1st time trying w/a home goods bookshelf delivery. A bit pricey for something that wouldn't fit in our car by a few feet but at least the item was cheap. Requested "now" delivery early afternoon, didn't hear from anyone until around 9pm to set up a 10-12pm next day delivery. It's now 2pm. Texted the guy who called this morning about it, he said delivery given to someone else who I should've heard from. He was cool, said would look into it. Customer service? Lousy. Not recommended
Very bad. First, it is much expensive than instore. I got a pretty expensive rate and when they delivered, they refused to assemble. DO NOT USE Pickup!
This app does nothing but open their website in your web browser. You can just create a bookmark. Literally no other features to this app.
Completely useless app. The only thing the app does is redirect you to their website.
Dont get good guys, get great guys...didnt show sunday. Didnt show today...Twice they didnt show for the scheduled time. Was told both days they were right around the corner finishing up and would be there shortly. Only to have to call back both times after hours went by...only to have both customer service reps read the same script...and these asshats had the nerve to come into my store and ask to put out cards and promo material..guess what's not in my store anymore...

It's literally just a redirection button for their website. Nothing is in the app. Just use their website.
It doesn't work. The app redirects you to a webpage with a broken stairs drop down list and even then there aren't any drivers in my area.
Wouldn't let me register. Every time I open the app it says 'App under maintenance" been saying that for about a week
Wont let you apply it says that email has already been taken,and it hasnt cause am barely applying.
But, let me know when the app is working properly and all of the issues are straightened out with the amount of payment given.
After downloading I tried to sign up as a Driver but it kept saying "invalid email" so I retyped it, same thing, tried another email, same thing, tried signing up online at their website on my laptop, SAME THING! Emailed them about a week ago, NO REPLY! FRUSTRATING!! THINK CHARGING $45 minimum to a customer is too much. My minimum earnings would be $25 but the app creator gets a $20 CUT for doing NOTHING?! Seriously?? Not a fair equation and ppl can just rent a uhaul for $20 and miles n gas less than $10!
Great idea..Stupid app! To hard to use given they want you to upload pictures of what will be picked up but the system won't let you upload anything. Plus the 45 dollar charge is ridiculous... Its cheaper to rent a pick up truck from uhaul to be honest.
The pickup guys are very helpful and the customer service is fast and quick. I will be recommending this to everyone at work and family.
I created an account like instructions said using my email. Then tried to apply to be a driver. I got an error that stated that this email is currently being used. Well of course I just created an account. Is it cause I have a HTC M7? I figured my phone is not the problem to apply to become a driver. I called an left a voicemail. Hopefully I get a phone call back. I'm interested in this app.
Are you forcing people to login with facebook? It's supposed to send a text verify code and doesn't. Won't use. 😕

This app is horrible. It just takes you to a web browser when you open the app. There were no drivers available for hours, so i ended up downloading Bungii (which actually has an app) and they had a driver available within minutes.
