Could use some UI improvements here and there and can be a little clunky in certain areas, but it's getting better as time goes on. Significantly better than most other salvage yard inventory searches online. LKQ is my favorite, hands down.

Total waste of time, app is not at all working. I'm looking for a trunk for my 2016 bmw 535d, tricky thing is a trunk from a 2014-2016 bmw 528i,535i,550i,535d xdrive or not, would fit my car. Got the app to search a broad range of years/models which it looked like it was going to do, as the app launched fine and looked legit. Spend 2 or 3 minutes to enter: Year Range,Make,Model for each car I listed. finally go to search and not a single result for any vehicle.

This app is garbage and does not work correctly, mobile alerts do not work and have not worked for some time. Lkq is ripping customers off with admission fees, the price of admission is supposed to go towards your purchase and if you look at your receipt when you check out you are charged 3 dollars for admission and credited 3 dollars for admission essentially canceling each other out. Time to file a class action lawsuit against lkq, 20 complainants are needed for class certification.

Alerts don't seem to work correctly (never receive emails or app notifications), but otherwise, this app is great -- a simple way to know exactly where certain cars are in the junkyard.

(Updated Review) I'd like to suggest a more rewarding progressive system something a little more rewarding rather than just 20% off every $500.. it could be a deciding factor between business choices. Very convenient. I like the search options. GREAT parts list Prices. Availability. Just all around a good app & way to connect with the consumers. One of my most used apps for sure. I'm pleased.

App was working like a dream for awhile but then started crashing whenever I tried used the Location feature. Now I'm unable to browse the yards for stuff. Being able to go straight to a vehicle's exact spot in the yard without having to ask the counter person was priceless. Now the Notifications don't come but there are new items in the Alerts tab. So I'm stuck checking for new things in the Alerts tab daily. Not being able to get alerts definitely makes makes me not want to visit your yard.

*UPDATE* They seem to have fixed all the crashing issues but there is still an issue with not getting notifications when my vehicle hits the yard! It would be nice to know when new inventory is added without having to remember to open the app and check! I used to get notified every time but now nothing! Very frustrating! 🤨 Gonna update from 1 star to 2 stars until they fix!

Same complaint as the others. Everytime I use the location function, app closes. I frequently visit the 3 yards in the Tampa area and it's nice to see if what I'm looking for is there before I go. Not sure if it's the app or like another post stated, a software update that's causing the problem.

Does not work! Use to be a great app but doesn't work anymore. Keeps telling my system error occurred.

App sucks because no notifications shown when new cars show up from garage which defeats the whole purpose.

Crashes consistently when you go to location tab. This is on a pixel 3. Doesn't matter what location permissions are given - I've toggled to all 3 options in the Android os - allow, allow while app is open, deny. Can't search by car make only per location like you can on the website. Only good for redeeming offers. Should be usable in the yard. Rewrite into flutter.

This app is overly difficult to use and when i did a search the only thing that came up was a message saying that there was no guarantee that the parts are compatible with my vehicle. the resolution of the screen was such that i couldn't read the entire message or lnow if there was a button to continue on to the next page. Uninstalled.

Decent app. You have to search each location for the vehicle(s) you are looking for. A better setup would allow you to search by vehicle and return results based oon distance. You only get to set one favorite location instead of a range of options in your acceptable driving distance.

1-Location option does not work 2-app only lets you search and receive notifications from ONE yard, not various yards. If you have your local saved as favorite and have been desperate bfor parts, you won't be notified if you have another yard a little farther. Where I live, I have 4 lkq locations, so it gets a little annoying having to search for one location at a time for the same car.

Every time I go to locations, it throws me out and I have to get back in. Locations cannot be accessible at any time. Most locations have doubles of each vehicle. I have gone to a location for a vehicle and find a vehicle that I have listed in my garage, but isn't listed, but there it is. Very frustrating. Plus my points are temporarily incorrect at all times I have the receipts and no reward points. What's going on with your website ?

I use this app very frequently since I go to the two locations near me a lot. Ever since the latest phone update, it crashes every time I go to locations. I have cleared the storage on it and the cache. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled. It still crashes. Please fix the app.

You have to set up account -and they want all your info! Then they want specific car info to look something up. After you enter everything in, just says sorry try back again! Parts will fit multiple years, but it won't let you just see a list of what they have. The app is frustrating and too much work. Just use the regular website, it shows what they have and when ot came it... that works perfect.

Every time I open the locations menu to look at the current vehicles on the lot, the app completely crashes and forces me to use the web version. I have submitted the crash report multiple times and I really just wish this were fixed so I can use the services intended.

Doesn't seem to like Android 10 anymore. Crashes immediately upon location selection on my phone and my tablet, both of which run Android 10. Without that feature working correctly, the app is basically worthless. Hopefully it gets fixed sooner or later.

App could be tremendously usefull, however, most of the cars listed aren't in the current inventory and the app constantly crashes. Once it is able to keep an accuracte and current log of the cars and doesn't crash, then it will be a 5 star app.

It keeps crashing after I had put in my login info. When I relaunch it, it'll sit on the pyp blue screen, transition to the next page, the split second it gets my points loaded it crashes to the home screen. Pretty useless if that's all it's going to do..

What happened? It worked fine until y'all had to go and fix a working app. Now it crashes and force closes itself. Try to add a vehicle to my garage, crashes. Try to add a location, crashes. It's tiresome. Fix the damn thing and leave it alone!

This app works just okay, can search each yard and see what they have. However, vehicle search DO NOT WORK! Tried on mutiple android devicea. My Garage is the same and comes up empty and of course no notifications. My friends iPhone app works fine. Must be some kind of bug

It gets the job done, but the UI is terrible and doesn't show prices in the app, just opens an internal web browser. Then trying to figure out how to favorite multiple stores to get alerts from them is terrible. It's a bad ui, but that said I appreciate having the app. Update: changed to 1 star as the app no longer gives notifications either. I've tried everything including uninstalling and re installing and still nothing works.

Latest version keeps crashing any time you try to access their locations info. Otherwise 4 stars...I love getting notified when a car arrives at the lot; much better chance of getting parts before it's been picked over.

Won't notify when cars arrive even to email. And now doesn't load car list. App is not user friendly. Still not fixed. I dont receive any alerts via email or through the app. Everything is on in settings for alerts and my email is correct.

The app was working just fine until the last update. I've scrolled through the reviews and a lot of people having the same issue since late Sept of 2020. We're starting the 2nd week of Nov 2020 and no additional updates to try to fix the issue and no responses from the developers that they are trying to fix it. What's the current status of a fix on this problem ? Should people just delete it and Google Play just discontinue the download of this app until they fix it.

For the most part this app is very helpful and a time saver locating your car, but there's is something that never adds up!...how is it that if just received a notification and I see a car un-molested, ran to the yard right away and the car is totally abused already in less than a 30 min span.?????? Something tells me the workers go through it, destroy it in the process and than throw it out. Or the app has mayor issue with notifications arriving super late?

Don't like it. Doesn't display all the photos and information on saved searches. Too many steps to reach specific info on alerts. When doing vehicle searching in specific yards, software dumps you back out to very starting point rather than to inventory where you were looking last at a car. Quite cumbersome and not user friendly.

Was working fine but whenever you hit the location button the app crashes. Been this way for a while now. I hate having to go on the actual site and having to manually navigate things as it isn't as convenient.
