Broken. Tried signing up for the app since my bcbst credentials didn't work. It just gives a "you have encountered an error" message with no details as to why. There's no option to sign up on a desktop.

If you can get set up with a doctor/therapist, good luck because the app crashes after the first one making it impossible to request another doctor or different type of appointment. The email contact info does not work. There's no way to reach out for resolution or a response back. This could be very dangerous for people with mental health issues that cannot go to a brick&mortar office because no one is taking new patients during this pandemic.

This app is garbage. I can't even sign up because it just says encountered an error. I'd give this app a zero if I could. Lots of people seem to have this problem so either fix it or get it off the play store. Should not even be an option. Also I don't want your apology, I want you to fix the stupid broken app!!

Would not let me create an account. "Error" on filling out second page. Backed out, reentered all info again. Same error. Too bad, I really wanted to have this ready.

Extremely buggy and utter garbage. Trying to add my wife as a family member on the app but keep getting an error that let me confirm her details. I wish there was a website instead as the app is completely useless.

This app doesn't even deserve 1 star. Downloaded with intention to find new doctors and to be able to talk to doctors like my wellness app says i can. It does nothing but give me errors and won't let me navigate the app. Also didn't give me me points for downloading this app on my wellness app. Horrible app please fix ASAP!

Entered all requested info, the message says I've "encountered a problem" but the only option is "ok" and it doesn't show the problem. So, now I have the app and I can't use it!

Over 6 hours for a simple sinus infection for my daughter and no call ....i called cuatomer srvice twice and i get told they dont have enough doctors bc this is the flu season and everyone is sick....the problem with that is this same thing has been going on for well over a year looking at the other reviews....looks like they will lie to you to make it look like the problem is something else instead of thier service....and BTW the app is terrible had to set up online....dont waste your time.

Won't let me add my kids; I added them online and they don't show up in app. Every 3 seconds it says some kind of error. This app is trash.

I keep getting 'an error has occured'. I may try in a month or 2. Maybe they will have this app up and running properly without the glitches.
