PICKUP: Good Guy

This App is not a logistics app to help you find loads in your area. This app is for management of loads you are offered and assigned from someone else who sees the requests, then through another app offers it to drivers. It's NOT like Citizen Shipper or Dispatch at all. It works well for what it is, but I wasn't clear on the distinction between the other logistic apps that you can see all loads in a region and can choose from. With that said, it works very well for what it is. Good experience

Almost impossible to sign up. Expectation is that you do a two-hour orientation and learn how to use their app when a simple tutorial would suffice. Can't sign up using your phone have to use a laptop or desktop. Plenty of other apps that are much easier to use as a driver and a customer uship bunjii go share Dolly just to name a few

They are horrible. They recruit and recruit and have no work

I signed up in Ft Lauderdale. I was told you sign on with the app and take calls that work for you in your spare time. What was told to me was far from the truth. I took some deliveries. You must take photos of the items you move and submit them in the app. My app never worked properly. Gus, the manager complained I was making mistakes until he saw the app was flawed. This company is a hot mess. Go with Bungi if you want to make extra cash with your truck. Pick Up isn't ready to roll uou

I cant use the app, I have written to you asking for help explaining that there is a problem and have heard nothing. I have unistalled reinstalled and still same problem I cant get past the message that tells me I am not authorized, I have gone through the whole process of registering information with you and received emails sayind welcome. But your app says NO not authorized. Cant give any other rating other than 1 star because of the app issue. Trying to setup as a hauler. To help people

This company does not keep ther word on anything, I had a regional manger absolutely lie to me and several other drivers about micro areas that where waiting on Big Lots to ok, this was a flat out lie. What pickup did was not put trucks in slow markets so that thay could get Big Lots to cancel online delivers to these areas. The reason for not hiring enough drivers was the sole purpose to get Big Lot to eliminate these areas so thay could focus on just the big city's like Chicago, Detroit, Indy.

I don't recomand for any drivers! this app is not working too much headache! And the lady Kory Hutchinson from their orientation soo a professional! because my phone get freze she hang up my zoom she telling me we gonna have another orientation but after that she send an email saying cause they don't need people in my area! soo disrespectful!! I don't recommend..!!

Went through the process of applying to be a good guy several weeks ago. I have never gotten a update after submitting my insurance information. I have made phone calls to PickUp and followed the telephone prompts only to have it hang up on me. This really feels like a scam.

Pickup gave us weight limits for taking items upstairs & to contact support if items going upstairs exceeded those limits so they could discuss it w/the customer 1st & avoid any negative interaction b/t us & the them. Then they booked me to a job thru a 3rd party. When the items exceeded the limit, I was asked to explain it to the receipient because the "customer" was actually the 3rd party. The angry lady insisted she paid extra for stairs, claimed I was rude & I was kicked from the platform.

So I worked for this App for 2 years. It started out awesome they were super flexible and it was easy to call out jobs. This year however they went behind our back and prioritized people with Sprinter vans they call it G3 or G force. We went from averaging $300 a day to averaging $125 a day to now having three or four teams fight over $125 a day so most teams are making less than $100 a day. If you're looking for this to be a full-time employment or a stop-gap employment it's not worth it.

I did NOT receive any of my items purchased no communication with the driver customer support was no help at all. This delivery service is way too expensive to be this terrible I just want my items purchased and I will never do business with this company again.

While signing up I can't get passed the area where you check your availability. There is no continue button or anything you're just stuck on that page.

Terrible service, ordered same day pickup through another company with them and almost a week later still have not gotten my stuff and they won't even give me an estimated date of delivery. I've talked to their customer service representatives and they just keep giving me the run around.

Dumb! F you don't even come closes to my area the closes is 2 hours away that is a waste of time F. app sucks! Not far that you dont have closer pickups there is only 1 pickup in my state! Dumb waste of time!

The pay was low because gas and insurance was high. Not many jobs like 2 jobs per day. It was like under 20 bucks a job after gas, tolls, insurance, and truck payments.

This app always freezes and it does not have a sound that notify if any run come up.

Hands down the best on demand delivery platforms to work for. Thank you pickup!!

TRASH...worked with the guys on the app who were awesome but the company expects you to burn out your truck by driving not only all over the state for pennies but into other states as well. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS

Need to know my status I did applied been asked for my documents I pass all and next month they ask me the same and I did. It's been 4 months and don't know what's going on. Little help herr

These guys are nowhere near as good as their competitors and they are very unprofessional. Personally, i recommend Bungii and Goshare.

If you work for this company expect to be put out of your own pocket for gas on runs that are canceled for 3 weeks +!! They set up deliveries for items that aren't even paid for at all! They expect YOU to call & make sure the run that THEY sent you IS EVEN PAID FOR BEFORE YOU LEAVE!?? This company is a joke.. Unprofessional managers as well..

Top Notch: I am a NRFK GG absolutely love pickup. Work your own hours. Make killer money, and meet new people. What more could you want! We even have our own "Ops" support if there is ever and issue.
