This app is beyond garbage! It's slow, constantly times out, extremely unintuitive, horrible menus, attached links go nowhere or/and time out and awful registration process that's time consuming and repeatedly asks me to re-register, and after all that, it takes forever just to sign in!... And thats just to name a "few" of the issues. Seriously, how the hell is anyone supposed to bid?? The UX team should be fired! It's absolutely useless and unusable!

This app enables Pickles access to your files, documents and pictures as well as being able to read your USB stowage. It can view and have access to your network connection, control vibration (read system files) and keep your computer from sleeping - allowing Pickles to run your computer. Is this app even legal? Why does Pickles need to have this sort of access to personal information and control of a bidders computer?

I'd give it 0 stars if i could. This app is just useless ive only had it work properly once 1. The page showing the current vehicle is always blank 2. The page showing the list cant keep up 3. After enabling bidding it says bidding isnt available Also when you fix all these problems please add in a remember me feature for logins 🤙

basic errors in design. 1.no home button, 2.need to copy eBay, Amazon... simplicity, 3.this is the most difficult app to use, you can find yourself on many pages with nowhere else to go. very frustrating 😂

Can't login. Can login with my details on website, no problem. But this app won't recognise me. Does not appear to be anywhere on the website to get help

Notification - upcoming alerts - The default value is 0 bit when you change it "0" is not part of the option so you can't change it back.

The fact I have to use the website to register for auctions but can't bid and then only be able to use the app to bid is just dumb. 2022 - still as bad as ever. Get it together Pickles.

F??RK Really really complicatied to register to bid, won't except some of my details, been trying on and off last 4 days in my spare time can't make it work, its defnitly NOT USER FRIENDLY

This app like it's web page is written and run by morons. Apart from the app not working like it should, the company starts online auctions, but keep the public bidding locked out because of the complexity of the design. Calling the IT Dept gets you a 40 min wait and no answer along with most Pickles sites not answering calls.

Biggest POS, does not work on a mobile device. Between the redirects from the website to the app and slow load times you can't actual bid on anything. Always says "no item assigned to the auction"

Used to good a few years ago now is absolute garbage always freezes can't click on different tabs clicking on the list view will just crash the app completely

It has glitch for s20. I tested on s20 plus and was working fine. When you switch to see the list of cars the app will get stuck.

Clunky have to register for each different auction but not via app. Registered for auction online but hasn't updated on app. About on par with past experience with Pickles, online bidding used to be awful as well.

100% THE worst app I've ever used. Clunky as hell, nothing works, and slow as a snail crossing the road. It's as if a handful of 5 year olds from 2002 designed the app

Hello pickles please fix your app. It's the worst one ever. No home page can't look at Auction to buy. App takes you to the live auction page only. I'll go to greys on line as it works

Useless, registered for auction, redirected to app then tells me no auctions available. Can't be assed going any further. I have already wasted 1 hour getting this far.

Glitchey as hell, can't assign most auctions now so am unable to buy. Too frustrating to use, will not buy from pickles because of it.

Crashes when viewing listings for an auction, this has been happening for months yet no fix.

It might be good, but i wouldnt know. Way too much effort and information demanded to set up an account and get started.

Can't even use the app telling me my username is wrong and to register.. so I re-registered 3 times and still the same thing.

Worst app i have ever seen ! Constant problems with it ! I have deleted and reinstalled app on numerous occasions ! Very frustrating !

Constantly crashes or times out, I have lost a few cars as could not secure stable connection.

Blank page. Can't even see what's being listed. The developers need to sort this out ASAP.

Very confusing app. It's probably better to just go see the cars in person.

Horrible app that doesn't work everytime I try to login it will tell me that I need to register unfortunately I cannot give it less than 1 star

Cant register to bid. Its a complete waste of time and effort better off with Grey's online auctions

Not user friendly. A bit compartmentalized where you need to use website to register and app to participate or watch.

Limited to having an account with google and will not load on my PC. Don't want use it on my phone.

Im confused totally. Installed once and asked to install again. Cant open it at all. Rubbish system. Why no inspections anymore,no covid in wa..

There is one thing being a company trying to make profit outta people selling products but then there is a company that doesn't do anything to fix issues with the website or with people being scammed and getting stolen products, unroadworthy cars. So please if your reading this don't use this website use a different platform.
