Horrible for yearbook use. IPhone users can not use and others get a 201 error when trying to log on.
I have used the online version and i love it but i don't know y the app won't let me login
Constantly get a "201" error saying the credentials are incorrect. (I've copied and pasted the credentials as well as used LastPass to fill them in, so the problem's not me!)
It won't allow me to upload anything it's like the screen is frozen, I tried it from other tablets and nothing happens. Not pleased at all!!!!
Nothing but errors. I can't even log in.
Won't let me log in, I even changed password because I thought I had it wrong. Don't download. Waste of data.
Won't let me log in after numerous attempts and reinstalls. My username and password work just fine on the internet site. :(
The pictavo community has really made the job of the yearbook advisor quite a bit more manageable
Works great! Yearbook users need to make sure yearbook administration person has turned on all access permissions. APP access issues are directly related to granted access to program. Not an app problem - operate error!
I thought it was me putting in something wrong. I loged in on my laptop, and it worked so I repeated it and somehow the credentials are wrong for the app but not the website
It says there's an unknown error. Please fix!! I like this for my yearbook
My ID was correct but it kept trying to tell me to use someone else's ID number
The app refuses to let me log in even though I can log into the website with the same info.
It won't let me login. It is fine on a computer, or laptop, but not good as a mobile app.
Why aren't you working on fixing the log in error... what a waste of a download. You all obviously know people can't log in.. so why aren't you fixing it..
When I try to open it, it instantaniously just says,"Oops, looks like Pictavo has stoped." And yet we are supposed to have this on our phones and stuff and it wont even work so what it the point?
