Picross Luna - Nonograms

It's your run-of-the-mill picross puzzle. It distinguishes itself from the crowd by adopting a honest approach towards ad-space: you get the occasional ad after finishing a level (which you can do however many times you want per day), and the game becomes ad-free once an overall completion threshold is achieved. Highly recommend.

Fun puzzles, ads are really annoying. There's a message when you open the app sometimes that says when you've solved 90% of the puzzles, ads won't come up anymore - I'm well over 90% (nearly 100% at this point) and the ads still plague me. The pictures are cute and it's a great way to spend a few minutes while waiting or on the bus. Easy to fat thumb the denser puzzles sometimes, but you get used to it.

This is a lovely game, but has a huge bug. The game is relaxing and gentle, with beautiful music and nice graphics. It's been very enjoyable to play, until I have hit a huge bug. I saved one of the "big" level mini-squares, but when trying to load it now, it will not load. Attempts to loaf any of the other remaining squares produce puzzles that are totally jumbled up and corrupted. I can't complete the "Big" story section now because of this bug.

Infuriated. What a waste of time. I pumped A LOT of time into this game and was enjoying it quite a bit. Was ready to give it a 5 star and check out the developers other apps as well, until after completing about 75% of the game, it inexplicably crashes and erases and all my save data. Thought for a moment about restarting it all over again, but what's the point of sticking with something like this if it's just going to lose all the progress you made...

The app itself is pretty and has nice music. Lots of puzzles, and they're all quite fun and cute. Only three stars though because the actual button controls for the game are AWFUL. The buttons are too small and only move the cursor half the time. You also can't hold the cursor down to move continuously, you have to hit the button each time, which is made WAY more frustrating by them being so small and tempermental. Would be the perfect picross game if it wasn't so annoying to try and play.

I love this game, it's great, however, one issue, on the big maps, sometimes, when I finish the picross in a certain square properly, with no mistakes, it doesn't say I've finished and I'm stuck there, meaning I can't complete the map which is a bit annoying. Besides that, great game! EDIT: It seems the picross could be solved two ways. I have found the other correct solution and all is well! Great game, yet again!

The developers of this game did something I didn't think was possible. They made a picross game that is playable on my phone screen. The pointer option in the interface allows me to accurately select the squares without my finger completely obstructing my view. For that alone I'd give five stars, but I'm also impressed by the number of puzzles included, the music, and the relative unobtrusiveness of the ads. Very well done!

The game is pretty, the puzzles are just the right amount of difficulty for me. Fun but not too frustrating or so easy it's not a challenge. It took me a minute to figure out the rules. The walkthrough is too simplistic to be truly helpful(could just be me) and seemed to be missing a step from the 'how to' to an actual puzzle. Overall, solid game.

The story and art are simplistic, but nice. The music is very soothing, a nice lullaby quality that is perfect for winding down. The only issue I have is that the controls are just slightly off for me. When I tap the outer row on any side, it sometimes counts it as a mistake and takes away one of my hearts. While this is not game breaking by any means, it has failed me within just a few squares of solving a puzzle. By the way, if you turn off your wifi, ads wont' play on your tablet. Might not play on your phone if you turn off use mobile data for apps. Don't know, haven't tested that. That being said, I would gladly pay a small fee to remove ads altogether and support the dev. It's very enjoyable, relaxing, and calming. Would be a 5 star game if not for the mistap issues.

This game is pretty and relaxing! The art style is super cute and aesthetically pleasing. The gameplay is addictive. I love both the big puzzles and the small ones, depending on how long I want to play. You can really get into a rhythm of how to solve each size. My only complaint is that it's extremely easy to click wrong especially with the 20x20. I kind of end up avoiding that size because it can be pretty frustrating to lose all of your hearts because of misclicks.

I really want to love this game because it's so relaxing and cool to look at. But the games controls make it so easy to mess something up. When exiting the app the music will start back up again after a minute, you have to actually close it completely in your active processes. Also if you leave the app open and the screen fades to black opening your phone back up will leave the app completely black and unable to interact with it. Like I said this game is great in looks but it needs work

I was highly enjoying this game and nearing the end when I had some trouble with my phone and needed to reset it. I backed everything up and thought all was well so I reset it. Turns out none of my progress backed up. I don't see much point in continuing. All the other games I had going backed up their data, seems lazy to not in this day and age. Also, as others have said, the ads get pretty bad but turning off wifi/data gets rid of them all. Maybe not the best solution, but it works.

I think this is a very cute game. Picross puzzles are a fun little challenge, and this app adds a nice amount of whimsy. And this app is so much less annoying with ads than so many other games. My only suggestion is to add a new setting to turn off the way the numbers on the sides will turn gray before the whole row or column is finished. Some people might like it, but I find it more confusing, especially on the larger puzzles. So being able to turn that off would be really nice.

