PickmeApp - book your ride

If a car was actually available when its needed this would be a great, but its so unreliable and not worth the time and effort it takes to go through the booking process. Especially when you have to be somewhere so you prebook and wait 30-60mins or however long and then 2 mind before your expecting to be picked up a notification comes that it was cancelled. I have been late too many times that I can't risk using this service anymore.

App constantly has errors, especially when you need quickly for a ride home. I don't use anymore because I can't rely on it. The map picks me up over in the US and says no cars close enough or just won't sign in. After 2-3 times of losing ice cream and standing in the pouring rain the price of Uber or real caba don't seem as terrible. Not to mention nothing is guaranteed with this app. A driver tried to charge me 14 for a trip that said 10 and argued with me in front of my wife and daughter! :(

I booked once with this app. Very trusting. And it tells you where they are and what they drive and name My experience was really good. I decided to book another ride for Christmas... I gave you 4 stars because it didn't tell me roughly on how much it's gonna cost me. Yes it says min. Of 10 max. 50. But THAT doesn't help me I know from Welland to thorold it's 15 dollars. that's it. Please fix it. It will make things easier for everyone to get prepared.

This app left me stranded multiple times as it works on and off!! Right now it says my phone number is invalid when it isnt. tried multiple family's numbers and it still says incorrect. besides "real" tax is this is it around here and I saved $10 for pick me app. now I am walking 2 hours home. dont bother with these guys!!!

This company is absolutely amazing!!! They have the estimated arrival timing as well as a map that shows where the driver is.. then once the driver arrives where you are it gives you a notification stating their at the place you are and still on your way to your next destination is shows you on the map where you are going and at the end states you have arrived and sends you an email to you so you have a receipt and also has a very good rate for a speedy company.. lisenced so no being pulled over

Had good experiences and in the past many bad ones like the driver not being able to find me happened to me twice. And one time it couldn't request a driver because they were all busy and i was almost late for work had to call my sister.

When trying to sign in, the app would not recognize my cellphone number but would my landline number. It would then try to send the SMS code to my landline in which I cannot receive sms...so I do not know what to do now.

There always seems to be a problem with the GPS. Or at least that's the excuse the drivers give. On the app it shows the car arriving, but they come 5 minutes later.

the operators are rude, they do not care about clients. the drivers complain about inconsistency with the app and nothing is done about it. this company is unsafe and useless. I would give zero stars if possible.

used to work fine, now it will no longer show map information, just a blank screen. please fix this.

So sad..this used to work for me very well and now I went to use it and sadly it will not recognize my cellphone number.. it used to but now the app is totally useless to me.

Terrible. Drivers quick but never can find you. Half the cars stink of smoke or spray to cover the smoke and the drivers constantly try to charge me $12 instead of the flat $10 rate. I take the $2 extra to Uber now where they care!

I wish that this worked in NY state. I downloaded it thinking it would help me out and it's not at all helpful.

It's good but drivers should talk English when in car rud when they have a customer in car on phone talke othet language just dont think its cool they would not like some one to pass gass the hole ride same thing yo

Tonight I literally had this app save me n make me feel saver then I ever have in a scary situation the woman that picked me up stayed on the phone with me while I was running away from a horrible situation and made sure I was safe from the moment I booked my ride n contacted her till o got in her car... most pleasant and amazing women I've ever met thank you for getting me home safe

I am just curious the hours and I live in Niagara Falls Ontario and is it only 10 flat rate? I wanna try this out but unsure on a lot of things as it really doesnt tells u much.

Find a other app if you can. Today the driver kindly 'helped me' with my stuff (when asked not to) by crushing $40 worth of groceries. When I complained the driver began texting sarcastically apologizing...not for the damage but for 'going above and beyond his job and helping me.' the customer service couldn't understand why I was upset, accused me of discrimination for being upset (I'm a in a biracial marriage) and told me I was being unreasonable because I asked for a GENUINE apology!!!
