Pic Lock- Hide Photos & Videos

App is good. But recently i am having problem with the stealth mode. It is not working efficiently with google. When I click launch picklock it takes me to a page where it shows that the site is not safe, all your data might be intercepted. So i uninstalled the app and installed it again. Good news is that my data is still available ☺️. But please solve this issue of stealth mode. Its specially required..

It's good app. But stealth mode is not working. Just first time when you set the stealth mode, that only it's work. After words it doesn't work at all. You may loss your pictures. Otherwise app works perfectly.

I forgot my password and when I tried to recover, it is showing that password has been sent to the email id but did not came in the mailbox. Really frustrated with the app. I have already dropped am email to them but they are not even replying on that email also their page is not available in the web. Don't know how to get my pictures back.

Its a third class app. I have been using this app for years but now suddenly all of my long preserved/stored pics and videos in separate folders have dissappeared, (the folders are empty). I havent deleted those. Can anybody pls help to recover.

I change my phone install this app from my that pic lock app I transfer some of my personal pictures in this . While doing it I insured same day twice but very next day though my folders is there but all of my pictures disappeared...even in settings there is no option are there plus their FAQ is showing 404 not found..what rubbish is this ?

Hey I uploaded many pictures 4 days back and the next day all of the pictures were gone... this is so wrong this builds a trust and privacy issue.. I would request the admins to please look into it and revert back asap... we trust such apps and strong our photos and videos... this is not professional.

I'm so disappointed. I'm trying now to open the app, but it keeps stopping. I don't have any other copy of the pics & the videos that are stored in this app, so if it keeps crushing, I don't know what to do ): help me please to at least get my pics out of it. I regretted installing this app. It also uses a lot of battery ( my galaxy says that ) It also has no ( select all ) option, so it is so hard to get the pics out.

Please be aware to update this app with your pictures in it never do that.... otherwise your pictures will delete...you may try it with useless pics...and one more thing the stealth mode is very dangerous it's only work one or two time.after that it will not come back but if you are so much lucky then you get it again......

I installed the app yesterday , it was all good at the beginning..I imported some180 pictures and hid it in the vault. Today morning when I was checking out those pics..Pheww..all of them were gone.Dont know what to do.Revert back as soon as possible.Its really disturbing and disappointing!

Maybe I'm not the smartest cookie, but i can't figure out how to move pics from one folder in the app to another. This frustrates me greatly. other than that, i like it a lot

I have been using this app for quote sometime and was satisfied with it until a month ago i reset my phone and recovered backup. Pic lock also got installed but the password is not working now. When I try to recover it by sending email, I receive no email and I have been doing this since last week. Can anyone tell how I can recover my password through email?

I transferred all my apps and data from old smasung to new one using smart switch. When I've gone on to pic lock app all my pics and vids have not transferred over 8 years of great private pics please help me

Please tell how to get my app back... when you did the stealth mode it disappeared... this is the 2nd time i have tried to teach you all!!! I have years of pics. . It shows it is still downloaded on my phone but i can't find it!! ☆ now not long after the first issue I have another... ALL MY PICS have displayed and I can't get a response from the app!! I have pics that I can't replace on this app

It had over 300 pics on it and when it updated I lost everything. There were pics of my little brother that pasted away and a bunch of others. I cant get any of them back. I hate this app now. I would recommend that nobody uses this app but instead use vault. It is my original that I used to use before this one and never had any issues out of it

I was using it for long but as soon as I bought a new phone & downloaded this app & transferred my photos... all of my pics got missing!! Simply disappeared!! Is this a joke??!! Kindly bring me back my pics soon! I m really disappointed... was telling good about this app but from now I'll make sure that no one download this app!! Really disgusting!

Yesterday All my photos nd videos suddenly disappeared from this app...i hardly tried to get back them.. But i can't....So i uninstalled this app..... I can't believe this app anymore...

Excellent.. im using it for 6 years now. I only can't change the folders names in the photos file.

Beware this app disappeare your private pic and videos ,,. Saved photos and videos disappeared. My photos and videos are not even in my phone memory. I uninstalled this app but inspite that i couldn't find my things back. Never install n lock anything in this "Vault" app

I am using this app since long time... and I had a great experience with this app. ..but 10- 15 days back I purchased new phone and locked all my photos in this app and checked all the pics properly whether it's there or not .. but next day when I opened this app my all photos and video got deleted automatically and I tried everything to get back my photos and videos but nothing came out as a solution...I request the team to resolve my problem

This app is Good but my problem, I on it's stealth mode and the has disappeared from my applist and I don't know how to get it back and how to open again..it's still installed on my device

Unable to login with correct password. Tried to use forgot password but no email is sent although it shows that the message is sent Also unable to send pics to the app. The app is not working properly.

Its a worst app that i ve never seen. Oneday ago i just download it and hide some my private photo from gallery through it but now i cant acess my photos showing no photos found & also the photos are not in my phone gallery. Then i try to its feedback center, email the customer support & also msg them by fb message also contact by given contact number but there was no replay. Hence i lost my photos for this third grade app.....

Unusable app. After re install it disappears all our past pic n files we saved before. Just disappointed with this app. Not recommended 😕
