Pickyourtrail – Trip Planning Tool

i have booked a trip and I'm having a very tough time connecting with the customer support. I have been reaching out to them, the only response I get is that they will call me back in 24 hours. I have an issue related to the payment. The itinerary payments are different from what the app is asking me to pay. I've already made the first installment and it's showing a lesser amount that what I actually paid.During booking the support was tremendous, when I have an issue no one seems to be bothered

I had a great trip planned through PUT. Gunjan helped me customise my trip very well and also answered all the queries. The VISA assistance was also fantastic. We enjoyed the trip and everything was smooth during the trip. Also their app is extraordinary and it was very helpful during the trip. We can find all our trip related queries and vouchers there during the go. Recommended.

Very professional .. best part is the package offered is affordable .. can be personalized and easy to use. U have a dedicated team and person appointed for your destination.. also it gives u the check list and all documents reminder to be carried out apart from the destination details.. keep up the good work guys !!

VERY WORST EXPERIENCE They juggle us with many ppl to get our trip details ready. Won't send the Visa of trip till the last day, although we paid the full amount in advance. Displays a price in app and get the amount in full, but when we cancel a particular itinerary, they cheat you by mentioning a lesser price and they will mention a lesser amount for refund (because the event we requested was closed, which btw we found out on our own and then informed them) Don't get headache by booking them

I am writing this after my second trip with Pickyourtrail. At first, it was strange to learn that they have moved the trip concierge from Telegram to App. But, we soon got the hang of it. From weather to currency exchange to guides, everything was on app so we needn't have to get out of it all. Though skeptical at first, I must say this is an amazing move!

One of the best free travel app in the country. An all inclusive tour package, end to end service right from vacation planning to coming back from the holidays, they take care of it all. Received a wrong voucher of booking. And after complaning there is not proper response from the team. Everytime they say we are raising a issue ticket will call you back. But no soultion till now.

Well designed and great content on trip guides on this app. Almost every country is covered, I really liked that they give so much information that is needed to plan your trip. Weather forecast, currency, top things to do, popluar attractions, ideal number of days to spend in a place, rough cost and so much more!

I had a very serious issue with resort in Maldives that I booked with pickyourtrail and these guys didn't support or take any necessary action. I feel like really cheated. After raising multiple flags also, i didn't get any proper resolution. They left me in Maldives with no other choice than to accept what resort says.

True to it's name - This travel app is definitely the best trip planning tool. We can create our own itinerary effortlessly and at our own time and speed. We can also make innumerable changes to an itinerary until we are satisfied - all this is absolutely free until we book, isn't that great! Kudos to this trip planner.
