6 ⭐ no less ! I was searching a simple keyboard (to quickly launch to double check hear training). Not only is it the best keyboard, most useful and quick. It works in landscape and portrait mode !! And the sound is funny, brings instant smile. And there is no ads. If it was Open Source that would be so excellent !

This is one of very few synth apps that scales perfectly to a square screen. Kudos for that, it's wonderful to play the double decker keyboard with my square screen phone. Simple and fun. The next upgrade would be the option to map the keys to a physical keyboard or whichever input device you have connected. That would be amazing.

It's certainly better than other apps I tried. However there are some issues that bother me. The envelope is limited, there isn't any pitch bend and the noise doesn't sound right. It's not generated like on a real NES. This is noticed with the metallic noise, which always has a different timbre on a real NES, as heard in MM2. Several pitches for the noise are also missing. Huh? The latest update has aliasing for some reason. Now it sounds like Nesticle.

Absolutely wonderful, its not for the composer but as someone who likes chiptune music and wants a piano to play chiptune music its wonderful,of course you can also record songs by directly playing them and yes they are not mid files but converting them is easy enough plus the option to customise the size, theme and even the.. wavelength? Whatever it is of the notes you're playing,a phenomenal experience but only caters to a specific audience like me,i personally use it to convert deltarune songs.

Lovely no-nonsense 8bit music creation app. There are lots of really nice features, and it's all very easy to understand. Thank you so much for making this, and for making it free with no ads!

I recently stumble on this app, I have no idea how I missed it. Android is not known for good music applications. I don't think the developer realize how good this app is. There is zero latency and everything works perfect.. would not change a thing. The beauty of this app is when you apply to layers in music creation. I've seen many music type apps and I'm putting this at the top.

Works great, sounds good and the pitch wheel even works with the midi. Wonderful app and an even better tool. If i could suggest one thing, i would like to like to see different options for the wheel in the settings, like allocation to different parameters and the ability to manually manipulate the note.

A lovely little synthesizer app. Was some problems but they have been addressed. It's not extensive but you can tweet the sounds slightly to change to something more interesting. Had performance issues but rectified

Duuuuuuude only 3 Mega bytes, two layers, up to five or six octaves, every basic wave shape, envelope, oscillator, option to record... Anf unlike irritating 'lead' synths this baby dynamite app can play multiple voices at once, smoothly , no lag. You recieve thy badge of honor fine piano-master, as the other ten i tried were absolute garbage. Thank you (^_^)

Good app but why is it in an alternate tuning? There's still 12 notes per octave, but they are unequal, so certain intervals such as Eb Bb make a perfectly in tune perfect fifth but when transposed to D A makes a less in tune wobbly perfect fifth? The point of equal temperament is to make every type of interval the same amount in tune regardless of transposition, and this app for no apparent reason doesn't just use pure 12edo.

I am stunned by how simple the layout of the app is and the fact that you can easily replicate any 8/16/32 or 64bit sound and even create create your own game music from scratch. Great work, a highly recommended app to have!!!

ok thats great app for learning music . that too with 8 bit is amazing. however 7 keys are too low and 14 keys became harder to press . theres no in between . there should be an option to select custom keys . how many keys should be on my screen.

The latest version is amazing, the keys-stuck bug is fixed and many little improvements. Try if you like to create or play music, recommended. Edit: the keys-stuck bug came back, uninstalled the app.

If you want to compose 8 bit music, this is not the app for you. The interface is way too limited and there's nowhere to place and arrange notes. Despite it's flaws, it does make a nice chiptune keyboard.

A simple piano/keyboard interface with no ads and interesting options for sound design. I use it to pick out notes for Gregorian chant because its interface is beautifully simple and its sounds are much less harsh and artificial than midi piano.

Awesome!!! Love it, so simple and basic, so perfect. The only trouble is I'm having some of the waves act funny; they are a little staticy almost. (Triangle wave for example.)

This is awesome and so much fun. The only way it'd could be better is if it had a modulation wheel and a pitch wheel. Also it doesn't display in fullscreen on my Samsung Galaxy S9

I love it. Works exactly as advertised. I think it could maybe use more variation in sounds, but overall it's a great app for playing/practicing piano on-the-go

Slu. Jun 23, 2021

It doesn't have a tons of flexibility with the sounds, but it's cool that you can create your own wavetables. It also works with midi keyboards so that's great!

Simple controls. Great sound. Easy to use. The only issue is I wish it was set to two octaves by default. Otherwise, a great experience.

Nice if you want an 8bit sound ftom your phone and can even play some songs. The app functions like a normal piano just with a little screen crunch but its really not much of an issue

Gab. V. Dec 24, 2020

Great music app overall but has the tendency to get bugged out and continuously play the notes that I've played even though I've stopped pressing anything. Will update review once fixed.

Cha. Nov 22, 2020

Sometimes the keys stick when I try to play more than one key at once. I don't know if that's a problem with my case or something tho :p Otherwise, it's perfect! Seriously!
