App is not working after update. boolean error. Uninstalled, rebooted phone, reinstalled, now it works but all articles are blank. I hope they fix it soon. This has been my favorite app.
App is broken and won't open after I subscribed to the service. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same problem. Reviews should not be the primary Avenue for technical support.
i downloaded the app, and it was very limited (showing only about 10 stories) so i bought a subscription and now it no longer opens just gives an Index error.. shame as i really want it!
I enjoy this ap. I enjoy the tidbits of news. I can pick and choose for follow up in other applications that are more detailed.
This was my favorite science news app. Reported boolean error described by others, received no response, so cancelled subscription and uninstalled.

I'm getting exactly the same error after paying the subscription. This is unacceptable.

It's like lowest effort app asking for subscription. Accessing options opens a subscription dialog. Sad cringe

Need refund or at least subscription cancellation. This app is useless. It has no feedback or action when tapping on stories. It just briefly highlights then does absolutely nothing. When it did work the one time i opened the app it seemed ok...then stopped working. Please, don't be a theif and charge my debit card. Im asking you to unsubscribe me as there is no contact info for the makers of this app. ☣️
