibly well-made app, lots of features and server platforms, and very reliable. All my camera photos upload to my home server every time as soon as taken. When I'm out of signal it caches and uploads as soon as I'm back online. Simply superb! Thank you!!

This App is so flexible, it delivers everything you need and has several configuration options. I'm using it to automatically backup my photos from multiple folders to my NAS and it works like a charm. Thanks!

Love it (mostly). Sometimes it won't send as pics are taken (the sync method I chose), but it otherwise does its job well. (Yes, I've excluded the app from battery optimizations.) But very happy, overall. Stock SGS9+.
