Physical Therapy Exercise Tracker

This app helps you track and rate your exercise sessions for you to report back to your physical therapist. It's flexible way of creating exercise sets allows multiple exercise programs for you to run.

Unlike other apps that have only have specific exercises for one area, you can add any type of exercise.

For example you might have a exercise regimen that has 3 exercise sets: two of which need to be done twice a day, with the remaining one just once a day. This app allows you to have the flexibility to do exactly that.

In your PT appointment, your physical therapist usually will ask about your pain level. As part of recording your exercise program, it will ask about your pain levels at the beginning and end, allowing accurate reporting.

The has reporting that allows you to show you all of your exercise programs that you have run, showing the status of each exercise for each time you ran a exercise program.

Set up easily enough, customizable to any list of exercises. Tracking and Reporting is minimal. Does not track partial exercise completion with number of repetitions. The report screen shows the days you started exercise routines, but you must open each one to view what you did.

Terrible design and really annoying popups every time you want to do something! And there's no tracking! If I want to do a plank for 30 seconds, there's no way to track the time or how many I did! Why even use the app? This needs some serious work before it's usable.

Excellent for keeping track of my PT exercises, times them & even gives me a report. The only thing I think is missing is a way to add alerts for reminders. It may be there & I'm just not seeing it. Thanks for making this app!

Deal breaker for me was inability to set the date and time of exercises entered after they were performed, which should be present in a tracking app. Also, without a reminder function its usefulness is limited.

I like that I can enter in the exact PT requirements given by my therapist. Pain level input is a fantastic addition for each session, to know how different exercises affect me.

It is okay at best. Apparently, if you accidentally close the app while exercising, it marks your workout as complete. Fix please.
