Not very easy to follow. One of the neck exercises said hand on left temple but the photo was on the forehead, then said use the resistance to turn head to the right but there's no resistance cos your hand is on the left. Not having a name for the exercise or whether it's for bursa, rotator cuff etc is annoying. Not in depth enough & pictures aren't clear enough. Needs a lot of work for this app. I wanted an app to guide how many reps per times per day etc as well
