The app is relatively easy to use, from accepting errands, to picking up parcels, to delivering parcels. The Pickupp support team is also generally responsive and helpful. The parcel details listed may not be very accurate though, sometimes packages are way too big or too small, which hinders the delivery planning and actual delivery process...

App is good but i find that when i scroll down the job to the bottom during available order, the screen goes blank and i had to close the app and open the app again to select the available order on the top and middle and try not to scroll all the way down if not the screen will go blank again so this part of the app must improve otherwise i will give 5 star thanks.

They have extremely bad welfare for their staff. Cancelled late order when you arrived without compensation. Think twice before you sign up with them.

Terrible app. The app has become buggy with more updates. Still dare to penalise the delivery partners for their bloody app problems..

this is my 50th trips doing Pickupp. App interface is pretty straight forward. Just that the rates for some jobs are very low.

Apps ok but the job paid was low and have time limit to deliver max 4 to 5 hr so we have to rush doing delivery to avoid penalties. It would be nice if we have 24 hr to deliver it so rider can take as many as can, organize out place and time to send without worries of traffic jam or etc

App is quite easy to use and easy to understand once you are familiar with it. The only downside is the slow response from the intercom, especially when I need to check on issues such as receiver request chg in delivery date. Also, the item to be delivered is not properly indicated. It can be make better if a picture, or clearer description such as food or goods, can be made as a compulsory fill-up to include.

Good way to earn extra income. Easy to use the app too.

The order can be suddenly canceled without telling you. And the keep expired post in the job which will cut you half of the delivery payment.

The app is ok, but the main issue is the pricing for each job orders.. The pricing or payment is too inconsistent and it frustrates me that sometimes job with longer distance pays lower than a nearer distance job. Another issue is the parcel sizing are always inaccurate, most of the item were bigger than what is stated from the job order.. This always put me at a disadvantage as rider.. If is not for these 2 main issues, this app is easily worth 4 or 4.5 stars..

When i went to pick up the item from warehouse at jurong the item not ready when the app indicate otherwise.

The apps working perfectly. Maps sometimes a bit off, but its actually due to wrong address given by customers. Sometimes phone bit lag because need to keep changing from apps to maps then to whatsapp. Overall very help driver like me!

It's good that I can cycle and earn some income at the same time!

Rates are very very low, users pay $10, driver only gets like $4 and then they'll take 20% commission , only warehouse bundled orders are remotely worth it. used this app cos of covid, but even then, there's still a lot of available orders which shows how low the prices are, can't even cover fuel costs. They automatically take away half your fee if u are late by even a bit. They expect u to return the parcel for freeto sender if the recipient cannot receive it. Utterly terrible, don't recommend

Don't waste your time like i did! I thought to try new delivery app.. Logged in, prompted me to watch tutorial followed by a QnA test after which i can start running orders. So I did watch the clip and fill the test, maybe took an hour to complete. Finally once done it i was told they already have enough partners, the platform is full.

Customer service is bad and slow. Orders accepted past the initial pickup time will reflect late rating for drivers.

Delivery price is too low. Not much drivers will want to do. Many times I see price is even as low as 2 dollars plus. Lol, not even enough for bus fare . Petrol is expensive. Must at least keep a minimum charge like 8 Dollars.. Jobs also not much, suggest companies must give promotion to merchants to attract using your apps. Thanks

Most unreliable platform. Accepted a warehouse order. Went there and queued for 2.5hrs to collect only to learn that my order was a duplicate. Warehouse staff said it was app problem. I emailed my feedback on this experience but only receive an automatic reply. This app, which has a lot of bug (such as it doesnt allow you to accept a job of your battery is below 60%), was created by a group without knowledge of the courier industry.

The app is not perfect thus not 5 stars, there for a 4 stars to bring some justice to improve the rating. I not sure why so many people complain about the platform's function poor, overall experience was pleasant and it is functioning as intended. But not be misled by my review that it is easy to use, there's some learning before you get the hang of it.

Probably the most useless delivery app for riders. Their help centre doesn't even work. Had waiting an hour even over the estimated pickup time and order hasn't arrived. Due to schedule I had to cancel but help centre was totally useless giving useless replies. It was already bad enough that no compensation was given for me having waited more than an hour.
