After the last update 3.17.5, no new data was displayed in App. I tried to reconnect Scale, Reinstall App, even use another phone - nothing helps. So when you weigh on Scale then notification comes on the phone. You can click on Notification or directly open App but no new data will be displayed. Fix it pls! Phones: Samsung S8, S21. Body fat scale S3 Lite. Thank's. It's okay after last update.
Hi! Would you please add graphs for all stats in the analyze tab? It kills all the point of having so many stats if we can not compare them in time! Otherwise app experience is pretty ok.
After the recent update the app doesn't receive the body fat scale data. I tried reconnecting the device to wifi in the app, it's successful, tried reinstalling the app - doesn't help. Trying to delete device throws "network error". Please fix the issue ASAP.
I haven't been able to connect to my scale since the December 2018 update. This app force closes at least 5 times a day even though I haven't used it since December 2018. it's now March 2019. I tried syncing the app with the scale again last week, but they WILL NOT connect. I'm about to delete this app. Thank God the Amazon store I bought it from sent me two of the wrong sized scale and gave me my money back. It's worthless. Don't waste your money on this smartscale because the app DOES NOT WORK!
Easy to connect, though it often crushes in background. Also, it gives you a lot of important statistics, which is why I bought the actual scale for. But when you go up and down in weight even a little, you body fat % is obviously changed. But this info is hardly useful, what I want to know is what actual weight of my fat, my muscles and water in my body. Otherwise having just %% you have to use calculator to see in you gained some fat or muscle tissue or not. And it is so simple to fix

There are some issues that I mentioned, and hopefully can be fixed. The bones mass rating is not consistent. It can vary from poor to excellent for me, but the exact value stays the same. Biological age is just a cheat. It changes if you change your data in the settings.
The app is getting worse and worse. Crashes from time to time, loses connectivity to the scales, and stops displaying "colored" data after restart. No colors, no sorting with ok/warning values, no data shown. You can see real fat/muscle mass just after measurement. Why, Picooc, did you do that?
Useless app: 1. No single graph with weigth, muscles, fat at one place. Dynamic of each parameter not so interesting when you cant compare with other parameteres Swiping tabs is not accepable to analytics 2. No graph for water content 3. No fast preview for muscles in the main screen 4. No option to compare avg.weekly parameters on graphs. It is important! 5. Wrong analysis. It compares first day and last day, but not average. Weight can jump day to day it is irrelevant to conpare daily.
The recent update has broken the app completely. It doesn't receive measured data anymore. At all.
The app does not connect scales to Wi-Fi. Wi-fi name cannot be typed in, network cannot be selected, therefore no wi-fi connection. My smart scales are "just scales". As the app has been released with critical bugs, I don't trust the whole system and the brand.
Today I weighed, looked through the newest record, then wanted to see previous records. Every time i tapped on previous record, a red bar with error in chinese was displayed at the top of the screen and the record disappeared from the list. And now I don't have any records on Home screen!
Bought scales on 22/06 and received them on 01/07. Installed app and set up scales by user manual. Scales never connected with an app and I couldn't choose my country (Latvia) in the app. In region "Europe" there were few countries to select like UK, Poland, Germany, Ukraine, etc.. Then I read in Google Play that they have apparently aplied "blocked regions" within latest updates. Tried to contact customer service, sent them even a receipt - NADA. Haven't heard answer for 6 days. Returned scales
Bug galore. Export produces unreadable file. Freezes all the time.
Wow...just woow. Scale is very precise and what is really important is that the results are explained and you dont have to search online for their meaning. You just look at them and all is clear. App User Interface is excelent! Way to go developers! Thank you for this wonderful product!
BW & BF % vary widely in consecutive measurements. Fluctuates 4 -5 lbs & BF % can fluctuate 8%. I now measure myself 3x in a row to make sure I get the same #'s. I've weighed myself at night and the next morning my weight measures 4 lbs heavier. Not sure how that's possible if I haven't had any intake of food/liquids. Scale is in the same spot & new batteries. Sometimes when I hit the measurement button on the app BEFORE stepping on the scale, it send a 'ghost' weight. Can't recommend product.
Good tool. However: * Measurements sometimes get blacked out, removing the green/orange/coloring per parameter. * sometimes bluetooth does not connect. * graphs are only for a limited set of parameters, they should all be graphed
update broke it, as soon as you try to weigh the app crashes, no errors just closes. managed to remove the app and restore the previous version, everything working normally again. new update 3.8.2 does seem to properly, thanks for fixing it.
Ever since i updated to lastest one it no longer connects to the scale. And there are a lot of people have the same issue. Obviously this company has no intention to correct the issue. Stop buying scales from this company. I am returning it to amazon!!
Weight is itself not accurate....there are fluctuations in subsequent measurement of range from 100 -600 gm even taken every minute..if weight itself is not accurate and is flexible everytime we measure so what can i say for other index. App is ohkay but I really doubt about its accuracy.
All I get is system error on the app, I can't connect to the scale with Bluetooth and can't delete account to try and reset..... Currently no good to anyone.... Disappointing to say the least... Complete lack of trouble shooting info... Emailed but no response yet
Old scale broke, so I bought a new one, then the app says that the scale isn't legitimate and asked for proof of purchase (which I provided). 2 weeks later my complaint is still processing but my scale is locked and won't connect with the app anymore. The app said it'll be resolved within 3 business days but I haven't heard anything from the company.
Awful experience Requires a lot of your data (geo, calls, storage, photos) - can not under how this required for weight measurements If you deny data gathering, app can not be installed Also, process of installation is very unfriendly - you are pushing the button and nothing happens - so you need to exit and open the app once again Strongly not recommended
I would like to leave a new review after the negative 1 star I left. I was contacted by mail by Dragon Qin and he did everything possible to get the app working again. After a few days he managed to fix it, everything works fine now, and he was very helpful and polite through out the whole proccess. Thank you so much.
