This Platform empowers the rep with information on fingertips before, during and after the doctor call. It enables the rep to report call by call by using his waiting time in the clinic. Managers can access real-time data to take informed tactical and strategic decisions.
The new version includes the correction in the link from where the data for every module is to be downloaded.
Initially user will be presented with the configuration screen, on hitting the configure button, an Http request is made to our server for authentication of the user. Then user gets an alert that it will take 30 - 45 minutes to configure and on clicking OK, the data downloading will begin for all modules.
Once the user configures successfully, he will be allowed to login and then he will have access to the various modules of the app.

Phyzii-CRM enables medical reps to digitally detail medical content to physicians and manage all other activities to improve effectiveness and productivity.

Worst app ever . Needs lots of improvement . Everytime sync , If you upload something it takes 2-3 to upload without any reason , you have to select again .. lots of technical problems.
WORST APP OF PLAY STORE. Very poor performance. Needs a lots of improvement in this app like synchronise speed. Become slow at the time of synchronise. Can't able to see missed doctors. Request to developer please give permission to add and edit the customers to FLM also. Need to update as more attractive. Its menu, icons are very small.
Synchronised problem is very common in this app usually it synchronised in midnight it's very dangarous. Because of synchronised at midnight we went in delay report. It happened with me 2 times. Please improve the performance of the application.
Kindly update the app. And pls make the search option throgh patch names/city names/area name vise . So it will be help to search a particular doctor and chemist in particular Area could be find more easier . and also add the visit frequency beside that only so user can find it easily. So it would make a app better in reporting. And for approval and other request we have to open in browser it is not visible in app. I
Not working properly......it is taking too much time for synchronisation
The only problem is during syncing data. It shows that your data are synchronized but they wont . I have seen and tried many times..Always face this problem .
Worst phyzi app wifi signal and Mobile data everything is good whenever opening app that time app showing like something went wrong what's problem actually so many problems are there app and portal also , earlier phyzi app showing a Doctor legacy code after updating app it's not showing and also app running slow , as soon as possible clear the issues tnq
3 This Organisation Software team is 4th Gender, they are not capable to create option LOAD FROM MTP. 😡 2 Till now you Developer team not created one option "LOAD FROM MTP ". I think you are Worst Developer team. 1 Load from MTP option is not there and also as Load from STP is not works. Very VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV Worst App as comparison to other App. 1. Still they haven't provided options LOAD FROM MTP.
The application has a lot of bugs,it has syncing issues, showing blank pages on command and other related glitches.Needs lot of attention to improve the application.

App is not opened with mobile data
Worst tool won't work most of the times. Still runs like 90s. Veeva is the best. Thier server it outdated and cannot handle.
the app. doesn't show missed doctor list, coverage percentage, everytime i have to log into the CRM for information. and the sync.... ohhhh just ridiculous.
Worst app i had ever seen my life seriously. Sync is not done properly and sometimes it shows internet connection not available even in night with high speed internet this app is not work properly.

When the App is uninstalled by default. When it is installed app want a client l'd username & password when I fill all the data correct that time app shows "USER is ALREADY CONFIGURED" & that time old client I'd is not opened. Very very very slow app. Not able to sync a single report from last 4 hrs. Using jio fibre and Airtel 4G with speed up to 27Mbps ....
This application is not even acceptable for single rating. Worst in synchronize the data. Somehow this application gives many employees to lop . Worst worst... Kind request for play store , kindly delete this application.
Very poor application. Once it configure in a device, can't login in another device until deconfigure by the admin. Please make it free from boundaries.
Request to fix one BUG I found. When I try to download the doctor list from the web application it downloads a corrupted file that's why it can't be opened in mobile devices.

I am unable to change the client name in the same device. My old and new companies are using this app for reporting. So, i already installed and used as old company favour, but for my new company i have uninstalled and install to change the client name. But it's not possible. Always showing the old id and the first page where client name have to put is not coming. Please suggest me what to do?
I am using Samsung galaxy M30s. Recently bought. But unable to use this app. It says wrong password. While I can use the same password via web login. Kindly solve my issue.
Worst app ever it lags a lot notification are repeated again and again and worst of all it takes me 20 min just to login as the app gets stuck on login page. Should have rated it -5 stars
Very very bad application campaire to any one reporting application because this application not proper show to any data and server this application is very bad and campaire to any one application, my experience out of hundred mark give to zero mark.
this app is not working properly, repots gets locked before alloteded time , and its is very slow at few links like as deshbord , the circle go round and round for 10 -15 min and than deshbord opens .
I haven't seen a slow app like this! Need to improve the synchronisation speed!
