Pick 'n Save

The 4/22 update has made the app unusable. The developer couldn't have tested it at all prior to releasing the update. It now prevents typing single characters into the search box. I pressed the letter r once, for example and it shows up 3 or 4 times. Every letter is like this and the space bar doesnt work at all. This character entry is so bad I've actually never seen this behavior in any other app ever. Absolute garbage update.

often i dont have very good produce. feel that im given the older stuff bc im picking it up. sometimes i am given a substitute but not the same price. like with grapes. ordered sale price ones and was given and charged for much more expensive ones. you do correct it if i come in with receipt. i love the service bc i can squeeze in a pickup when i dont have time to shop. i will give it a try one more time.

I think this is all a lot more complicated than it needs to be. None of the clerks have a clue how this works amd my shopping trips take twice the time now. It was so much simpler when they gave the coupons to everyone, not the select few who have the time, patience and tech skills to manage clipping coupons in an app. I've started shopping at a different grocery store. I am fortunate to have many choices.

If the scanner worked so you could add digital coupon items it might actually be useful. But no.

The whole process was fantastic! Within the hour - groceries were in the house and put a way. Very satisfied !!

Don't like this update. My account disappeared and weekly ad and digital coupons are all expired. Apparently, not all bugs fixed!!

I have a account and enter my email and pass word and try to clip coupon .And ask me to sign in and after that i still unable to get the digital coupon. I have trouble every month

Very unfriendly user app...my wife was a programer and she has a difficult time with this app! I shop often at PNS but try to avoid this app if at possible!

Back to junk again . Makes me sign in every time even if I say remember me. Prices are way off. Slow clipping coupons

Inventory is not correct and they recently removed the option to tell them you could not find an item or it is out of stock.

The rate delivery and change tip function doesnt work, there is literally no way to contact customer service.

It's a great neighborhood grocery store, friendly but not annoyingly friendly employees, it just kind of sucks you can't order some deli foods on pick up orders. The awesome taco dip, chicken salad ect are foods I personally like keeping around.

Cannot always add things to the order that are on sale/in the weekly ad

great place to shop , low prices , better selection than Walmart , I left Walmart cause they won't fix problem with bad orders or missing items

My items will be randomly deleted or even duplicated. When using the list in the store it will sometimes completely freeze and I cannot see what I was shopping for. Its not all the time, but when it happens, it is very frustrating. I also notice that the app does not update to the inventory of the store you choose. This is very frustrating when you order and half the things you ordered aren't available. I continue to use it because it's the store I have near me.

This app is very difficult to use - I have trouble with it all the time.. I would say 9½ times out of 10 there's an issue. But if I want to save money in your over priced stores I have to use it! The music that plays when the ad comes up for this and through other apps I use is absolutely ridiculous & incredibly annoying. Not sure who you're trying to appeal to with that - the 'club crowd'? My Pick 'n Save shopping experience is more often than not REALLY frustrating on so many different levels.

Overall I like the app. The deals page is great. what I do not care for is while looking at the weekly ad the only option is to add to list but not cart. it would be really helpful if it took you to the product or the option to. Also it would be helpful if it would calculate the total with all the specials included. I shop by a total amount to spend. Depending how busy I am it can take an extra day just to figure out the total including the digital deals and buy 5 get $1 off.

Ok, I do like this app. The only problem is when I'm trying to clip digital coupons searching for the item is frustrating. You can't just type in Doritos or any describing words. You usually have to use the filters that are not very user friendly. Searching should be quick and simple. Especially because I am usually trying to add them in-store when I see the add or sign so i end up standing in the aisle trying to find the item. I haven't had any other problems besides that.

Apr 10, 2019 - Weekly ad print view no longer works. I've tried restarting the app with no success. Guess I'll just shop at Aldi. Too many updates and that require install to use the app. I've had to burn data while I'm at the grocery store just to update and ad a coupon. Also the coupon interface is horrendous. No search feature. It can take up to 5 minutes just to find add a coupon from the weekly ad.

liked that they showed many items I purchase on a regular basis. Didn't like that there weren't clear directions to finish shopping in one department and move on to the next department (i.e. moving from panty to frozen foods). It was unclear if previous selection would be saved or lost. in the end, they were saved, and my order appeared to have all of my selected items.

CANNOT SIGN IN...ERROR MESSAGE. I've been trying to sign in for 2 days now thru the app to make a Pick N SAVE order but when i try, I get an error message and cannot log in. Because of this, I use the browser and I can't do all the functions on the browser that i can in the app. It was updated on September 1...so I think something went wrong with the update. Worked fine before that.

Very glitchy. Not user friendly. Messes up add on orders a lot. Does have good online check-in service though. Company needs to get a really good UX designer on this for an overhaul.

I just spent over an hour putting together a large grocery order for delivery only to find out my house isn't in the delivery area (I live less than 2 miles from the store). So I tried a pickup order instead and it just stays on the 'creating pickup order' screen. I stared at it for 10 minutes before I gave up. Weird way to get customers to use your pickup and delivery feature that you keep promoting.

I placed my first pickup order and then had to cancel a few hours later when I learned I had to go out of town unexpectedly. (Well within the cancelation window.) I got error messages when I tried to cancel in the app. I tried chatting with a customer service representative. She and her supervisor were also unable to cancel. Terrible first experience, and lots of time wasted. I'll be sticking with Walmart pickup. I have never had any issues with that service.

This is the most cumbersome grocery store app I have used. Searching is convoluted, the default sorting is useless as there is no sensable order to items. Trying to use "filters" to adjust settings is glitchy and laggy. Scanning items in the store constantly fails, even if the item is on sale. And just now, it logged me out, but won't let me select the username and password options to sign back in. Safeway has an amazing app, copy them.

Employees are always helpful when looking for items. Like placing order on line and doing a pick up. Employees always pick out the best fresh food i order.

Somethings are expensive and they don't always have something's. I wish they had a better fresh seafood variety so I don't have to shop somewhere else as well as a Better Jewish section especially during Passover.

I've been using the app for curbside for over a year. A recent update made it extremely difficult to put items in my cart and find my cart. I don't want it to default to lists. I get into the app to fill my cart and submit it when I'm ready. Are there settings that let me revert back to the old way? I have switched to going to a different store because this was so frustrating.

Unable to use coupons. Too hard v to use. Sales associate not helpful.