I really like the design but there are a few bugs: 1. Some puzzles have more than 1 solution and only 1 is accepted. 2. When the screen times out the puzzle disappears, I need to minimise it and then open again. Also the lines are so fine, they very difficult to see if the light is not perfect making it difficult to play at night. There's no indication of the difficulty level, but most ic yhe puzzles are easy.

Ads are super annoying but even more so is how... loose the gameplay is. I have to really focus in order to fill lines, otherwise it'll register it wrong and you will have to try it again and again... very pretty, though, and the music is nice.... unless of course you don't mind it playing in the background of your phone in general. You can turn it off of course I just find it stupid that I have to manually leave the app before answering a phone call.

Picross games are some of my favorites to play. This game is spectacular and the story (what I've gotten so far) actually adds to the game and makes me want to play even more. The simple pictures are the a good balance of difficulty because often you can guess what picross pictures are to make it too easy, but those aren't, yet they still look like what they're supposed to. The more difficult ones offer a nice challenge, and I find the big map ones to be really soothing.

It's fine. I like the two elements of story or just making the pictures, but the story just kind of flops at the end and just suddenly resolves itself just because it can. That part does kind of bug me. But overall it's fine. The big super star remover is that the 20x20 size is really hard if you don't have a tablet and it's super easy to hit the wrong square unless you want to use the toggle tool which is also vastly annoying.

Very calming. I have already figured out strategies to solving these. The pixel art is very nice. A little weirdly translated to english i think. But I play these all the time! I really like the music. The ads are very minimal and easy to back out of. The large ones can be a bit monotone (not the map) But a really good game! I play to fall asleep!

It's a great game, but it does this thing sometimes where it switches back and forth between the option to fill in squares and to x out squares. I know it's not me forgetting to switch them or anything because I can literally watch it happen. I'll click on a space with x active and right when I click, it switches to * and it marks it as me getting it wrong. It's really frustrating, and it's not just my phone bc I've switched phones and it still does it, and it does it on my moms phone too!

A very fun and relaxing game! The english is a bit weird but it does not get in the way of gameplay at all. I love the color scheme, music/sounds, and the cute pictures you make!! I do have issues with the 20x20 puzzles where it's hard to accurately tap the square since they are so tiny, but the D-pad like control at the bottom can help!

This game it okay. The issue I have is with the controls. So, if you mark a square with an X, then run over it while marking other squares with an X, then it removes the original mark and leaves a blank space. Sounds complicated. But it's really pointless and annoying. Have not found a way to zoom either, which makes it difficult to control.

Nice game. The design is lovely. However, the dark themes with the extremely faint grid lines makes viewing the grid and numbers VERY difficult. It's very frustrating and almost enough that I can't and don't want to play. The artwork is nice, but again, it takes away from the game because it is difficult to figure out the controls. Once I figured it out, it was easy enough. The instructions are fairly useless. Could be great once the visuals are more clear.

It has some issues that make the game much less enjoyable. The grid actually doesn't stop at the edges of the puzzle, making it possible to try to place a block or an x outside the puzzle on the bottom edge or right edge. If you place a block, that's an automatic error and you lose a life. I have actually failed puzzles near the end because of this bug. It's not even really a bug. It's just lazy programming. I shouldn't be able to place a block too far right on the x axis, or too far down on the y axis.

I'd give it 5 stars but there are consistent problems with lagging and scrolling.. also I dislike the fact that I lose a point if I touch the invisible column on the right (in 20x20) Doesn't seem fair, especially since you use your finger which is much smaller than the cubes. Considering it hasn't been updated for a while I'm sure nothing will come of this.

Great game! There are tons of puzzles on here, it is a long game. You can turn the colors on and off as well. I enjoy playing with just the black pixels and then being surprised to find out what the puzzle is when I solve it. You can also turn on/off the auto X fill when you've completed a row. A fair amount of ads, but they can be skipped by just hitting the back button, and they are not intrusive to game play.

I love nonogram puzzles, and this one has such a beautiful interface. My main issues are no zoom function, and the fact that I have to go to the menu to save. It should save automatically. Sometimes I don't have time tí finish a puzzle, and may switch to a different app. If I forget, I have to start the puzzle all over again.

The game is great and I love how the players can use different tools to carefully input their answers, especially for those with phones of the smallest of screens. The pleasant colors of the interface and the soothing music really made it more immersive. To be honest I can't really see anything wrong to point out with the game, so it's a 5-star for me. Just a suggestion, I guess a multiplayer could be implemented for those who are competitive and would want to compare their skills with others :o
