PicSay Pro - Photo Editor

I've been using this app for years and think it's a great tool to edit images. Some issues I have are with history and layer features where you can mask in/out objects or images but unfortunately after you accept changes to that layer, it becomes consolidated with the image and uneditable. Would be good if there was an actual layer menu to turn some layers off or on and also so you can edit an individual layer again if need be.

It's an app that allows one to edit photos easily without any complications and with so many ways to edit photos. I very much like the option that allows choosing various font types. The only downside is the cartoonish cliparts but not a major issue as this can be useful to kids who are practicing with photo editing. I only use the ones related to symbols and they are useful for educational projects. Above all, I am happy there is no stupid in-app purchasing options. I really enjoy this app.

I've used this app for many years. It's been a fixture on five smart phones (now on a Pixel 3) and a tablet. It does everything I want a picture editor on a phone to do although I've not yet tested it on the RAW files from my Pixel (does it work?). It has all the basic tools such as curves, colours, resizing, sharpening and so on. I don't use things such as word balloons and silly hats — as others have said they're better done by other apps perhaps but I wouldn't know. I've been a photo hobbyist for over 50 years.

I don't know why this app doesn't get more love. It's actually insane the range of things you can do with it. I've had this app for 5 years and I still haven't found anything better. Its simplicity and ease of use is genius. Everything from filters to adjusting color and contrast levels. Photoshop type features are so easy to use and intuitive. I try to million different ones and I always come back to pic say.

Just I one issue, I nothing big, but every time a user selects effect and then selects paint option, the app zooms out and you lose your place. A little pain if you were already zoomed in working on a specific part of your photo. Can you fix that so it stays zoomed in, just a minor code rewrite required. Other then that, It's a picture perfect app!!! (pun fully intended!). Great work guys!! Love it!

I have been using this app for about 7-8 years on a regular basis and decided it has certainly earned my 5 star review. It is great for photo shopping on your phone and very easy to use. If you use a stylus pen to crop pictures then you can insert them into others. Between that and the bubble words you can create funny or informative pictures. It has many other features I appreciate as well. Its addictive and as an actual adobe photo shop user it is the perfect start for someone looking to photo shop in a very simplistic manner. Its potential is only limited by your imagination.

An amazing tool, but its features coupled with a lack of updates make its performance bottlenecked with newer phones. Maximum image size is 3120x4169, which is amazing for Video (not supported, not an issue) but for still images it means quality loss (I'm at 64MP on my phone, so that's a huge drop), and the selector in mask editor does not make refine lines. This app had the potential to be a portable version of PS CS6 and the developers chose to make it abandonware instead, which is quite sad.

I've had this app for awhile and love it. Especially the googly eyes. One error that is happening suddenly is that when I go to "insert picture" to add a photo to another photo it freezes up. At first I thought it was my phone, but I can do it with other apps just fine.

Absolute Must-have for those who love/need to edit photos! One of my favorites about this app, is the Warp feature, which can manipulate any part of the photo, enabling you to perfect the features of pretty much anything! Look what I did with my google profile pic! Done w/ PicSayPro! This has to be one of the most underated and lesser known apps on the market despite the photo editing mastery that it enables. *The developers should consider adding some tutorials for some endless possibilities

I love how it does NOT 'shrink and lock' picture size during editing. Other apps forced me to work with smaller images -- images not displayed in their full size. This app allows me to pan, zoom, and draw on-the-fly. Allowing me to instantly edit images at any zoom level.

I've had this app for around 6 years and it's still one of the best photo editing apps out there. Definitely underrated. It has traveled with me through 3 different phones.

I can't even remember when this app came out but I wanna say that I've been using it since my Nexus One back in the day. I've truly mastered PicSay and use it to make all sorts of really quick picture edits. It hasn't been updated in years, but it still works great for me (so far). I wouldn't even want anything added to it because it's perfect just the way it is. I do fear the day it stops working and I hope the developer will be able to update it. But until then, I'll keep using it 😀

One of my most used editing apps, I probably use it more than I use photoshop! The free version was fine enough but it's so worth paying for pro. Quick, clean, easy editing. I've used this app for years and it's always one of the first installed when I change my phone. Absolutely recommend it.

Brilliant, intuitive interface. Love it. Recommended improvements? Maybe a clone brush tool and the ability to swap between 'layers' after using the insert picture tool? Apart from that, my default, go to software for editing images on my mobile devices.

Best purchase ever. Never using any other photo editing app for my mobile cause most of them are so frustrating to use. This one in particular, doesn't contain confusing and unnecessary features. Bought this app before, but somehow unable to install it into my new phone. So i repurchased the app cause it's that good.

This is the 4th device I've put this photo edit app on . Always go pro ...its by far the best for photo shopping .only let down ...sometimes when you add a picture into a picture (pip) the added picture can get very pixelated. But that's dependant upon the quality of pics adding and if your cutting to small . Still def the best .

Installed this app almost exclusively for the COLOR FILL feature, which has now stopped working. No matter which color i pick, my touch now fills the selected area with a DIFFERENT color. Sometimes, it will only fill with WHITE......... This problem has basically rendered the entire app useless to me now. Sorely disappointed 😑

Very easy to use basic photo editing app! I wish you would bring back an old feature that was very helpful, having the lines that indicate the center point horizontally and vertically when adding text or object to a photo. .

I have used this app on every note phone I have had in the last several years and this app is my favorite app of all my apps, well worth purchasing... A-lot of fun and great tool to fix color or "Photoshop" someone onto another picture... Lol.. Or Write on pictures.. I also use it a-lot to draw my inventions and ideas. Or take a satellite screenshot from google maps of your property, then draw in roads and houses or copy and past subdivisions onto my land . Or draw a schematic in blueprint

This is one of those truly amazing apps that exceeded all my expectations. You're only limited by your creative imagination. My edited photos turn out beautiful. My favorite aspect is intuitive user friendly platform.

This has become my go-to app for on-phone edits. It has a wealth of features, most of which I have not even had occasion to try out yet. It rivals some desktop photo editing programs for usefulness.

My favourite photo editor app, it has a lot of features. But, the picture's quality after i edited them with this app is quite worse than the original, even though i choosed the highest quality option. I think the dev must improve the result quality of this app. Seriously, this is a nice app but, it's REALLY NEED to be updated.

Needs better text adding tool that has more options. I wanted to add a word into existing text on a meme and all that was available v were title fonts and text bubbles both had the correct font but the title only had it in boldface and the text bubbles wouldn't allow for size manipulation

This was my favorite app and I still use it daily to make lost and found animal flyers but recently I upgraded my phone to a galaxy s20 ultra and the font packs did not transfer over and now they won't reinstall. I am afraid to uninstall and reinstall this app for free this app won't reinstall either. Is there a fix to get the extra font packs reinstalled?

#1 Phone App Ever!!! Hands down! It's like having a photo editing software from a 4000.00 Mac, in your pocket....okay that's an exaggeration. One request from a super-fan. Can you add a rotate function? That would be amazing in the brush areas especially.

I've been using this app for years & I absolutely love it. Like a quick & easy photo shop for your phone. I've made some great altered images. I'm trying to find an actual computer version of this to continue my editing

Hi PicSay team, thanks for creating such a wonderful photo editing app. I would like to request one more thing to be implemented in the app and that is HEX colour code. As of now it is not there and we have to select the colours by tapping on the colour bar. What if we need exact colour. Thank you!
