So bad, all time problems with to cover my password. Additionally, links broken and mail doesn't work. Awful service
Bad app, you are trying to get involve in a new business and you are asking for my phone number in the beginning. Very bad.
Used to work okay. Tonight waited and waited for a driver to arrive. After he got within 1/4 mile and I'd waited 10 minutes he cancelled. Caused me to walk 30 minutes in an area known for recent robberies. There is absolutely no help function in the app so you're left stranded. Update...now the app gives connection errors constantly so can't contact for a ride. I used it 4 hours ago and app stuck on that ride and would never release. Rebooted phone and now connection error!!
Usually it works out great, reinstalled and now it won't stop showing error "please activate GPS" even through all permissions were granted and all data and cache were wiped. Message won't go away like it hasn't been active even through the message clearly states that GPS is already active. Glitch needs fixing.
The service is good but the app is terrible, the worst ever. Sometimes it just doesn't work at all. I've hade to use other transportation options just because of the app glitching.
YOU !!! Yes YOU who thought about and created this life changing problem resolving app. I stopped taking any public transportation and was able to avoid all the sexism woman intimidating on public buses. Finally was always on time no matter where I was getting the service. All very professional drivers totally thankful for how it made my life just easier and trouble free.
Really bad process to add a card, buggy mess charges to the cards and then stops working correctly, having to wait for the system to delete the not verified card that doesn't work cause you can't verify it nor delete it to try again
The worst client attention that I have never saw. A driver stole my exchange and when I tried to report it but nobody helps me. The central chat doesnt work well, the agent doesnt help, just reply whatever automatic message and later finish the chat.
The app was excelent before. The last update, os ver buggy, and takes more time to navigate. Not good when you are in a hurry
Is good app, but sometimes the system is not good, have some mistakes. If is possible the internet manager could help the users. The experience can be better.
Great app having the motorcycle service, but sometimes it has great delays, making the pick up and finish service a little a little frustrating.
It was fast and very convenient for the hard traffic in Bogotá. If it wasn't for picap I wouldn't made it on time to catch my flight at Puente Aéreo. Jason was willing to get me as soon as possible. He helped me out
The app is not letting me in, it shows "activate gps". Although it's already active that page stays there and blocks everything no matter how many times I press "already did"
Honestly is a great app, I got home earlier. My driver was just good, he took the best route and he was kind. I do recommend this app if you are running out of time....
its a great experience. the only question I have is how to use the credit that i have on the app for future rides? do i just order the picap and ill get automatically charged for it.
Bad map hard to locate resturantes and places. in uber and beat is very easy. If they fix is great app
The worst app I've ever used. It stopped taking my card for no reason, customer service is absolutely useless, and now the app just won't even open.
I have updated all my documents for becoming a driver since one week and they said only request 48h waiting for confirmation and now they have all my documents and even though didn't answered to me for driving. :(
it was my first trip, and was good. The app is easy to use as other apps that provide the same mobility service
REALLY Need to improve GPS, Driver selection, app performance, drivers must provide a certified helmet in good condition, all of this please!!!
What a terrible app! It doesnt have any option to add friendly a credit cars. You should upgrade your policies !

The app don't let me close or cancel a cancellation, the app run slowly and when I need a fast service the app tell me that I must wait for request a new service

Whats up with the 300 spam notifications per day telling you to use the app for something? I use it when I need it, no need to spam me with notifications all day long.
