PhotoSync (Sync to Picasa)
At first, select local folder and Picasa album you want to sync. Then, PhotoSync detects added photos and upload automatically.In the other hand, PhotoSync watching registered folder at fixed interval. If PhotoSync find photos not uploaded yet, upload the photos automatically. Of course you can upload photos not only automatically but also manually.
Sync method is 4 pattern. "Android to Picasa","Picasa to Android","Complement" and "Bidirectional". You can choice sync method you want.
You can save device/Google Photos space to resize photos.If you resize photos in predetermined size, you can use unlimited space in Google Photos. If you are Google+ user, the size is 2048 pixel. if you are not Google+ user, the size is 800 pixel.

* This app is trial version. So you can choose only "Android to Picasa" for sync setting. And you can't use "Resize" function. To use all function, you need to install "PicasaSyncUnlocker". **

I use 2-step verification for my Google account. While I can see all of my Picasa albums in your app, the sync process seems to fail. I suspect that Google is looking for authorization before it will facilitate that sync. With some other apps, I generate an app-specific password using Google (eg, for my mail client to access Gmail) which I then enter into that app's configuration. Any suggestions?
This app is very vanilla,basic. It doesn't show your photos when you're choosing photos to upload. You have to dig through the file tree. I don't see a way to upload individual pictures either. It seems to only do folders. "Tool for Picasa "by Colfier labs is much better and they don't restrict functions during the trial. Sorry but have to uninstall.
Running KitKat and it never seemed to sync hourly as configured

Getting this error and syncing has stopped - Retrieve failed. (Webalbum load failed. "403 Forbidden Token invalid"). What is the fix?

It's only giving me the sync photos part and nothing else is there another app I have to download to see my pictures
I have tons of albums in my cell which needs to b synced with picassa. But after doing it, it s not visible on the laptop. What a waste of time
Can't believe there are only 50k downloads for this app. Its the only in the store where you could choose your album and apply auto sync. So great! Thanks for making it.
Photo sync did absolutely nothing. No photos were uploaded or "synced" despite fepeated claims of success and different settings being tried.

I give it a four stars (ready to update it to five stars) just because it crashes frequently on my Galaxy S4 for probably minor stupid bugs. But it does exactly what it says, to sync between mobile and Picasa the way you want. I want to keep local versions of some of my Picasa albums, I tried other 5 apps and none of them worked. This is just perfect! I also bought the paid version and don't regret it. So please, solve those bugs and then it will be a five stars from me!!! :-)

So i'm finding a crazy amount of doubles triples of all my photos being uploaded to +.. Fixxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Uploaded the same photo thousands of times... I am still deleting them.
cannot sync videos still trying various formats but the android native mp4 format is not supported by the sync, a fix would give this 5 stars.

After update it just says qued and you can't stop or do anything anymore. I have had with this tool. Uninstalling and lookin for better solution. Google+ is worse..
Straight up would not upload. The app seemed to appropriately validate against Google, but no dice manually syncing or auto.
No upload status. The UI is not intuitive. Seems to function, but there are better options.
Works perfectly. Would be nice if it wouldn't fail when a picture has the same name.
