PIA App

Unforunately, I am receiving network error but I have very strong internet connection. We Pakistani want to use our own products and airlines because it is directly linked with national economy but PIA is providing pathetic services, pathetic and useless app. Please search some Pakistani app developers on Fiverr and update this app. Its not app, it is embarassement for us.

1. No multiple city selection option. 2. No separate choice of departure and return flights, I don't like the choices you provide, want to choose whatever suits me best. 3. Really slow in processing, 20 MBPS fiber connection takes so much processing time, imagine using this app in remote areas Hoping to see our national flag carrier improve. Good luck

Hundreds of complaints but no one in PIA has cared to respond. The App keeps asking to update it, but when you do, nothing happens and it takes you instead to the uninstall page! This App is a waste of time. Besides, once username and password have been entered, it must remember it instead of having to insert the information every time the App is accessed. Please respond to my comments and let me know what is being done to resolve these issues.

Great App but it has no practical use. I have checked in though the App but they've still asked me to check-in manually at the Airport. Ideally the QR code provided by the App should have been scanned at the counter but they insist that we should take paper based boarding pass. The App has no use at the Airport besides telling you your seat numbers in advance.

Totally useless app! Whenever you turn on the app, it keep saying "no internet connection", it requires mobile data and is useless with wifi. Checkin online, flight schedule, flight status, etc. is not working. Login page for award plus takes you to the webpage, and is not possible to login in app. 23.10.219 Application works much better now, flight status, view booking and checkin online working but still need to add award plus option.

It basically doesn't work. Using it on my S8 Plus. You click and pray that it does something. Completely useless. Couldn't make a booking or purchase a ticket. Waste of time. The worst app I have ever come across!! Wish there was a zero start rating. It doesn't even deserve a zero.

Please fix the APP as it gives mostly server error and if there is a luck we are able to select flights then it just shows in progress. My humble request to kindly maintain some standard of our National Flag airline. We are living in a world where countries are digitalizing themselves. Still we are in 70s era. Please fix it

Its a big change from the lousy UI of the previous version. There is just one issue. Could you please add suggestions to it. Like if i search Islamabad to Madina on a certain date and the flight is available on a different date or if a connecting flight is available for the trip, it should pop up automatically.

Very poor experience. Interface is not good at all. For all the tasks, app redirects to PIA's webpage instead of completing the same within app environment. I love my National Flag Carrier, always prefer to travel with it but please be professionals and stop letting us rate your apps 1 star. I'll change my rating to 5 star whenever the app start working like a proper airline's app.

Useless app. Cant make bookings with your card, because worldpay crashes. You are in suspense for a few days because you don't receive a confirmation. The transaction amount is shown as pending from your account which disappear s after 2/3 days. When you call them they ask you to visit their offices or go to a travel agent.

App require a lot of improvements, for example Multi city and even for normal schedule it shows no schedule If user date selection for flights not available, it should show alternative date on which flight are available. Don't know why PIA do not compare their app and website with another country airline's website or app to improve. PIA need to hire high quality developer to match with the changing world so that people like ourselves who like using national carriers do not turn their back. Right now the condition of app is that everyone struggle to book a flight so think would any tourist or foreign nationals bother to go on the app or website knowing he would fail to book a simple ticket. Wake up PIA ! PLEASE.

Worst design. Why you can't fix the booking and search options, always showing no flight. No suggestion for available dates, please work on the app, its the main cause of pia revenue loss. In the era of IT PIA is still lacking the accessibility. Get some good app developers. Please

Here i will talk about PIA service i booked ticket here but when i went to PIA office in Dubai. They say i wrote my name wrong while it was 101 percent correct actuely they were asking 500 Aed more i booked my ticket at Air blue with 300 Aed less with sane name spell and travelled without problem this is the differance between old elefant and quality.

App looks good. Currently unable to search the flights. Kindly fix the issue on priority basis. Overall good job but still can be enhanced more.

Your app is more worst then your funny flying.... A we do still face problems even online to booking are buy tickets come on 2022 is on do something your app is down...... 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Doesn't work at all, doesn't even search the city/airport. They have same problem with the website. I have sent emails but have received no response. Useless people working for PIA.

On opening it asks you to update. When you press update icon it takes you to page which gives options of uninstall and open. we can't use it in present form. Very bad app

message pops to update the App, when trying to update App. it doesnt work. Its shame. IT team ypu should keep honest work to keep App working. You corrupt IT try to open other airlines App and learn from them. shame you all corrupt. Make things easy.

Good afternoon, The PIA app is not working of different iOS and Android devices with lates operating system. Please update and fix the app. It's such a shame in this day an age to have a decent app for booking. You don't have to invent the wheel again. Just follow best practices used worldwide. Regards

Is this some kind of joke? what was that! App or a kid's drawing book. Purple color for menu fonts??? Seriously?? I can design this app 100 times better. Menu is not working at all. Uninstalled instantly. Shame

App isn't responsive, Saying my internet isn't working even though another app is downloading through internet at the time this message was said by the app! App has no actual functionality. I didn't expect this from our National Carrier.
