Physical Therapy Timer

I've been doing the same roughly 30-minute physical therapy routine daily for over a year, and I have to keep it up for the rest of my life. So I created an app that makes doing PT exercises a lot easier.

PT Timer helps you focus and meet your goals. If your mind tends to wander while you're doing exercises and you have trouble finishing them all, this app is for you. Having an interactive list of exercises is very helpful in keeping you on track.

Physical therapy requires you to do long, complex routines, and it can be extremely hard to remember all of your exercises. While you use PT Timer, you're always viewing your whole routine in a list format so that you know exactly what you have left to do.

Plus, you can add instructions to each exercise while you're learning the ropes.

Often, PT exercises are timed. Sometimes, they're not. PT Timer helps you keep track of them either way.

PT Timer gives you the freedom to do your exercises anywhere. No more carrying around a paper sheet full of them or racking your brain trying to remember what that final exercise was.

Unlike other timer/routine apps that force you to do tasks in a specific order, PT Timer lets you skip around from exercise to exercise, since all the exercises and their timers are together on one simple screen.

And best of all, now you can stop counting seconds and start focusing on how well you're doing your exercises. Have to do a 30-second stretch 6 times? PT Timer will also let you know how many repetitions you've finished, because it is almost impossible to remember yourself (if you're me).

It's free, and there are no advertisements or strings attached.

Pretty neet app keeps me from forgetting what my therapist asks me to do. I like that it is fully customizable, but I wish there was a catalog of exercises to choose from. I think the timer feature is useful. It keeps me focused on form instead counting. Easy to use too.

Fill out routine. Add a timer if needed. Go through your list, (at home or gym) boom your done. It helps me remember stretches my therapist recommended for an injury. Plus I added a workout routine I got off the internet for sports training. I can pull it up at the gym and remember my stretches and workout ! I like it!

Pretty useless. Needed something to just track repetitions of each of a series of exercises, this thing just can't even do that. Basically a glorified notepad

after entering exercise discription, once you enter 4 lines of text. window does not allow you to move to next field. Keyboard blocks access to next field. Maybe add slider bars on the side to move screen or install a "next" button to move to next field. Good concept thou
