Dont like the change to the app where you cant see which screen the movie is in, without clicking on every showing , due to disability can only use certain screens and no option to use privilege points to buy tickets otherwise great app

Myself and my daughter tried several times to book with debit and credit cards but the app kept declining our cards saying there's a problem with our cards and to contact the bank. In the end I closed the app and booked as a guest via their website and it worked fine, so obviously an issue with the app. I had almost given up and almost booked with the vue or showcase instead.

Very good and easy app to use....but for what ever reason I am unable to link my privilege card to it. I have been issued a new card with a new number, I've even deleted an reinstalled the app but still it won't validate my card. Spent a bit of time in the cinema with very helpful staff but can't seem to get it sorted. let's make it clear though, I've used the Carlton in Westgate on Sea for years and it is the only issue I have had. First world problems and all that!

Latest update for the app appears to have bugs. app closes down at order completion, also closes down if I try to look at my bookings. Not helpful. Have bookings, can't retrieve tickets. 😠

Worked really well until this update, but now it won't load. Not useful if O can't even get in to see the movie listings. Tried the website and that seems to be down as well.

I have downloaded it multiple time on my Samsung tablet, cleared the cache etc and it just will not work, it's frustrating as it works perfectly on my Samsung A3 mobile phone.

Book tickets is closes and says unable to process transaction . Check my bank.Money has gone. Refresh app still not tickets under bookings!

Awesome! Very detailed. You can book tickets on there, and only incur a 50p charge. Direct links to movie trailers on YouTube, too! Cannot recommend enough.

Good but... I use this app all the time and like it, but two things annoy me. 1. I can't leave the payment screen to access my credit card details without the app throwing me back to the start booking screen. 2. Bookings made on my tablet can't be accessed on my phone. Fix those two gripes and you've a 5 star app.

Fine Would be better if you could save payment details (come on PCIDSS is easy 😀) and if mixed ticket types were allowed. At the (excellent) Luxe cinema if I want a sofa and 3 normal tickets I have to place 2 separate orders for no obvious reason.

Loved this app before they changed it.. now it's all changed and I can't book tickets anymore because you've made the page too long for my phone and I cannot see where to book tickets.. also the option to pick seats is not working properly as they are all showing as blank.. please rectify

Great app and use regularly when booking cinema tickets. But would also benefit from having the option to register a gift card.

Nice quick app to use, can see cinema times, buy ticket s and will even add your booked time to Google calendar. Much better than the Vue app.

Good to see whats on in my local movies. Also cheapest cinama watch many films there

Hello is there a compatible for the blackberry z10?

The app is great for looking up film info and times but everytime I try to book it doesn't like my 3 digit cvv number from the back of my card. I always end up having to phone up instead. It's really frustrating.

Good app with straight forward navigation. Then it all goes wrong when you try and book tickets with correct information not being accepted by the app. Much the same as the user who couldn't enter their email address. This won't help the revenue stream.
