The "PICKIT" photo printer can be used to print images from smartphones by NFC tag scanning (*NFC enabled device ONLY). For non-NFC featured smartphones, simply print via Wi-Fi. You can take and edit pictures on smartphones or tablets. This portable PICKIT printer will instantly print your precious moments.
1. Turn on the printer.2. Tap your smartphone on the NFC tag or manually connect to the WiFi (DIRECT-Cube-xxxx)3. Select an image from the Gallery or take a photo with your smartphone.4. Once image has been selected, edit the image with your personal preference.5. Now press print when editting is completed.6. When you print for the first time, it may need to update the firmware. Please follow the instruction shown on the screen of your smartphone.7. I will take about a minute to fully print. Please do not pull the photo until it is completely printed.

Will not connect to the printer through NFC or wifi. Keeps saying that it is connecting but will never connect. This worked great when I first got it several months ago but now does not work at all. I have restated the printer multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and turned NFC off and on. It discovers the printer but will not connect.
The Pickit printer app doesn't work with my Pickit Printer. it will not connect either through NFC or directly via wifi address. BUT I have found that the Kodak Printer Mini will work with the Pickit printer. In fact it will update the printer's software. The refill cartridges even appear to be compatible.
Doesn't connect to my Pixel 3 via NFC or WiFi. Both seem to connect but the app never finds the printer -- it gives up searching almost instantly. A friend's iPhone works fine (takes about 20s of searching over WiFi).
Prints well, but you cannot use any of the editing features in the app! That was the main reason I purchased this item. I can edit it, but it will not apply to photo in order to print the edited version.
This app doesn't pair w/ the printer at all. Nothing but "no printer found". I keep running my phone over the NFC tag, and it didn't work the 1st or nth consecutive time
This app doesnt work. The other pickit app PickIt Instant DID work for me. I have the 22BK. It seems they made a new app but didn't mention it.
Will not connect to my printer. Worked great when i got got last Christmas. Hasn't connected in over 5 months. Very disappointing, I'd like to be able to use my printer.
The app does not connect to my printer.. Which makes it impossible to print anything. Really hope that this can be resolved soon.
App does not work with newer android. Repeated step by step instructions and reset the mobile printer but to no avail. Had success with other apps such as Skymall and Kodak Mini
It won't load on Android 9 and higher. The app crashes at start up.
If I Could give this a 0 star I would I could not find a way to connect it took way too long and everytime I kept connecting it it would say no printer found this app I would not recommend
Will not connect to newer phones. Don't know why. It's totally waste of money to buy the printer. Goes to the trash bin...
it's connected but still said there is no printer it used to work before. hopefully you guys can fix it soon

This app is the worse app ever
Broken: sometimes when you select a picture when you click print it gets zoomed way in. You see it in the preview and it prints that way too so it wastes a picture. It happens repeatedly with certain pictures and not at all with others. Other than that, the app is great
The printer is amazing, so small! However, the app is not working all the time (sometimes does not print, i have To restart the app so that I can print and then it works.). Could be more user friendly! But overall good idea !

Obviously the developers don't care about the app support for their devices. Seeing how they haven't updated since August of 2017 and clearly the reviews show that there's an issue. The app doesn't connect to the printer even though the phone is definitely connected via wifi and/or nfc. Just spent an hour trying to get the app to recognize the connection to no avail. Hard restarts, reset the device, reconnected several times trying both methods. Tried using different phones. Nothing.
