PickMe (Sri Lanka)

Had bad experience few times. I always put the card payment and at the end of the trip it says cash. Have had many instances like that. Do no recommend to use for card payment. No point of complaining no one get back on the issue.

The application is more convenient and useful especially in the meantime. But there are some bugs and sometimes it crashes. It's really annoying when it shows there are no any drives, wish we can self pick-up. Also please improve drivers GPS. Thank you

The app itself is quite good (for taking rides), easy to use, but two things could be improved: 1. There are daily spam notifications of offers and no way to turn them off individually (I can force all off via android, but then I'll miss the ride notifications). 2. The sync on the map with the taxi is rather slow, e.g. compared to Uber or similar apps, the driver is about 30 secs behind his position.

I made a complain over the phone, emailed them and finally I send them a message to their Facebook page. I got the reply they will look into it and get back to me but never I heard back from them. No customer support. Still waiting for their respond.

Rates are skyrocketing at someones whim & fancy. App malfunctions often and drivers are complaining and demanding money from customers. Absolutely NO RESPONSE for emails and in app issues cannot be submitted. How can one delete unwanted favourites from the app? ANY ADVICE FROM PICKME?

Flash is a great solution. Now with fuel crisis can you offer a car pooling option so that we can we can ensure any travel is optimised.

I have already logged a complaint regarding this issue over the phone, email, Facebook message and I am still waiting this to be addressed. I have previously created an account with my email address in Pickme, due to some reason I had to uninstall the app from my phone. So, recently I tried to sign in to my account, but I signed up with my phone number and I am unable to add my email address stating that "Email address already exists". I kindly request to add my email address to my account that I have created using my phone number.

Pretty great offers and overall good services including taxi's and food. However, the app crashes a bit and it is also annoying when there is low supply of riders the restauarent becomes unavailable and the self pickup option too gets disabled. Wish they would allow the self pickup orders to go through even when the delivery option is not available. Hope this comes with the future updates.

Their support services are terrible. Their hotline needs a better service. They don't care. My wife and myself have tried to connect with a manager or a responsible person and they don't want to do it. Tried emailing them but no response

Please make Pickme foods into a different app. I only use this app for that one service. Atleast make it so that the taxi service is one app and the food and flash service is another app. Foods being within this same app has made the experience very laggy and inconvenient. Uber Eats has much better interface.

Hello Pickme, I have a small suggestion for you guys,. Can you please consider to add piaggio threewheelers to "pick me truck" category? As a primary choice may be..? I think that would be reaaaaaaaaaaally helpful for all who need some extra space to bring goods..

Delivery guy did not deliver food to me and support did nothing about that... in fact, they are not even answering me for 7 days already, i wrote almost every day and tgey just ignoring. In general the app is written poor, its laggy and lacking of sorting categories options, I would rather use Uber eats than this one.

Pickme foods now they are charging small order fee which is entirely unacceptable as we are trying to order something reasonable but putting extra fee makes us to pay double value in addition to the transport cost. The food we are ordering is not entirely valuable for the amount we paid.

It's very hard to find taxi. Drivers are not accepting even it's near by them . They actually don't want to drive pick me much. At the Same time I'm disappointed that very hard get taxi in mount Lavinia even it's a very populated place.

I cant see the PickMe Foods or Flash menu. Upon loading i only see the Ride section. Unintsalled and reinstalled as well. Still same problem.

Since few days I am facing an error. Immediately after selecting destination, an error appears on top of app stating "Ooopps something seems wrong. Try again later." I reinstalled app then few days it was fine but now again it is showing same error.

It is convenient to have all in one app. Get a ride, Order food delivery/pickup, send packages, rent a vehicle and even get a truck for house moving. Good visuals and had no issues with the app. Easy to get a refund just raise a ticket in-app. In peak hours option to select multiple vehicles to find a ride. On top of that their loyalty program gives you discounts throughout.

Latest update is very bad, don't know whether they tested it the exit command button on the demo or welcome screen popped out is not working properly or it's not sensible much and I have no any way to enter in to the app screen at all. This popped out demo welcome screen remains appeared, interfering the apps function

Horrible, no customer care call center at all. My trip was 97km and ggl maps shows 97 for exact route i came from colombo. Driver updated it to some how be 130km! And chaged an extra 2500lkr for it. I wanted to double check wats wrong with pick me and there call center dont have such support! Very unsatisfied!
