Edit : 2 years since my last review but the app is still the same and full of bugs. The search doesn't work. When you enter rhe app an error message shows up saying, "something went wrong". The ignorance is just funny! The app still in development i think because it's unstable. Frequently crashes. The notification shows order status has been changed but inside the app the status doesn't change instantly. It takes some time to update the order status and as well as other bugs. 2 star for now

The user interface needs a lot of work... Nobody would buy using the app if the UI is not updated.

The search engine is terrible. It acts like a big mall rack. I can't get an exact search result. If I write the brand name and the model together, it gets me all the models from that brand of that type of product. It's very annoying because after searching from those results I see that they really have the product but in the search result it sn't just put in the first row. Sometimes I can't even tell if they have it. Also, advanced Search doesn't make it any better. And indeed the app is slow.

Search doesn't work at all... Worst experience... Considering this platform as online marketplace this app is total nightmare.

Pickaboo is a prominent app, your IT sense is very poor, btw, how could represent your brand with this very poor web view based hybrid app! Your are just wrapping up your web page into the app. Please, develop a native app with lots of product filters, at least give users to filter out SOLD OUT product. It spoils lots of time to pick right product, in the first place, what the heck some will do with a NASTY SOLD OUT products.

Previously usee to provide quality service. But a while back maybe fame got into their head and now they are losing the quality. Now one of the worst service in town. Their apps is full of bugs. And there no proper info. Not user friendly at all

your product is good. But this app is worst .. i have faced problems when i placed my order through my card. bill has been deducted from account then app says payment is unsuccessful. Then I have to call customer care to make sure about my order. And one more thing your app says it will take 2 days to deliver that product but as Picking Office is remained closed on Friday. i could not collect the product on promised date

!!!ATTENTION!!! I was a great fan of pickaboo. I purchased many products from them with excellent service. But what they did a few days ago force me to think that they like all other cheats in online shopping sites. I bought a cell phone from them and when unboxed it was found defective. I instantly returned the product via the delivery man. They told me that they would replace the product but they sent me the same product with repair. I contacted with them repeatedly but they didn't respond.

This app is not good. Beacuse there have many problem. For example: filter is not working properly, payment system some error, customer account not accessable, product overlapping from product image, not show accessories and all categories not have categorized properly. Here if i click smartphone then they also show me tv. This app is totally 💩💩💩. I like to 🚮🚮🚮.

the app is development is slow. We have seen many product which is out of stock but it is still in showcase.

This app is not running on my phone. It keeps on stopping. I tried uninstalling it and then run it but the outcome was the same. So, fix your app kindly as I'm unable to order your products now. Thank you.

They might get us good deals sometimes.. but their Customer Service are the worst!!! They failed to perform their own terms!! I personally wouldn't recommend to go for their service. unless u got a great deal out of it!!

Everytime it shows me "Error " and shows a msg which is!"Server is under maintenance! "When i search something by using search option app forced me to stop it. Not smooth experience lots of bug. Please Fixed it. Then i will Write review again.thank you.

I bought a product. And the product had defects. When I tried to return it, they said something like I had to open it in front of courrier personnels. They didn't return my product and I was stuck with that. Here's a free tech tip for you pickaboo. Don't p*** off tech enthusiasts. I won't recommend this site even to my enemies.

The app seems pretty nice. The problem is you people named a product using special character like 'Nokia 6.1 Plus' but when I'm going to search it I can't write down any kinds of special character or punctuation. Please, tell your developer to fix this bug or stop naming a product like this. Thanks.

Tons of bugs, frequent server errors, crashes when searching items, search mechanism is terrible! Can't find what I'm looking for. Please fix these bugs.

The app was fine until the last update came. It is super slow now. Search dose not work. Pickaboo always sends the best products but user experience of app is also important. Hope the team will fix this soon.

There is so much problem in your apps. when i am try to update my phone number and address in apps, its automatically crushed. also product loading problem. Design concept totally worst. You are one of the leading e-commerce platform in our country so many people follow your website and apps. you should be improved your apps as soon soon as possible.

This app is rubbish, weakly coded.. But i like the desktop and mobile site.. Pickaboo has varieties of products that i like and their service is also upto the mark. And I'll give ★★★★★ for their service.. It's just that the app is poorly built.. Pickaboo should IMPROVE THE APP so that they can reach people more easily. Best wishes. 👍

Very bad customer experience. After placing an order you have to wait 3-4 days, then they provide a wrong product, so they will again return it without mentioning specifuc reasonband you have to contact pickaboo again and again, then they will place a new order with another added 3-4 days. Unbelievable!!! 10 days without any trace of my product.

A trusted seller. Sell always genuine product that has increased their respect and make them different from other. Keep it up. Please improve the search option because it is a lot of trouble to find something that beyond saying. Search option is too much poor! Improve it please

Been with pickaboo almost for 2 years, always satisfied with their service and products. But with this app, I really need to rethink!! Previously it was just a mobile friendly website, now it's more trash-ier than this. Get your developers act together!!! Stop this nonsense!!!

Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered something and they took a month to deliver it. After I get the delivery, I saw the seal is broken. So, I tried to return it but they didn’t bother talking to me. 00000 Star for the service.

Great app for shopping. Only online shop in Bangladesh from which I can blindly buy anything! They have always delivered genuine and authentic products. I order something here and feel completely safe that the product I'm going to get is genuine. The most satisfactory thing is that I don't have to see the same product a thousand times at different prices like other online shopping apps. They offer upto 36 months EMI for any products. Also their return process & refund are very fast. Best wishes.

Shows login error when I try to create an account of this app and the search bar dosent work at all. I don't know how it got 1M downloads but I wouldn't even give 1 star to this app if that was possible.

Very buggy app. Must fix silly things if it wants to compete in the e-commerce sector. App crashes when I try to visit sellers page.

Worst app and service also. I've returned a product in February, still didn't receive my return money yet. Even they don't respond to my messenges anymore. The application is also very inaccurate in terms of search and product sorting.
